RUSSIA, UKRAINE, CHINA and COVID-19: U.S. Foreign Aid to Ukraine, Transparency, Exceptions and Redactions – Part I, Lessons from Walmart

Transparency, redactions and exceptions should exist in a relationship whereby the former and the two latter are mutually exclusive. That’s how things are supposed to work. That’s what politicians and the U.S. politburo always promise – transparency for this and transparency for that. In a Third World banana republic; however, this notion of transparency can be ejected out of the nearest window because redactions and exceptions are what grease the skids in the United States of Venezuela – my applied branding for America’s designed and acquired status as the aforementioned banana republic – and for the corrupt, criminal and treasonous rulers that run it.

In fact, they’ve catastrophically run it right into the ground. In fact, the division they’ve deliberately sown causes WE THE DIVIDED PEOPLE to bear the full brunt of their designed disaster while THEY THE DIVINE RULERS live privileged lives of decadence behind walls they privately demand but publicly denounce. ‘Rules for thee but not for me’ prevails as it always does in the USV [formerly the USA.]

Veteran Moonshiners know that rather than bend a knee to Chinese-owned governor Kate Brown, I rebuked and rejected her mandate for educators to wear a mask that will never work and receive a genetically experimental injection only permitted by Emergency Use Authorization that is predicated by evidenced enterprise fraud that I could entirely demonstrate and prove. Instead and after burning through my cash life savings trying to hold on, I sold my home, moved into a sprinter van and hit the road on 28 Jan 22. I hauled-out in search of a new hometown and it was a better plan before diesel hit $5 per gallon.

8,664 miles and nine states later, some things are crushingly evident about the USV.

Understand that when one lives out of ones rig, one is prone to spending copious amounts of time at Walmart and especially so during the cold, snowy winter when campsites are closed-up. Walmart is an easy and free place to crash overnight, their stores are conveniently found everywhere, food and supplies are readily on hand and facilities are available in the morning. Previously, I avoided Walmart at all costs; financially and otherwise.

Importantly and if one cares to conduct a societal litmus test for the USV, Walmart serves the purpose perfectly. It’s frequented by the poor and rich and everyone in between and one can find all walks of life there.

My abundant time at Walmart results in some devastating observations about the USV. One is the readily apparent degradation in personal pride in things like ones appearance and presentation. It’s as if people don’t care or they have just given-up; or perhaps its the demise of the traditional two-parent family and effective parenting that causes them to not know any better.

It’s all compounded by the children these folks wag around making it a generational trap that seems impossible from which to escape. The lack of self-awareness and the range of self-presentation that goes from repugnant to inexplicable is enough to leave the astute observer slack-jawed. After a while, you just get used to it. Nothing is surprising these days; especially in places I refuse to visit like L.A., San Francisco, Seattle, Portland and others. What do they all have in common? Answer: Decades-long Democratic control and governance.

Standards are tough, though, and I am compelled to visit Portland. I have family there and our team’s February press conference that I attended in February was held in PDX. It pertained to COVID-19 and the Ninth Circuit filing of our federal grand jury petition [1] [2].

When I left PDX, I drove for an hour before I stopped seeing consistent and abundant trash on both sides of the roadway. While there, obscene levels of homelessness, tent city living, garbage and evidence of drug addiction were everywhere and unavoidable. More on travels momentarily.

Another Walmart observation is the level of self-centered behavior, lack of manners and disregard for others that seems to permeate society today just as it does the aisles of stores. Navigating a cart in Walmart is like trading paint in a NASCAR race and finding someone who will smile back at you or exchange in pleasantries with a stranger is rare.

If Walmart is emblematic of the broader population then Americans are malcontent, angry, unsatisfied, left-out, ignored by the elites and squeezing every dime for what it’s worth. Whether or not there is a level of self-awareness about it, they show it regularly and it often makes for an ugly scene.

The unmitigated inferno that is the drug and opioid addiction epidemic has ravaged the USV. It’s nowhere more evident than in some Walmart parking lots. Inside stores, jittery, fidgeting and greasy faced customers riddled with scratch marks and open sores that are evident of drug dependency are commonplace. It seems they can’t get the day going without a jump start from a Monster beverage or similar.

In Missoula, MT one evening, I saw one man enter the Walmart lot and drive right up to the front door. I was on foot with my hound and as he passed by me and right out in the open, he was smoking what was likely methamphetamine as he pulled up.

Walmart parking lots are often loaded with trash and refuse that no one picks-up. Careful where you step. At times, it takes on a Third World appearance.

Often, the streets adjacent to Walmart stores bear the same blatant disregard for basic and common maintenance; including permanently parked vehicles converted into make-shift homes that are surrounded by refuse, full trash bags and discarded items. Walking by them gives one the opportunity to smell things no one wants to smell. Jugs full of urine sitting on top of one of these vehicles and baking in the sun is not an uncommon find.

To round-out this incomplete Walmart list, there are entirely too many Americans reduced to homelessness and forced to live out of their vehicles for a country with globally historic and unprecedented levels of wealth. Where did all of that money go? More on that momentarily.

My extensive travels result in more troubling observations.

For one, the infrastructure of the USV has significantly eroded into gross states of disrepair and this is reprehensible relative to its tax base. Interstates are riddled with potholes and bridges and overpasses are crumbling. Road construction projects that began years ago are still ongoing as if they are intended to never be completed. Construction zones often restrict travel for miles and miles without a construction worker in sight. When workers are present, the casual observation is more standing and less working while the work force and available equipment present are wholesale inadequate.

According to USAfacts.org, “In 2021, about 41% of federal transportation and infrastructure spending was on highway transportation and 32% was on air travel. The remainder was for rail and mass transit (19%) and water (8%).” Moreover, “Most transportation and infrastructure spending comes directly from state and local governments, which spent $191.1 billion on projects in 2019, excluding federal transfers. The federal government spent $71.3 billion directly on infrastructure in 2021 and transferred an additional $81.7 billion to states.”​

Considering my evidenced position that federalism has been bent back against Americans to undo this once proud constitutional republic, I again ask, where did all of the money go?

That brings us to this – the point of all of the preceding:

Take note of the $3.2 billion in aid to Ukraine because that’s our purpose. Moreover and having spent countless hours researching, analyzing and evidencing Cloward-Piven as a deliberate strategy for the purpose of “fundamentally transforming” [Obama] the United States of America into the United States of Venezuela, questions arose about U.S. aid to foreign nations. This is especially so respective to the manufactured war with Russia in Ukraine that began circa 2014 by means of Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry foreign policy and diplomacy.

Said foreign policy and diplomacy is centered on the Western Empire’s penchant for engaging in regime change so as to install puppet regimes of its own. Make no mistake about it. Volodymyr Zelensky is a puppet, he is “their” guy and he was installed by leveraging Nazis and neonazis to sow social discord in Ukraine.

Overlaying all of this is the fact that The Biden Crime Family’s two epicenters of corruption are Ukraine and China and this fact is a direct overlay to the multiple-front war scenario with Russia over Ukraine and China over Taiwan and the South China Sea that I predicted long ago through logically deduced and evidenced analysis; well before any incursion into Ukraine by Vladimir Putin.
