Finding reliable information for an accurate fact set on the enterprise fraud construct mistaken as the COVID-19 “pandemic” is approximately as difficult as identifying anyone within the federal apparatus and the political class who possesses the ability to make a difference in the status quo and the gumption to do it. By design, the realities of COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2 are such that the important vectors are vast and varied while also being complex, layered, contrived, manipulated and, in many cases, outright fraudulent. The work at Moonshine doesn’t have all of the information or all of the details, but it got to the fraud first and it has a massive catalog of work and evidence suitable to lead this frank discussion mostly intended for naysayers and doubters.

All of us are imperfect and flawed and I’ve been told more than once that one of my flaws is apparently a sense of intensity exacerbated by outright directness. Perhaps that’s from decades of coaching. Nonetheless, it can make people uncomfortable or so they say. Today is another one of those occasions.

Before we begin, let’s address the case of non-believers and folks who care to challenge what has been and is being presented here because this article is really for that audience. Regular Moonshiners, please excuse the tone and enjoy the ride.

To the non-believers: Understand this: you have a very long way to go before you even get to this starting line for this race. One of us established that the “pandemic” was actually enterprise fraud back around January of 2020; almost immediately after the outbreak. One of us established that the “pandemic” linked directly to China and placed the U.S. in the midst of an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war unfolding along China’s primary warfare vector of biowarfare. One of us established that China’s primary hegemonic and domestic doctrine [Belt, Road Initiative] underpins it all and ties directly to the Biden Family via its economic arm, the CEFC China Energy Company. One of us similarly and with evidence implicated the Bidens in U.S. Department of Defense biolabs in Ukraine via Metabiota, which ties to BHR Partners, which ties to CEFC, which ties to BRI, which is China’s and the CCP’s national backbone. One of us ran down essentially all of the individuals, politicians and entities enveloped beyond the Bidens and evidenced their criminality in COVID and more. One of us has published over 300 articles and videos arduously and copiously evidencing all of these positions. One of us works for a team of lawmakers, judges, attorneys, doctors, nurses, legal specialists, Constitutional specialists and investigators focused on the enterprise fraud construct of COVID-19. One of us has work attached to a federal grand jury petition as an evidentiary exhibit in the Ninth Circuit charging the former and current directors of the CDC and three others with enterprise fraud criminality in COVID. One of us has a full body of work that exceeds the preceding.

It’s not you. Take a seat.

The time for kind introductions and handling folks with kid gloves is over. Regular Moonshiners know this. Reiterating, there’s a distinct difference between what is happening to us and what is being done to us just like there’s a distinct difference between the pre-“pandemic” America and this America.

Along the tenets of psychological warfare, the enterprise fraud construct was unpacked on us incrementally with a stand-down on the front end – no need to be concerned, Fauci said. They have since moved the goal posts and flip-flopped untold numbers of times so as to boil the frogs alive. For proper perspective and setting a rough pandemic begin date of 01 Jan 20; and for the sake of discussion; and using a 31 Dec 19 MSM report of a viral outbreak in China as the outbreak date, consider: Today is day 926 of “flatten the curve” for two weeks. Day 926 of two weeks. It’s basic math. That alone should suffice but it doesn’t for most doubters.

The only way to get this bad this fast is to do it on purpose. Cloward-Piven bears down. Go outside and look around. Go travel across the nation and through its inner cities. I have. You’ll notice these things:

1. There is no “pandemic” and there never was except on paper and amongst the herds of sheep; and you’ve known this in your gut for some time
2. It’s easier for people to keep feeding the lie and preserving the ego than it is to admit they were wrong about COVID, Biden, Trump, the MSM and the rest of it; duped if you will
3. The Biden Administration is an unmitigated disaster-by-design and Americans are nearing the ends of their ropes [BTW, how’s the cost of living treating you?]
4. The notion of “elections” and a “two-party” system is fodder for functional idiots incapable of independent and critical thinking; and it permits tyranny from the two opposing sides of the same treasonous coin [just ask our friends in the gulag for the Capitol “insurrection” entrapment scheme]
5. 5-America has never been so un-American as she is now enduring a hasty spiral downward into designed devastation while a psychologically manipulated and subsequently divided populace plays make-believe about fake systemic racism, real baby killing, and a bunch of other bullshit that doesn’t matter but does

Let’s pause to be crystal clear moving forward – the 2020 election was stolen, the evidence of that is as abundant as it is undeniable and easily accessible. The “pandemic” was engineered in part to steal that election. It’s directly enveloped by the enterprise fraud work already done and documented. It’s a thoroughly established and evidenced position. Onward we go.

