UNDERSTANDING THE STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE OF UKRAINE: Going Deep on Ukraine’s Strategic Importance Reveals That We’re Repeating the History Obama, the Clintons and the Bidens Engineered for Us

05 Mar 22

This is a massive and substantial piece you won’t find anywhere else and so we’re getting straight to brass tacks with the understanding that this article isn’t necessarily the best place to pick-up on comprehending the status quo respective to Ukraine and Russia. Rather, it pursues significant and complex angles that back-fill critical details on Ukraine’s strategic importance that are not necessarily found in today’s MSM explanations and which account for the CIA’s and United States’ cycle of repeating history in the nation. Only grains of the truth can be found in the state-sponsored narrative the MSM proffers. According to a kind reader who was thoughtful in leaving a comment on yesterday’s article, he suggested that it is perhaps the better option for picking-up for anyone needing to do so.

This article builds on a full slate of newer work while relying on work dating back to 2019 that proved deadly accurate in prognostications and analysis. It demonstrates almost fully why the illegitimate Biden regime, the CIA, the West and the European Union are poking our favorite boogeyman Russia with a nation they simply cannot let be – Ukraine. The strategic importance becomes readily evident given the entangled complexity found in the contexts of energy, security, corruption, nuclear capability and manufactured and engineered war.

Here’s a rundown of more recent Moonshine articles related to Ukraine pertaining to the engineered and manufactured Russia/Ukraine scenario and they are presented in chronological order:

The archives contain more Ukraine work going back years that can be identified using the search function. Much of it is included in this piece.

Let’s get to it by asking some questions. Why is Ukraine so strategically important to the U.S. such that the Obama/Clinton/Kerry regime undertook regime change efforts there drawing back to 2014? Moreover, why is Obama continuing the regime change efforts through the proxy that he and China share – the illegitimate Biden regime?

Those questions have been answered, evidenced and expanded on in the slate of work above. Now, let’s get extremely granular to understand Ukraine’s strategic importance at a much deeper level.

For one, recall that the exclusive Moonshine position is that the energy sector is the legitimate conduit to illegitimately move money between the global cabal players and nation states. Ergo, it becomes the epicenter of corruption and attaches to treason here in the U.S. We’ve been sold-out to the CCP and are being set up for defeat in a multiple-front war scenario. This fully explains other exclusive positions in the articles above such as the multiple-front war scenario mentioned and occurring with Russia/Ukraine and China.

Where are the epicenters of Proxy Joe’s corruption, which occur in the energy sector? Ukraine and China.

These basic positions set the premise for what follows knowing that drawing back to Obama/Biden, we were sold out to the CCP’s brand of communism and the rubber for those deals is now meeting the road. Look around you. Consume everything I outlined in the slate of articles above if you still don’t understand, because you should; in fact, everyone should. It’s the only way we’ll get the country back – consuming, understanding, reconciling and then accepting an accurate set of facts explaining what is being done to us. The sown division will never cease and people will never assume personal risk to effectively fight without proper and full motivation and that begins with proper knowledge.

Consider this from Harvard International Review in a piece entitled, The Forgotten Potential of Ukraine’s Energy Reserves,

Over the last several years, the future of the European energy supply has become an increasingly geopolitical topic. It has become more and more linked to the questions of security, competing gas transportation routes, and continuously tense Ukrainian-Russian relations. In late 2019, Kyiv concluded a new and beneficial transit agreement with Moscow for the transfer of Siberian gas to the EU, in part due to fresh US sanctions against Russia’s off-shore pipeline projects. This 5-year deal is currently securing the continued use of a part of Ukraine’s large gas transportation system, and as long as Gazprom’s Nord Stream II pipeline through the Baltic Sea does not go forward, the Ukrainian gas transportation system will have some prospect, use, and income.

These well-known confrontations and negotiations concerning different routes of Russian gas supply to the EU, however, diverted attention from the potential of Ukraine’s own gas and oil reserves, as well as the associated storage facilities. The considerable natural resources in Ukraine’s energy sphere remain underexplored and underused today despite the fact that their use could spur economic growth not only in the energy sector, but also in other industries of the country.

Harvard International Review

From the same,

Excluding Russia’s gas reserves in Asia, Ukraine today holds the second biggest known gas reserves in Europe. As of late 2019, known Ukrainian reserves amounted to 1.09 trillion cubic meters of natural gas, second only to Norway’s known resources of 1.53 trillion cubic meters. Yet, these enormous reserves of energy remain largely untapped. Today, Ukraine has a low annual reserve usage rate of about 2 percent. Moreover, more active exploration may yield previously undiscovered gas fields, which would further increase the overall volume of Ukraine’s deposits.

In spite of this hopeful situation, Ukraine still depends substantially on gas imports. When the USSR started large-scale gas extraction in Western Siberia in the 1970s, much of the relevant expertise and capacity in the sector of Soviet gas exploration and production were transferred from the Ukrainian to the Russian Soviet republic and some other East European states. As a result of this outflow of expertise, Ukraine’s remaining gas resources have remained insufficiently developed, largely underused, and partly unexplored.

Until recently, Ukraine’s total average annual consumption amounted to approximately 29.8 billion cubic meters (bcm). Of this entire yearly need, approximately 14.3 bcm consists of imports. Thus, unlocking its unused reserves would provide for a revolutionary future for Ukraine’s gas sector and energy consumption.

Harvard International Review

Where corrupt and treasonous politicians see substantial untapped potential in other nation’s natural resources, corruption and even treason are sure to follow. Ask Afghanistan. Ask the Middle East in general. Ask other nations. Ask Proxy Joe.

