An article from Just the News features a new House memo that bears down hard on a complex matter involving the application of Chinese doctrine to the United States by means of China’s White House Proxy in Joe Biden and his administration. Statecraft requires the players to engage inside of a box and therefore, their actions become predictable assuming enough ancillary evidence is available to support them. That evidence exists in spades and this new House memo confirms our positions while allowing us to expand on them in more detail.

Thus far we’ve identified Chinese doctrine more broadly as the overarching One Belt, One Road that I’ve cited repeatedly in this same vein and have delineated respective to its political (the CCP) and economic (the CEFC) arms. Therein, the general premise is that One Belt, One Road is being adapted, extended and applied vis-a-vis the Biden administration to the United States in an effort to remake America into Amerika.

Recently, I expanded on this notion and you go even deeper with this ONE TWO-part series enmeshing it all with BIG TECH, BIG MEDIA and BIG MONEY by means of Vanguard Group and BlackRock.

In order to successfully enter the box and engage in statecraft, specific plans must be developed, implemented and executed. The Chinese deploy plans and doctrine over long and generational timelines. The generational timeline delineated ad nauseam in the full body of Moonshine work and respective to the U.S. draws back more contemporaneously to the World War II Nazi Germany era, Prescott Bush (George H.W. Bush’s father who funded the Nazis during WWII), Operation Paperclip and others. From it, we can begin identifying U.S. infiltration devised at overthrow and China’s timelines overlay ours with precision and that’s not coincidental.

Let’s pause to acknowledge a critical and undeniable fact within out position – such and endeavor as infiltrating the U.S. and for the purpose of overthrow, or at least control by proxy, would be impossible without a compromised White House. All of the evidence needed to demonstrate that from a broader perspective can be gleaned by a simple contrast and comparison of Obama’s two terms and the first rough 7 months of Biden’s intentionally and deliberately disastrous administration both relative to the four years Trump was in office. From the standpoint of momentum, it represents a three-way pendulum swing: China first to America first and back to China first.

Don’t forget that then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo expanded on Chinese infiltration on 08 Feb 20 expanding on how the CCP had evaluated governors, politicians, university personnel etc. in terms of their favorability status. Take this as Pompeo placing them all on notice because that’s exactly what he did.

Let’s water it all down for easy consumption this way. Examine China’s timeline depicted below (“Complete victory in eradicating absolute poverty”) relative to China’s objective of lifting the nation’s poor out of absolute poverty beginning in 2016 and going through 2020.

Does that timeline ring a bell? Does it appear to give a due date? It should in both cases. It’s the precise timeline for Donald J. Trump’s first term and his constructed removal from office; and it directly overlays the most important timeline in contemporary U.S. history (below.)

To begin, the CCP has no intention of lifting its people out of poverty for that would negatively impact the communist regime’s systems of tyrannical and authoritarian control over its people. In the same vein, it’s also fully explanatory of why China and duplicitous and treasonous U.S. politicians are working to convert the capitalistic U.S., which is the source of the nation’s wealth when left to do its job in unfettered fashion, into an impoverished Third World nation by means of Cloward Piven strategy as discussed below. See unmitigated illegal immigration as a pillar component in this approach as we’ll discuss momentarily.

What China is really doing is using the policy of eliminating its absolute poverty as a ruse to accomplish and frame-up ulterior agendas. Remember that when nation’s are called-out and their actions questioned, they must have viable reasons and explanations for them at the ready. We call this pretext to explain away bad actions and it takes the form of bills, legislation, laws, regulation, policy, doctrine, protocols, etc.

A U.S. analog of this idea and as example but in reverse, is the Patriot Act. In that case, the bill was already written as comporting with a desired direction for the U.S. and it sat ready to go until 9/11 was brought forth and executed. It’s this type of dynamic where actual objectives are obfuscated by apparent legitimate objectives all wrapped up and sold as something that sounds great but normally renders evil and bad things. Fraud rules the day.

So, the only way for China to turn the tables on America and displace it as stated is to infiltrate America to steal its generational wealth, its proprietary knowledge, its resources and the loyalty of its leaders and politicians. See the status quo. From that base, they can begin to apply their own doctrine to remake America into Amerika.

Timelines

Veteran Moonshiners know that we make a living here with timeline overlays; so overlay this timeline with the one that follows and then apply logical deduction for meaning.