A threshold segment of the country has literally been duped by a criminal enterprise into undoing America, her foundation, her heritage, her culture and her sovereignty. It’s also undoing our economic, political, governmental and defense domains. COVID-19 is a fundamental component and mechanism to all of it. That threshold segment of the population is the one I told to sit down earlier and now they know why. What they really need to know is how important they are and how they’re the key to victory. Their minds are the ones that must be changed. Unfortunately they don’t know this and argue against it if you try to explain it.

Look, if that’s you, it’s okay. I was forever duped by the “Republicans” until three modern concrete, steel and glass high rise structures fell down into their own footprint in Lower Manhattan in broad daylight. So let your COVID-19 be like my 9/11, accept it and move on. That’s how the work at Moonshine got started. Simply stated, I was in search of the truth. I encourage you to join up.

What’s not okay is to continue embracing a false reality because it aligns with the way you’ve been told the world should be. This is especially so when there is evidence stacked to the moon and back irrefutably depicting the exact opposite of what’s being embraced, which is a propagandized false narrative fueled by data generated from an enterprise fraud construct of perpetual design. First it was flatten the curve. Then wear the mask. Then it was get the injection. Then it was get two. Then it was get two plus a booster. Then another booster. Yadda, yadda, yadda, as George Constanza’s girlfriend put it. Goal posts moved. Americans duped.

Real science and medicine doesn’t work this way.

So then, if you’re still donning a mask or perhaps you received the experimental mRNA injection that doesn’t qualify as a “vaccine” by any standard, patent, medical or legal definition, or even worse you got boosters on top of the vaccinations, or you think that social distancing and salad bar sneeze guard face masks actually work, then it’s time to accept that psychological warfare got the best of you. That’s okay, too. It’s designed to work that way. However, it’s time to quit chugging the propagandized Kool-Aid. Give it all up and return to living freely.

The problematic “vaccine” definition outlined above, which and courtesy of Dr. David E. Martin I have been hammering home for a long time, fully explains why CDC officials scrambled to change the definition of “vaccine” and “vaccinated”: to accommodate the anomalous mRNA injections failing to meet that standard. The legal implications there are immense ergo it required a revision for retrofitting. We even have the emails to evidence it all.

Free is great. It’s healthy, too. To-date, I’ve not worn a mask, gotten any experimental injections or participated in any social-distancing rather opting to hug and shake hands with strangers and otherwise continue living like a normal pre-COVID person. That is, I’m not living out of fear. Most importantly, I also haven’t been sick in over three years. Fake pandemic. Accept it and move on.

There is a caveat to the “free” part, though. You’re going to have to fight for it and fight like hell. And it’s could be a fight akin to the 1776 era. Not to worry, though. There are millions and millions of pure-blooded Americans [take that to mean both fierce patriots and those of us sage enough not to get that shot] waiting for your arrival with open arms and desires to get the country back. We’ve been here anticipating you for a long time.

These are new developments further evidencing and supporting old positions:

1. Let’s start here: Fauci just said to hold our horses and that we ain’t going nowhere. More accurately, he recently remarked, “Everybody wants to put this pandemic behind us, and feel and hope that it doesn’t exist. It does.” Let’s kick my two prized stallions from the dead horses stable: 1-COVID [medical tyranny] is never going away and 2-These people will never stop until they are made to stop.
2. Evidence of Fauci’s promise is found in the decision of federal officials to extend the COVID Public Health Emergency thus extending emergency and extraconstitutional powers. The enterprise fraud criminality and the data it produces serve and inform the unilateral emergency determination process thereby becoming it’s predicate. In short, it’s cooked-up data designed to grab power found in laws they wrote for themselves. It all starts with the Stafford Act.
3. Let’s not forget Tedros – more on him momentarily. Tedros made a recent statement that COVID remains a “public health emergency of international concern” [PHEIC]. Declaring a PHEIC is a preliminary step to a pandemic declaration and the emergency powers they activate. In COVID, the WHO’s declarations were followed by the U.S. and other countries. Translated: this is a precursory first step toward a second “pandemic.”
4. What happened the last time Proxy Joe Biden mentioned the “p-word” on 25 Oct 19? A “pandemic” broke-out two months later and it was branded COVID-19. Well, Proxy Joe just doubled-down saying a second pandemic is coming and just in time for the midterms! Translated: they think that we are so pathetically sheep-like and stupid that they can run the exact same play for two consecutive down; or for two consecutive elections, and that you’ll opt to continue obliviously living in fear and ignorance of something you can’t see or touch and certainly don’t understand. Something that was never isolated, too. Number two is on the way. They’ve promised it just like last time [pretext].
5. We have to include CDC Director Rochelle Walensky. Walensky recently advised, “My message is simple: It is essential that these Americans get their second booster shot right away.” As we’ll outline below, Walensky is working as a data driver to exacerbate a pandemic of the “vaccinated.”
6. Let’s not stop there. HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra also promised a resurgent pandemic just in time for the midterms! Do you know what Becerra and NWO Director Tedros have in common? Neither are doctors. Yeah, that’s right. Becerra is an attorney by trade and Tedros was the equivalent of once-communist Ethiopia’s Secretary of State before China installed him as its proxy by means of a secret electronic vote put in place by a rules changes for the first time since 1947 and whereas voting countries could not see how other members voted. Sound familiar?
7. They just rolled-out the BA.5 “Ninja” subvariant of the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2. It’s right in time to do two evidenced things that present as patterned actions: 1-bridge the gap from one flu/pneumonia season [data harvesting reservoir] to the other during the spring and summer when harvested co-morbidities [and their data] seasonally die-off [see the timeline for illustrations] and 2-permit the justification and rationalization to impact the 2022 midterm elections for the purpose of harvesting fraudulent ballots to determine the outcome while preserving power. This will also preserve the perpetuity component of the construct [“keep it going forever”]. Don’t forget that 40,000 U.S. Patent Office filings tie to SARS-CoV-2 and that tells us two things: 1-by U.S. patent law, SARS-CoV-2 was bioengineered and bioweaponized and 2-they have enough gas in the tank to run the construct for 110 years. Has the anvil landed on your head yet?
8. China even rolled-out its proxy White House minions to foreshadow the scary midterm election pandemic [election theft] that’s sure to come. Fauci, Walensky, et al hit all of the Sino talking points.
9. We’re starting to see policy, which leads to action, coming out of the federal apparatus indicating the direction of a second pandemic [it’s pretext.] An example is the CDC’s advisement to mandate COVID testing for all domestic travel. This fundamentally controverts the notion of a free and open Republic. Papers please.
10. We even see further evidence in the bellwether that is New York/NYC; where former Governor Andrew Cuomo and former Mayor Bill de Blasio, respectively, were point men for the COVID roll out on America. We see it in NYC’s decision to bring back indoor mask policies. This is ulterior on its face especially given another recent study once again evidencing the pre-pandemic “settled science” that masking does nothing to impact viral transmission. It’s like asking a chain link fence to keep out a handful of sand thrown at it. Super basic stuff, people. The new study shows a higher correlation between mask use and COVID-19 deaths. The good news is that most Americans have figured-out this part.
11. Remember what I said about my participation rate in COVID mitigation strategies above? 0% across the board, right? Augment that with this: I’ve consistently said and evidenced the same things for years and on the same timeline while Fauci has contradicted himself and flip-flopped over and over. Like here, where he now says, “even though vaccines, because of the high degree of transmissibility of this virus, don’t protect overly well, as it were, against infection.” Even worse, after taking Pfizer’s Paxlovid, Fauci’s recent COVID infection rebounded as progressively worse and requiring another regiment of the treatment. Oh, what a tangled web we weave. So, If I’m wrong and Fauci is right [and that is not the case]; and I’m never sick and he can’t keep from getting sick or magage to gett well after allegedly receiving his own recommended “vaccinations” to become twice vaccinated and fully boosted; and his other own recommended treatments, how can you can anyone consider him right? About anything? Oh, and of course, Fauci didn’t adhere to his own rules for treatment, either; these people never do.
12. The same people lying all along about literally everything are also lying about those primarily responsible for the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and its variants and subvariants. It’s direct evidence of the element of perpetuity in the fraud construct meaning the construct is designed to go on forever [they have the gas for 110 years]. It’s primarily the vaccinated and vaccinated and boosted who are comprising hospital populations, mortality figures, immune compromise issues and transmission. The studies and data are plentiful. Happy truth hunting. Oh, and permit me to ask: Who gets “vaccinated” with an experimental mRNA injection that meets no definition of a legal vaccine while it alters your DNA and causes changes in your body to begin producing the S-1 spike protein on its own when the survival rate for infection is 99.998% [rounded] across essentially all demographics? Let me tell you who. The same people who should still be in their seats and listening closely. Who in their right minds goes to Vegas with the mindset of winning with the house odds within a fraction of 100%? It’s insanity and it’s why I keep hounding on independent and critical thinking skills.
13. Further distinguishing between the vaccinated and unvaccinated is another study posted by Dr. McCullough demonstrating that the unvaccinated do not have higher incidences of myocarditis and pericarditis post-infection as do the vaccinated post-injection.
14. The vax/unvax distinctions continue with a study out of Haiti evidencing how it, as a nation with only a 1.4% vaccination rate, has one of the world’s lowest mortality rates. It puts Haiti in a class with other countries covered in previous reporting.
15. The salt thrown into the “vaccine” wound is another study demonstrating that post-infection natural immunity is over 97% effective against reinfection at the same time