Consider that the European Union is dead center in the stolen 2020 election as overlaid by the percentage of gas imported by them relative to Ukraine,

According to some estimates, the EU will import around 90 percent of the gas it consumes by 2030. Thus, during the next decade, Brussels will be increasingly eager to diversify the origins and routes of the European gas supply. In this context, smaller or even prospective gas exporters like Ukraine become more attractive to policymakers in Brussels: such new participants in the European market would lower EU dependency on the large players in the field, thus strengthening the European negotiating position.

Harvard International Review

The circumstances of Ukraine and being outmatched by the collective forces of the U.S., it’s longstanding regime change efforts there via the CIA and the EU made it a sitting duck. Ask Proxy Joe.

Continuing and realizing that Biden’s corrupt deals [Burisma] were in- part in natural gas and that Kyiv is a current target of Vladimir Putin’s aggression in Ukraine, consider that,

Moreover, financial investment in Ukraine’s energy sector is increasingly attractive. Over the last few years, Ukraine has (often under IMF pressure) gradually reduced distortive governmental interventions into the gas market. Kyiv has introduced market prices for households and no longer provides subsidies for all consumers indiscriminately. This relatively new domestic market should make financial engagement in Ukrainian gas production and exploration more attractive than it had been in the past, and the investment climate will improve once European energy markets recover in the aftermath of a likely global containment of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021.

Harvard International Review

Note how Ukraine “holds the key to Europe’s gas current storage crunch,” circa October 2020, making it regionally and strategically important,

A significant part of the multidimensional Ukrainian gas infrastructure is the huge underground gas storage facilities that the country controls. Only partially used, Ukrainian capacities to store natural gas amount to more than 31 bcm. If fully exploited, Ukraine could hypothetically add almost one third to the approximately 100 bcm of storage space that EU member states currently hold as a whole. Thus, it is no surprise that the energy consultancy Wood Mackenzie recently suggested that Ukraine holds the key to Europe’s gas current storage crunch.

Harvard International Review

In earlier work into Ukraine I defined it as the KEYSTONE to understanding the corrupt, criminal and treasonous matters at hand; and drawing back several years, Ukraine was enmeshed with Iran recalling the exclusive Moonshine position on Iran – as permitted by the treasonous JCPOA, Iran functions as the nuclear-capable lever to be pulled [threatened] against Western nations that get off the reservation. Recall that on 5 different flights, using 4 different routes, Obama delivered pallets of cash in a basket of currencies to Iran; the amount totaling as much as $33.6 billion. It also dates back to 2014, which overlays the aforementioned Obama/Clinton/Kerry/CIA regime change efforts in Ukraine.

In this same relative time frame, then President Obama was brokering a $350 million arms deal with the Ukrainians. In non-lethal aid, Obama chipped another $1.3 billion Ukraine’s way in the name of ‘security’ and ‘technical assistance.’ He then shot them another $600 million in non-lethal gear and another $15 million to reform corrupt police.

Since 2014, humanitarian aid to Ukraine under Obama has totaled $135 million and with $3 billion in loan guarantees for a $40 billion loan for economic aid. In 2015 the totals were: $300 million/defense; in Dec 2015, $658 million/economy; plus additional defense requests of $4.3 billion for the next year; and $789 million for Europe altogether. This is likely an incomplete list.

During December of 2015, Joe Biden visited Ukraine 4 times and pledged another $190 million for – of all things – fighting corruption. How rich?

That’s a lot of money to follow.

Let’s see what else was going on around this relative time-frame of 2014-present as it relates to Iran and Ukraine.

15 Nov 17: An Iranian parliamentary delegation, headed by the Chairman of Iran’s Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Alaeddin Boroujerdi, met with Ukrainian FM Pavlo Klimkin in Kiev on the previous Tuesday. Iran and Ukraine call for closer parliamentary and bilateral ties.

26 Aug 18: Iran and Ukraine agree to broaden relations.

13 Nov 18: The envoy claims no obstacles to expansion of Iran/Ukraine ties.

29 Dec 18: Manouchehr Moradi, the new Iranian Ambassador to Ukraine met with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kiev on the previous Thursday to present his credentials.

22 Apr 19: Iran congratulates Ukraine on successful elections.

03 Jun 19: Iran and Ukraine discuss more cooperation between chambers of commerce. *Drawing your attention to cooperation between chambers of commerce (and trade) equating to plausible and natural nexuses for the exchange of funds.

24 Aug 19: Iran announces that it’s eager to broaden ties with Ukraine.

When did Hunter Biden work for Burisma? That would be from 2014-2019. Those two dates could serve as bookends to this timeline.

So look at our timeline. It establishes an immediate uptick in Iranian/Ukrainian diplomacy at the precise time Hunter Biden went to work for Burisma. This coincides with absurd amounts of money being provided to Ukraine as aid in one form or another.

This uptick included bilateral cooperation in commerce and trade, which equates to natural nexuses and avenues for the flow and exchange of money.

And all of that coincided with Obama shipping Iran $33.6 billion?

And then Biden stopped by promising more?

At the same time Biden’s son is making good in Ukraine?

At the same time Biden is fighting both dementia and a floundering presidential campaign?

Political Moonshine / 2019

The sources for the above work include ONE TWO THREE FOUR.

Now consider Biden’s own words also from previous Moonshine work,

Let’s examine the pretext that Joe Biden established on 22 Nov 14 at the Atlantic Council Energy and Economic Summit in Istanbul.