Now consider how on this same general timeline and relative to the Biden’s explosive growth in income as depicted above that Hunter Biden secured a $1.5bb deal in private equity (in ENERGY!) to represent Ye Jianming, the Chairman of the CEFC, which is the economic arm of China’s One Belt, One Road doctrine. As you do this, recall that it was then Obama Vice President Joe Biden who flew Hunter to China aboard Air Force II to land the deal in an domain in which Hunter had precisely no experience.

Now ask yourself if our timeline overlays above are just coincidental, accidental or otherwise. Only a fool would adopt such a stance and to identify said fools, just look for mask wearers and vaccine recipients.

The House Memo

The entire three-page memo from the House and sourced at Just the News is worthy of full consumption and here are the relevant aspects for our positions (emphasis mine),

Chinese President Xi Jinping has stated that Beijing’s strategic goal—becoming the dominant world economic and military leader by 2049—broadly depends on acquiring national power across multiple domains: military, technology, diplomacy, and information. In 2013, Xi declared that China must address deficiencies in sciences, technological innovation,and critical industries that underpin these domains. He further warned that China must prepare for a long period of international cooperation followed by conflict.

To strengthen China’s position in these domains, Beijing issued the strategic plan “Made in China 2025.” The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has issued further guidance toward these goals via its Five-Year Plans. This guidance is closely followed by entities across the Chinese economic and technological spectrum. The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan (2021-25) focuses on acquiring and advancing scientific and technological innovation (e.g.,artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles), and on the health, education,and financial services sectors.

From the first paragraph above, does “long period of international cooperation followed by conflict” look like an acquiescent Biden administration devolving into a hot third world war in which Biden the proxy will deliberately take a dive? I believe that to be a terrifying and plausible scenario.

More evidence is attained from this memo confirming angles in existing work and evidencing pillars in our exclusive positions. For one, we previously identified private equity and the energy sector as the primary conduit to move and launder huge sums of money between individuals, other entities and nations as outlined in Follow the Money and numerous other items.

Consider this from the House memo (emphasis mine),

Chinese entities are required to follow the government’s directives,including the CCP’s Five-Year Plans. Robert Wan—son of a prominent and influential CCP Member and business executive—disclosed that “[d]espite its public listing in Hong Kong, [his firm] answers to the Chinese government—going beyond regulatory compliance. It receives directives from Beijing, and it follows them.

The Chinese government acts like a de facto board of directors for the country’s domestic industries—even for publicly traded companies.” The Chinese government’s grip on business is a powerful platform for malign influence. Beijing’s control over Chinese industry and investment enables the acquisition, transfer, and theft of U.S. innovation, technology, and intellectual property. Moreover, China employs a wide range of initiatives to influence and shape events and public opinion to undermine U.S.national and economic security.

I keep saying that we are in the midst of an irregular, asymmetrical and undeclared third world war and it seems as if no one is listening or heeding the warning. Reread what was just outlined relevant to the status quo and ask yourself how far off base it is. It’s not off-base at all rather it’s deadly accurate.

Over a long timeline, Chinese infiltration has resulted in all of the right people and entities being installed in all of the right places. As a perfect example of this, consider what we’re outlining here and previously relative to Chinese doctrine, the fealty of China’s private sector to the CCP, the tactics and strategies in use and the collapse of the condo at Surfside in Miami, FL.

What are the chances that China has one of their own – a Chinese born, cookie-cut-out, patented CCP operative – placed in the law firm central to the structural compromise and management of the HOA-managed and collapsed Champlain South Tower at Surfside? Summarily and sans a mutually destructive global thermonuclear war, it’s a simple as saying that if one cares to topple the U.S. and displace it as the dominant world economic and military leader, the U.S. isn’t going to stand idly by and merely allow that to happen. That is unless the White House is occupied by a proxy and to kick the dead horse, we’ve our Chinese proxy in Joe Biden.

Let’s take a closer look at Made In China 2025, China’s Five-Year Plans and the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan as per the House memo and as we do, we view them a tools, approaches, schematics, blueprints, plans etc. devised at accomplishing the outlined objectives by infiltrating and stealing from the U.S.; and doing so in a very disciplined fashion that unfolded on a generational timeline; and with a contemporaneous extension and application to the U.S. In other words, the identified sectors create the needed private equity and public-private interfaces to facilitate accomplishing objectives.

Made In China 2025

This is Made In China 2025 (apologizing for the somewhat blurry second image – only copy available) and its directly applicable to the U.S. supply chain. For any U.S. asset manufactured in China or dependent upon Chinese manufactured parts, there stands the chance that it could be compromised by available supply, inferior materials or quality or by embedding the means to steal or surveil intellectual property (or spy or change election results remotely or a bunch else) inside it.