There he said (emphasis mine,)

“First is a new development, the use of corruption and oligarchy-kleptocracy as a tool of international coercion (interesting word choice, Joe.) Second, is use of energy as a weapon, undermining the security of nations. Global energy security is a vital part of America’s national security. In East Asia, President Obama and President Xi just signed a historic agreement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In Sub-Saharan Africa, the United States has launched an initiative to double the access to electric power. We call is Power Africa. And in the Caribbean and Central America, our administration has launched a new, regional energy strategy to help boost sustainable economic growth and diversity of energy sources. (Look out for Haiti/Carribean and Africa below – I tie them back, too.)

“But here in Europe, energy is — energy security is an especially vital regional security interest because of Russia’s track record in using the supply of energy as a foreign policy weapon against its neighbors in violation of basic commercial and international norms. (The entire predication of Ukraine being the KEYSTONE centers on regional security and now we directly link regional security to ENERGY. What links to ENERGY.

“This is a huge strategic problem for many countries that rely on Russia for their energy supply. But the truth is this is also a unique moment for Europe. Europe has a real opportunity to change their circumstances. We believe — the President and I — we believe that energy security is the next chapter in the European project of integration and market expansion that began decades ago with European coal and steel.

As a matter of economic and national security, that means we need governments and the European Commission to work hand-in-hand with the private sector (this is Biden establishing the foundation for corruption – nexuses, relationships, etc.) to ensure diversity in sources of fuel from hydrocarbons to renewables; diversity in countries of origin, from North Africa, to the Eastern Mediterranean, to the United States; more interconnections, that supply routes that are more reliable — everything from new pipelines to LNG facilities.

“We have been aware that this single source of energy has been a problem for a long time in Europe. But now, now, now is the time to act. What’s happening in Ukraine only underscores the urgency. And my message here is not that Europe can or should do away with Russian imports. That’s not the case at all. I have no doubt that Russia will and should remain a major source of energy supplies for Europe and the world

This is about energy security (again, tying energy to security.) To achieve it, Europe needs to ensure it diversifies its resources, its routes and its suppliers.”

Political Moonshine quoting then Vice President Joe Biden / 2019

Here is more from Biden also coming from archived Moonshine,

Even in then Vice President’s own blog, these statements were made,

“The Vice President’s speech at the Munich Security Conference in February 2015 laid out a vision for how to revitalize NATO, strengthen democratic institutions in Europe, prioritize investments to bolster energy security, and grow trade and investment ties across the Atlantic. The Vice President has been leading the administration’s effort to support a sovereign, democratic Ukraine, visiting the country three times in 2014. ”

Perhaps in-part, this explains why Biden has so strongly chastised the president [Trump] on NATO.

Again, UKRAINE is the KEYSTONE via ENERGY and SECURITY – Biden said it himself. Moreover, how does this position Ukraine – directly in the middle of two sides: Russia>Ukraine<West/US as it relates to both ENERGY and SECURITY. That’s important.

As is customary, I will rely on TIMING and a timeline to bring all of this together. Yesterday’s timeline was predicated on these concepts: Hunter Biden’s relationship with Burisma, US aid dollars to Ukraine, Obama’s cash and funding to Iran and, most importantly, the timing of brand new diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Iran coinciding with all of it. Moreover, we were able to establish a likely circular flow of money between all of the major players.

Today, we’ll add Brazil to that timeline and tie it back to Biden and a recent DOJ development. Of course, we’ll have to go to Switzerland and other places to get there.

Here we go:

29-31 May 13: Preceding the entirety of the timeline presented yesterday, which is linked above, Vice President Joe Biden declares a convenient (timing) ‘new era’ of US-Brazilian relations. Not coincidentally, this is the exact same script that was rolled-out to spur a new era of relations between Ukraine and Iran.

“The United States and Brazil represent two of the largest, most innovative, dynamic economies in the world today. It is true both of us can continue to prosper whether or not we deepen our economic relations. But imagine, just imagine what these two dynamic economies could do with greater trade and investment for our people, for the hemisphere, for the world.” – Joe Biden

Biden has placed the ball on the tee, here. Biden then swings the bat (emphasis mine),

“In addition to strengthening the economic relationship between our two countries, the Vice President also discussed other areas where we can work together, including ENERGY, global development and PEOPLE-TO-PEOPLE TIES.”

Again, what was Hunter Biden’s supposed specialty in Ukraine? Wasn’t it ENERGY? Yes.

Here’s more from the 29-31 May meetings as it relates to melding together the two sides of this new era of Brazilian/US relations according to Obama doctrine.

First, we have these remarks from Brazilian VP Temer,

“And as a rule I highlighted to Vice President Biden that in our country, we adopted in our country since in our institution we have been able to bring together the concepts of liberalism with those of the welfare state.  And liberalism is perceived as the wider freedom, the freedom of expression, freedom of speech, and also — and specifically the freedom of press — with a high degree of preservation of individual rights.

“And on the other hand, we have been able to adopt the rules of the welfare state as we ensure the right to housing, which have generated programs such as the family grant program, the housing program Minha Casa, Minha Vida, which has allowed millions of people to graduate from extreme poverty and move up to the middle classes in our country.  And this has promoted an international insertion over our country and international scenario and — within the international scene.”

I would characterize Temer’s remarks as a wholesale setting of the stage. Brazil is openly avowing adherence to Obama’s welfare state as coupled to a faux liberal democracy at the same time they are agreeing to partner with Joe Biden on energy. Lock, stock and barrel – they’re in.

It continues and coincidentally or not going down the road of the UN Security Council and how members of it had been leveraged with compromising material, here is the relevant quote, comment (emphasis mine),

“I did not forget to mention and I was well received by Vice President Biden, we have been reinforced of the interest of Brazil to have A SEAT AT THE U.N. SECURITY COUNCIL as we have also received the support for application of Sao Paulo in Brazil for the 2020 Expo.” -Brazilian VP Temer

Then, Biden gets to speak and he just can’t help himself as it seems he was already looking forward to running in 2020 at this time; some 6+ years earlier. Biden stated,

And now my friend is lobbying me on 2020.  I tell you it’s amazing.”

How convenient. Biden would hypothetically be POTUS at the same time his son Hunter would have been positioned to receive a windfall of corrupt money from the players therein.

Biden then gets to brass tacks,

“We spoke about how to deepen trade and investment in both our nations.  Our annual trading relationship has now surpassed $100 billion a year, but there is literally no reason — no reason why the world’s largest and seventh largest economies can’t increase that fivefold over time.”

Then, Biden further expands on ENERGY (emphasis mine),

“On energy, we discussed how we can build a partnership that reflects the ambition of both our countries in this area.  As some of you know, two days ago, I spent time at your state-owned and actually now private and state enterprise going through a deep briefing on the promise of pre-salt oil that is immense.  The find is immense.

“We also talked about how we could work together on areas that you have far surpassed us.  You produce 50 percent of your energy with renewable energy.  Our goal is to get to 20 percent by the middle of the next decade.  We have a lot to learn from you — a lot to learn from you.

“We also think — and it’s been discussed you may be able to learn something from us in being able to access shale gas.  The access of shale gas in an environmentally sound way has radically altered America’s energy prospects — radically altered those prospects.

Energy now, natural gas is less than $2 in the United States.  It’s $17 or more in Europe and other places.  It has great potential for your country, as well as for ours.”

What is the context for Ukraine? What is Hunter Biden’s supposed area of expertise? ENERGY. What was the specific area of expertise as it relates to Burisma, natural gas? Yes.

Biden even chats about other hotspots that look like trouble for the previous administration and the Democrats in general – Haiti and Africa. Biden knows no bounds.

That’s considerable pretext to set the stage but it’s needed. Here’s why.

Guess with whom Biden met when he was in Brazil? Petrobras. What do we know about Petrobras? Well, it’s an energy company owned by Odebrecht SA, which is notoriously corrupt and whose CEO was arrested for corruption in 2015.

Odebrecht, who was charged in July with corruption and money laundering, declined to respond to specific questions about the price fixing and political kickback case focused on state-run oil firm Petroleo Brasileiro SA, or Petrobras.”

Did you catch that – the reference to a “state-run” oil firm? As in Brazil being the state. As in Biden partnering with the leaders of Brazil and specifically as it relates to energy and more specifically as it relates to a corrupt company that has an established history of corruption with politicians.

That’s what I caught. I also caught the references to corruption, money laundering and political kickbacks.

It gets worse. Consider the political element alone (emphasis mine),

“Among dozens of executives under investigation for overcharging Petrobras on contracts and using the excess to bribe politicians, Odebrecht had an especially close relationship to former President Lula.”

Remember, this is ALL BEFORE the start point of the time-line established yesterday, which begins with Hunter Biden’s affiliation with Burisma in 2014. As stated, this is the setting of the stage for the rest of it.

Let’s move forward.

By 18 Jun 19, Odebrecht had filed bankruptcy. Doesn’t this all coincide with the same relative time-frame as Hunter Biden’s departure from Burisma? Look at one of the reasons given. Consider,

“Once one of the most influential people in Brazil, company chief Marcelo Odebrecht was sentenced to 19 years in prison for his role in the scandal — although he is now serving a reduced sentence in his luxurious Sao Paulo mansion.

“Dozens of politicians have become embroiled in the affair, including former Brazil presidents Michel Temer and Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who is serving a 12-year jail sentence for accepting bribes from the company.”

ARENT’T THOSE THE SAME PEOPLE I JUST DEMONSTRATED AS BEING BIDEN’S LIKELY CO-CONSPIRATORS? Yes. Now look at this WSJ quote tying it all back to the United States from a settlement standpoint.

“Odebrecht and petrochemical company Braskem SA in 2016 struck parallel agreements with authorities in three countries to pay up to $4.5 billion, as part of the largest anticorruption settlement in history. Braskem is partly owned by Odebrecht and Petrobras.

“The settlements with U.S., Brazilian and Swiss authorities have spawned corruption probes in other Latin American countries where the two companies operate. Last month, Odebrecht filed for chapter 15 bankruptcy in the U.S. shortly after it filed for bankruptcy in Brazil in June.”

To say that settlements were necessary in the US is to say that entities within the US were exposed to or caused to suffer harm, financial or otherwise. Again, who was it that established the foundation for the brokering of such deals? Joe Biden.

It seems to me that the Biden’s may have just rigged the entire world to exploit the energy industry as an avenue for personal enrichment vis-à-vis fraud and corruption. And don’t forget that Paul Pelosi, Jr. also traveled to Ukraine and is also a board member for a Ukrainian energy company Viscoil. It’s also important to remember that others such as the Kerry’s and Romney’s have been alleged to be involved. That’s a tangled web, no?

There’s more.

On 20 Nov 19, the DOJ issued a press release stating (emphasis mine),

“An indictment was unsealed today in federal court in Brooklyn charging Jose Carlos Grubisich, the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Braskem S.A. (Braskem), a publicly traded Brazil-based petrochemical company, for his role in a massive bribery and money laundering scheme involving Braskem and its parent company, Odebrecht S.A. (Odebrecht). The scheme allegedly resulted in the diversion of hundreds of millions of dollars from Braskem to a secret slush fund used, in part, to pay bribes to government officials, political parties and others in Brazil to obtain and retain business. Grubisich, who also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Braskem, and in various capacities for Odebrecht, was charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), one count of conspiracy to violate the books and records provisions of the FCPA and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.”