As you consume the information above and below, ask yourself why on the same generational timeline U.S. lawmakers exported all of our manufacturing to China and beyond the economic impact of it, why else would China want it relative to its objectives?

The particulars of MIC 2025 are inherently complex so let’s keep our focus on the timeline aspects for brevity’s sake. To begin, here is what can be said about MIC 2025 (emphasis mine),

Made in China 2025 (MIC 2025) – an initiative to transform China into a hub for advanced manufacturing – has been met with curiosity, and some confusion, by observers since it was unveiled in 2015.

While many aspects of MIC 2025 are a work in progress, the government has released two important sets of information since 2015: the leadership and membership of MIC 2025’s Small Leading Group (SLG) and 12 documents called “1+X” that serve as a general outline for how MIC 2025 will be implemented.

This is Made In China 2025’s leadership structure and again, consider the nature of the interfaces.

Relative to our timeline discussion above, consider the Made In China 2025 (MIC 2025) timeline and its relevance in the broader picture. How likely is it that our timeline overlays are coincidental, circumstantial or otherwise? Rhetorical question – it’s not circumstantial at all.

Note that as the foundation is being laid by China, this timeline is contiguous to the incredibly important 2017 timeline outlined above given that it ends in February 2017 thus placing it in the weeks following the insertion of the COVID-19 viral construct into President Trump’s administration during compulsory presidential transition meetings on 13 Jan 17.

Given the heavy hitting roster of high-level officials in MIC 2025’s Small Leading Group (SLG), it is clear that MIC 2025 has administrative weight, which is unsurprising given that the policy will guide China’s economic development. The SLG has the capability to effect real and meaningful economic reforms.

The SLG’s main implementation tool, as defined in 1+X, is financial support for R&D that will in turn support indigenous innovation.

This support will primarily come from increased access to capital and subsidies, which will not be available to foreign companies.

A closer examination of both the SLG and the 1+X sheds further light on MIC 2025 and what it means for business in China.

“Heavy hitting roster of high-level officials” equates to a heavy-hitting slate of CCP operatives and with the explicit objective being increasing access to capital and subsidies, our public-private partnerships and private equity deals bear down hard; especially when coming to understand that the main implementation tool is financially supporting “R&D” or research and development.

Does that include research into gain of function research and specific to SARS-CoV-2 and the Wuhan Institute of Virology?

What do you think is both the source of China’s proprietary knowledge as resting within its R&D and its capital to fund it all? It’s why we’re here today – literally and figuratively. It’s the United States and the Chinese doctrine and requisite plans we’re discussion are the treasure map to all of it.

Failing to learn this information could cause one to become a full-fledged member of the CCP. We’re collectively walking that razor’s edge right now.

Significance of 2025

Let’s pause to lasso all this up and cinch it tighter for deeper understanding and in so doing, deliver the significance of 2025 in China’s MIC 2025. We’ll backtrack a little bit for important backdrop context.

Recall our overarching premise – a generational timeline. Recall how the Chinese operate – in extremely disciplined form over long timelines preferring to win the war before its fought (doctrine of SunTzu). Recall our 2016 election premise – it was “unrigged” from a guaranteed Clinton win to permit an actual and legitimate Trump win causing the cabal to alter its timeline.

The timeline alteration equates to the 2016 hand-off from Obama to Clinton parlaying into a 2020 hand-off to Biden indirectly from Trump as guaranteed by the stolen 2020 election.

The subsequent result is what we’ve seen so far in the insanity and the breakneck speed of it from the proxy Biden administration as it stomps on the accelerator trying to eliminate the 4-year gap in the 2020 timeline reset. Spread-out over time, all of the bullshit we’ve been enduring would be much more palatable to Americans as it normally is when they usher us through desired change. At this rate, though? Like I said, insanity.

It’s this insane timeline that delivers the meaning behind the significance of 2025. If we revert back to 2016 and let the rigged election stand, it marks 2025 as the beginning of Hillary Clinton’s THIRD term or the end of her second – there is no difference.

That’s the same Hillary Clinton that maintained an unsecured and private server in a private Clinton residence, which was used to share U.S. SAPs, proprietary knowledge, state secrets, intelligence, national defense information, asset identities, etc.