Notice the ‘slush fund’ reference?

All of this started with the idea that Ukraine is the KEYSTONE to understanding it all. That if you somehow removed it from the ‘fabricabed structure,’ as built by Joe Biden and Barack Obama, the entire thing would crumble.

Again, what was created in Brazil with all of this money? That’s right – a SLUSH FUND.

There is one missing piece – the specific linkage between the US, Biden, Brazil and Ukraine (the KEYSTONE.) Here it is.

According to the Brazil Business Council, BUSBC member companies, which includes Braskem, were present when Biden made his speech. As stated, Braskem’s parent company is, Odebrecht. Braskem happens also to be the US’s largest domestic producer of polypropylene. That places the corrupt parent company, by proxy vis-à-vis Braskem, in touch with Biden at the time of his speech.

As for the Ukraine/Biden connection back to Brazil, we must rely on the context of energy so it may be that the nexus between Ukraine and Brazil is Biden himself. But there could be more.

Brazil blocked the sale of Petrobras holdings to ‘foreign investors’ in 2017. The individuals looking to acquire the holdings remained private, but there were connections to be found. The purchasing company, Mega SA, is an Argentinian outfit. Research also shows linkage to Quimica MEGA SA that’s also Argentinian and which, according to “” is a European distributor; obviously the Ukraine being in Europe.

When accessing the Mega SA webpage, it presents in Spanish requiring an English translation. Conveniently, as with trying to access the Spanish version of the site, the site has been at least temporarily removed. The only way to view the site at the time of this writing was via Linked-In and then it only populated in Spanish. Even weirder, look at the web address from the Google translated site,,  or (emphasis mine.) Weird, indeed.

The Petrobras scandal also expands to Switzerland whereby the investigation then tied to both Vitol and Trafigura, the world’s number one and two leading oil producers, respectively. Both also have locations in Ukraine.

There we have it – full circle. Concession – this is veneer level work and nexuses or relationships have been established. Deeper understanding is needed to fully implicate Biden in all of it but the evidence is encouraging.

Political Moonshine / 2019

As if the preceding weren’t enough, no article would be complete without China and again, we rely on old Moonshine.

TUG ON UKRAINE AND IT GETS YOU THE BIDENS IN CHINA – The criminal construct that Joe Biden apparently used to corruptly and repeatedly steal from the energy sector

Someone complained earlier about the volume of information being posted about Ukraine recently, which I have and will continue to refer to as the ‘KEYSTONE,’ and I believe they perceived it as ‘fucking annoying.’ I don’t get that and here’s why.

[Interjecting in this quote with a quick sidebar comment and given the status quo of 2022 relative to this work in 2019, it just goes to show you how ignorant some people can be; how little they know, and yet how flippant and reckless they are with chiding comments. Fool.]

We have current events of historically monumental and global importance tying directly back to demonstrable and verifiable factual occurrences; all of which are directly tied to a contemporary coup d’etat and ongoing effort to remove a duly elected President of the United States. Every time we give those facts scrutiny, Ukraine is at the bottom of it. And now we’re complaining about the volume of information coming out on Ukraine? Uh, hello – the President himself recently implicated the Ukrainians in the DNC hack. I don’t get it and I don’t want to. If folks care to turn a blind eye and decide not to follow the evidence and where it leads, I would highly encourage reading the MSM. They do a wonderful job of that sort of ‘news.’ I digress.

Keystone opinions aside, the most relevant central aspect to the full scope of the media spectrum and geopolitical landscape is currently rooted in Ukraine. That compels us to continue pursuing it until the evidence suggests an alternative course. At that time I’ll gladly retract my position and admit my error with encouragement to follow the evidence elsewhere. Right now, though, that evidence leads to Ukraine.

[Another quick sidebar – no retraction needed, no error made; in fact, the 2019 work was precisely on point allowing me to make the full slate of deadly accurate prognostications in 2021 into 2022.]

Fox News broke a story today whereby pulling on the Ukraine thread, as framed by Biden’s apparent crime, corruption, kickback and money laundering construct that exploits the energy and natural gas sectors, takes us in yet another direction. This time we land in China.

[Again, how deadly accurate have the prognostications been given the exclusive work in 06 May 20 that first began outlining the asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war with China that manifests as biowarfare and accounts for the enterprise fraud construct that people call COVID-19?]

So, we’ve gone a lot of places: US, Ukraine, Iran, Brazil, Russia, Switzerland and Argentina and now we’re in China. For the record, this is actually older news but it’s being revisited with greater relevancy against the backdrop of today’s news cycle.

It’s also worth pointing out that earlier research narrowed our focus to the Ukrainian oligarch and Russian mob affiliate Dmitry Firtash. By examining Firtash’s position within the natural gas sector against and the backdrop of Biden’s coinciding dealings in the Ukraine, we see what appears to be a resetting of the corruption. Firtash is being ejected while the Bidens are being installed. There’s a reason – Firtash calls Biden the ‘overlord.’ All of this scrutiny drills us down to the 2014 timeline. Recall, this is also the same time that Hunter Biden joined Burisma in Ukraine.

As we dig through the Fox item, here are the components we’re looking for: Biden, energy, natural gas, nexus to officials in the sector and/or government, Biden’s relatives, Deep State connections, connections to named countries, corruption/bribery/kickbacks/money laundering (recall the Hannity montage with all of this terminology early on?), and the year 2014. Let’s see what we find.

To start, we learn that the firm connected to Hunter Biden, Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), moved over $2.5 billion into various sectors, including energy.

Biden relative, check.

Energy, check.

BHR only became a registered firm less than two weeks after Hunter Biden accompanied his then VPOTUS father to China to discuss official business. That puts the timeline as October 2013; right on the front doorstep of 2014.

Nexus to government officials, check.

2014, check.

Interestingly, BHR was set-up as a $1.5 billion dollar joint venture through the Bank of China via Rosemount Seneca, the firm founded by Biden in 2009 along with John Kerry’s stepson Christopher Heinz and family friend Devon Archer.

Deep state, check.

Here’s where it gets very interesting as it relates to energy and the 2014 timeline. Consider,

“In 2014, BHR invested in the IPO of the state-owned China General Nuclear Power Company (CGN), which is focused on the development of nuclear reactors. But in April 2016, the U.S. Department of Justice charged the company with “conspiracy to unlawfully engage and participate in the production and development of special nuclear material outside the United States, without the required authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy.”

The DOJ also charged the company’s U.S.-based nuclear engineer and senior advisor “with conspiracy to act in the United States as an agent of a foreign government.”

That’s a lot of energy talk in 2014.

2014, check again.

Here’s where it gets even more interesting as this dates to March 2019. Consider,

“In March this year, Patrick Ho, 69, the former Hong Kong politician and head of the think-tank wing of the Shanghai-based energy company CEFEC China, was sentenced to three years behind bars for “international bribery and money laundering offenses.” The sentencing took place 16 months after U.S. authorities arrested him.”

“Patrick Ho schemed to bribe the leaders of Chad and Uganda in order to secure unfair business advantages for the Chinese energy company he served,” Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said in a statement released by the U.S. Department of Justice. “His actions were brazen. Foreign corruption undermines the fairness of international markets, erodes the public’s faith in its leaders, and is deeply unfair to the people and businesses that play by the rules.

“The scheme, the DOJ said, began around September 2014 when Ho attended the annual UN General Assembly in New York. CEFC China was, at that time, “working to expand its operations to Chad.”

What do we see from previous writings in this quote alone? International bribery and money laundering? Yes. Another reference to Africa being bad for the Democrats? Yes. A direct tie between crimes and the energy sector? Yes. What about the timeline? Is it tied directly to 2014? Yes. This pattern keeps repeating itself. Over and over and over.

Bribery and money laundering, check.

Africa, check.

It gets worse. Hunter Biden had placed himself in the middle of it all by agreeing to represent Ho in negotiating a multi-million-dollar contract with CEFC China. Guess what it was for? Yes, you guessed it, liquefied natural gas.

Natural gas, check.

[Recall that in 2017, Huner Biden secured a $6 million deal to represent Chairman Ye of CEFC and that CEFC China Energy Company was the economic arm of One Belt, One Road – China’s primary domestic and hegemonic doctrine. Its poitical arm is the CCP and it’s all backed by the PLA. The Biden’s sold out the U.S. to the CCP’s brand of communism in these deals.]

From the list we used to introduce the Fox item, we’ve checked-off on every single component. Those components fit to construct to the criminal enterprise that Joe Biden was apparently using to exploit and steal from the energy sector in several countries.

The evidence suggests that Biden has apparently installed this construct in Brazil, Ukraine and now China. Rest assured there are more. The tentacles of all this reach as far as Argentina to Iran to Russia to Switzerland.

And now we’re in China singing the same old song.

Keystone arguments aside and regardless of the volume of information being written, the evidence suggests that Ukraine is an undercurrent to much [all?] of the current geopolitical landscape right now.

What has actually been outlined or, shall I say discovered through the process of researching and writing about this, is what I’d call a criminal enterprise [RICO] constructed by the Biden family. It’s one that would be likely prosecuted under RICO and this work doesn’t even touch on the contributions made to many of these countries in the form of aid dollars. We demonstrated the slush fund in Brazil and there are certainly others. How much of the aid dollars went back into the pockets of corrupt US politicians?

What this construct apparently did was engage the Bidens with officials from foreign nations and the energy sector so as to exploit his position as VPOTUS and employ a system of bribery, money laundering and kickbacks as a vehicle for the personal enrichment of himself and others. What we’ve actually uncovered here are the bones of a playbook Biden deploys at each stop – corruptly rigging the energy and natural gas ssector to the tune of untold sums of money.

Now, with all of that said, Ukraine is the KEYSTONE and all of that is why I continue to make this claim. Tug on it and you can end up in a lot of places, like China, for example.

Political Moonshine / 2019

The source for the above is ONE.

Even in light of the above, Ukraine; however, goes in more nefarious directions and a tip of the hat goes to Tore at @Tore_Says for the tip and whereby she indicated in a March 2022 podcast that Ukraine should be regarded as “Uranium Two,” in reference to the Obama era Clinton scandal that enveloped Robert Mueller, then FBI Director and who delivered samples of yellow cake to a Russian tarmac, known as “Uranium One.” Now you know why Mueller was tabbed to lead the investigation into then President Trump. Self-preservation is a powerful motivator.

Now consider this 27 Mar 12 White House press release,

FACT SHEET: Ukraine Highly Enriched Uranium Removal

The United States today announced the removal of 128 kilograms (over 280 pounds) of highly enriched uranium (HEU) from two remaining sites in Ukraine.  The shipments were completed as part of a joint effort with Ukraine and fulfill the commitments made by Presidents Obama and Yanukovych at the 2010 Nuclear Security Summit to remove all of Ukraine’s HEU by the 2012 Nuclear Security Summit.