This is important for a critical reason. We, along with many others have already established that on this generational continuum that Clinton’s second term would be the final steps of the infiltration, overthrow and handover to China, which appears to be supplanting the U.S. at the tip of the Globalist’s spear.

Understanding that a pillar aspect of China’s infiltration of the U.S. was the exfiltration of our collective proprietary knowledge and wealth and knowing that Clinton was engaged directly in this with China, is it by coincidence that this timeline is an exact and precise overlay with China’s MIC 2025 or is it as I’m outlining – these are the blueprints for the destruction of the U.S. as already commenced in an irregular, asymmetrical and undeclared third world war to which most of America is clueless?

These are China’s Five Year Plans as described Congressional Research Service and noting One Belt, One Road.

The Communist Party of China (CPC)’s 19thCentral Committee—a body of China’s 376 top Party officials—held its 5thPlenum in late October 2020 to deliberate on China’s 14thFive-Year Plan (FYP) for 2021-2025and economic goals out to 2035. China’s annual Central Economic Work Conference reviewed the plans in December ahead of the scheduled ratification of final versions at the annual session of China’s legislature in March 2021. Initial details suggest that Chinese leaders plan to expand the state’s role in the economy and advance national economic security interests; use market restrictions and its One Belt, One Road global networks to foster Chinese-controlled supply chains;and sharpen the use of antitrust, intellectual property(IP), and standards tools to advance industrial policies.To develop strategic technologies prioritized in its plans, China is prioritizing efforts to obtain foreign technology through global pathways that are not yet restricted,such as partnerships in open technology and basic research, the establishment of research and development (R&D) centers overseas, and talent programs for foreign experts to work in China.Plans for new market openings are limited to trade zones and areas where China seeks foreign expertise (emerging technologies and education) and capital (financial services).

It’s not independent or alone if you’re hijacking the U.S. to gain the know-how and the capital,

China’s Go-It-Alone Five-Year Plan: China’s new Five-Year Plan focuses on self-reliance more than any other since its reform and opening up began. But unless the government recognizes the limits of authoritarianism, top-down directives, and social control, it is likely to stifle innovation and fall far short of its ambitious development goals.

CLOSING WITH CLOWARD & PIVEN

Taking our broader picture of Chinese infiltration and overthrow including the exfiltration of U.S. proprietary knowledge and capital to facilitate it all; and with the explicit objective of displacing the U.S. as the singular global super power, results in Chinese escalation and requires U.S. deescalation. Enter Cloward-Piven.

Theoretically, according to the doctrine, a condition of overwhelming tension and strain could be engineered through the overloading of American welfare rolls, thereby smothering the entitlement program structure at the state and local level. The implosion of welfare benefits would facilitate a massive spike in poverty and desperation, creating a financial crisis that would lead to an even greater cycle of demand for a fully socialized system. This desperation would then “force” the federal government to concentrate all welfare programs under one roof, nationalize and enforce a socialist ideology, and ultimately, compact an immense level of power into the hands of a select few.

Cloward and Piven claimed that this could be accomplished at a grassroots level through community activism, and, that it would facilitate a more compassionate federal authority, however, there are numerous problems with these assertions.

The Cloward-Piven Strategy has nothing to do with grassroots activism, and accomplishes nothing tangible for the downtrodden poverty class. In fact, I would dare to say that Cloward and Piven as well as most social engineers are well aware that the concept ultimately only serves to give even more dominance to the establishment and pilfer even more freedom from the masses.

Cloward-Piven is not limited to the destabilization of state and local welfare programs. It can easily be used against federal level entitlements, and in reality, is much more effective against an entity with the proven tendency towards exponential debt spending. Though the federal government may be able to borrow fiat dollars through the Federal Reserve to prolong welfare rolls while the states cannot, a more volatile threat arises when debt monetization begins to wear down the purchasing power of the currency. Weakened purchasing power results in reduced consumer activity, less industrial growth, less GDP, and obviously, more poverty. The dollar has lost approximately 98% of its purchasing power since 1972, and after 50 years of the so-called “War on Poverty”, nearly one third of the American population now repeatedly slips under the official poverty line.

Now ask yourself why China’s proxy Joe Biden has the southern border wide-open and is using federal dollars and resources both domestically and abroad to transport illegal immigrants across the border and then disperse them the country over running the operation all day every day?

We’re living through the deliberate destruction of the United States at the hands of China and a globalist cabal; it has us in the midst of an irregular, asymmetrical and undeclared third world war and few seem to recognize the full scope and the ones that do are on the wrong side.