Implementation of the April 2010 Joint Statement by Presidents Obama and Yanukovych required a total of six different secure operations and unprecedented cooperation among the U.S., Ukraine, Russia and the IAEA to successfully remove a total of 234 kilograms over a two-year period.  Originally, there were three sites in Ukraine with different quantities and types of HEU.  The first shipment to remove 56 kilograms of spent HEU fuel from the Kiev Institute of Nuclear Research (KINR) took place in May 2010.  This was followed by three shipments – all in late December 2010 – to remove 16 kilograms of fresh HEU from the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology, 25 kilograms of fresh HEU from Sevastopol University, and 10 kilograms of fresh HEU from the Kiev Institute of Nuclear Research.  The HEU was returned to Russia, where it will be downblended into low enriched uranium (LEU).  Unlike HEU, LEU cannot be used to make a nuclear weapon.

In exchange, the United States agreed to provide Ukraine with replacement LEU fuel as well as a state-of-the-art Neutron Source Facility (NSF) at the Kharkiv Institute for Physics and Technology.  The United States has already shipped replacement LEU to the Kiev Institute for Nuclear Research and the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology in exchange for the HEU that was removed.  The United States has also completed the main stages of construction of the NSF and will ensure the NSF is fully operational by 2014, thereby fulfilling commitments to Ukraine.  The NSF will be equipped with the most up-to-date technology to operate at the highest safety standards and will provide Ukraine with new research capabilities and the ability to produce over 50 different industrial and medical isotopes for the benefit of the Ukrainian people.

In a speech in Prague in April 2009, President Obama called for an international effort to secure all vulnerable nuclear material around the world within four years. Shipments like these recently completed from Ukraine result in permanent threat reduction because they eliminate weapons-usable nuclear material at civilian sites.   Financial support to help implement the removal operations with Ukraine was provided by the United Kingdom as part of a cost-sharing approach.

This falls back on Ukraine’s agreement to forfeit its nuclear arsenal back in 1994. Do you find it peculiar and odd that our favorite boogeyman – Russia – was the recipient of the enriched Uranium extracted from Ukraine? Is the overseeing IAEA to be trusted? Were there guarantees and confirmations that are both reliable and confirmed that the downblending occurred? Could any such guarantees be trusted? Does it surprise anyone that the UK; a later co-conspirator in the coup d’etat against President Trump was a partner?

It all falls back on a trialteral agreement circa 2011 as explained in this extract from Brookings,

The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 left Soviet strategic nuclear weapons—both strategic nuclear warheads and delivery systems—located on the territory of four newly independent states: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine. Soviet tactical nuclear weapons were even more widely scattered.  Moscow quickly secured the return of all tactical nuclear warheads to Russia during the first half of 1992.  Moscow also in relatively short order reached bilateral understandings with Belarus and Kazakhstan on the removal or elimination of the strategic nuclear weapon systems on the territory of those countries.

The process with Ukraine proved more difficult, as Kyiv sought to achieve particular objectives before giving up what was then the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world. Among other things, the Ukrainian government wanted acceptable answers to four key questions:

1-Possession of nuclear weapons was seen to confer certain security benefits; what guarantees or assurances would there be for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity after it gave up strategic nuclear arms?

2-The strategic nuclear warheads had commercial value in the form of the highly-enriched uranium (HEU) they contained, which could be blended down into low-enriched uranium (LEU) and used in fuel rods for nuclear power reactors; how would Ukraine ensure that it received the value of the HEU in the nuclear warheads on its territory?

3-Eliminating the intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), ICBM silos, strategic bombers and nuclear infrastructure in Ukraine would be an expensive proposition at a time when the new Ukrainian economy was sharply contracting; who would cover the costs of those eliminations?

4-How, where and under what conditions would the strategic nuclear warheads, ICBMs and bombers be eliminated?

It should not come as a surprise that central to it all is another Clinton – then president Bill Clinton. Consider,

The trilateral discussions accelerated in December, producing the Trilateral Statement and accompanying annex, signed by Kravchuk, Yelstin and U.S. President Bill Clinton in Moscow on January 14, 1994. Those documents provided that Ukraine would transfer all strategic warheads on its territory to Russia for elimination and, in return, would receive security assurances, compensation for the commercial value of the HEU, and Nunn-Lugar assistance to help with the disposal of ICBMs, ICBM silos, bombers and other infrastructure on Ukrainian territory. Perhaps as importantly but less tangibly, the Trilateral Statement removed what would have been a major impediment to Ukraine’s development of normal relations with the United States and the West.

Moving forward, now consider this from 2013 sourced at the U.S. Energy Information Administration,

Owners and operators of U.S. commercial nuclear power reactors buy uranium in various forms as well as enrichment services from other countries. U.S. nuclear plants purchased 58 million pounds of uranium in 2012 from both domestic and foreign suppliers; 83% of this total was of foreign origin. About 38% of the enriched uranium needed to fabricate fuel for U.S. reactors was supplied by foreign enrichers.

Historically, U.S. owners and operators have purchased most of their uranium from foreign countries. In 2012, 84% of foreign-supplied uranium came from Canada, Russia, Australia, Kazakhstan, and Namibia. The rest came from Uzbekistan, Niger, South Africa, Brazil, China, Malawi, and Ukraine.

Forward to March 2014 and not without a sense of irony; and with the hands of Obama, the Clintons and Biden family all over every single granular bit of it; and relative to the exact and precise CIA regime change efforts in Ukraine that I’ve been delineating in exclusive and granular fashion for a long time now, consider the following from Ploughshares Fund,

Ukraine, Russia and the Legacy of Nuclear Weapons

On the radar: Would nuclear weapons in Ukraine have stopped Russia; MOX plant goes into cold storage; Russian nuclear forces review; Iran cuts enriched uranium; and Castle Bravo and the CTBT.

Debate: should Ukraine have kept its nuclear weapons? – “With Russian troops now occupying Ukraine’s Crimean Peninsula, Kiev’s beleagered interim leaders may be thinking twice about their nation’s 1994 decision to abandon nuclear weapons,” writes Elain M. Grossman in a piece for Global Security Newswire. “The East European country actually held the world’s third-largest nuclear arsenal after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. But Kiev in 1994 agreed to transfer all its atomic arms to Russia for elimination, shortly thereafter joined the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty as a non-nuclear nation, and within two years was weapons-free.”

–Today, as more Russian troops are heading towards Ukraine, a serious debate is forming over whether or not Ukraine would have actually been better off keeping its nuclear weapons as a deterrent against Russian militarism. 1993, John Mearsheimer was one of very few who saw Ukraine’s move to give up its nuclear weapons as a very poor choice. At the time he said “A nuclear Ukraine … is imperative to maintain peace between Ukraine and Russia. … Ukraine cannot defend itself against a nuclear-armed Russia with conventional weapons, and no state, including the United States, is going to extend to it a meaningful security guarantee.” Today he feels somewhat vindicated, “If Ukraine had a real nuclear deterrent, the Russians would not be threatening to invade it.”

–“Even given Russia’s Cold War-reminiscent actions over the past week, others are thinking Ukraine’s two-decade old move to jettison its nuclear stockpile was the right call.” For instance, John Isaacs from the Council for a Livable World, said that “Ukraine with nuclear weapons is one heck of a dangerous idea. There is already in the mix eastern Ukraine vs. western Ukraine, East vs. West Cold War overtones, Russian vs. U.S. interventionism. … It would be like tossing a package of lighted matches into a vat of flammable fluids. The results would be unpredictable, but hazardous for everyone’s health… There is no predicting what Russia would have done if Ukraine had retained nuclear weapons. We do know that the risk of nuclear holocaust would have increased immeasurably.” Read the full story here.

Ukraine’s strategic importance reveals that we’re repeating the history that Obama, the Clintons and the Bidens engineered for us. It’s cyclical. Biden was present in the 2014 efforts and he’s the proxy running the same scheme for the same cartel. We’re repeating the history they engineered and manufactured for us because they all stand to go down in all of the worst ways in history if this doesn’t occur. In a sense, they are cleaning house and covering it all up right now.

The list of nations is substantial and it’s far from a complete one: Russia, Ukraine, China, Iran, the UK, the European Union, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Africa [continent], Switzerland, Haiti and more. Do you think there is a reason Bolsonaro of Brazil and Orbador of Mexico refuse to condemn Putin? Do you think there is a viable ulterior reason to Putin’s invasion in Ukraine? Do you think it ties to all of the corruption I’ve outline here and elsewhere? Do you think Putin may be entrapping all of these miscreants in the KEYSTONE of global corruption – Ukraine? Do you think Putin might be working to expose it all?

I think the answers to those questions are rhetorical at this point. Time will tell. One thing is certain, though. There is a zero percent chance the analysis into the current Russia/Ukraine is off the mark in the sense that it’s a manufactured and engineered war and the Moonshine explanation for it all is by far closer to the truth than anything from the corrupt MSM.

Welcome back, Mr. Moonshine. I can’t thank you enough for this work. I share it with anyone who will listen. Always concise, well-written, and artfully woven. PERFECTION.

  2. VIOYHDTYKIT March 5, 2022

Yes, Moonshine. Many of has have been saying the same. Ukraine is the “Keystone.” Pull on that loose thread & the whole garment falls apart!

    • Political Moonshine Post author | March 9, 2022

Neon ripped me for it when no one else was even considering Ukraine. Never understood that. At this point the Moonshine work stands on its own legs and I rarely dial him up. It’s too bad because his work was daily reading for a long time. Never understood why he got personal. Water under the bridge. Appreciate your comments – thank you.

  3. Michael Buhagiar March 5, 2022

Thanks PM. Great work as always. I was aware of corruption in the global energy sector through reading George Papadopoulos’ book Deep State Target. Interestingly, GP hints (nudge, wink) that the prominent Australian diplomat who was then located in the UK, and with whom GP famously met in London in 2016, was aware of the corruption and tried to bully GP away from pursuing it. I also found this article on the Straussians interesting:

  4. Michael Buhagiar March 5, 2022

‘Time will tell.’ Yes, but we have a very visible and active person here in Australia, Lt Col (rtd) Riccardo Bosi, who has been arguing that Putin is indeed pursing the action that you describe. I believe and hope for God’s sake that he is correct, but, as you say, we don’t know for sure right now.

    • Political Moonshine Post author | March 9, 2022

I think the article [there were two substantial ones today] I posted later this evening [the proof piece] will support Lt. Col. Bosi’s positions. Godspeed to you and your countrymen and women. What your government is doing to you all is beyond words. You are the litmus test for the rest of the world. The more you fight and the more you win, the more we all stand to win. All my best to every one of you.

  5. EJS March 6, 2022

I believe you are 100% correct, Ukraine is the keystone. While we were all busy being distracted by Russia Russia Russia, NK, Iran, Syria, China and everything else. Ukraine was quietly, away from prying eyes the hub of it all. Who would ever think to look in Ukraine, Sum of all Fears seems quite relevant now. It is now obvious why the deep state swamp went batshit crazy with Trumps “perfect phone call”. Reading between the lines it was a perfect shot across the bow, epic trolling by Trump.

    • Political Moonshine Post author | March 9, 2022

It’s too bad his most effective actions were trolling and not legal, military or constitutional remedies while he still possessed the authority and was still under his oath to defend said constitution. Appreciate your comments. Thank you.
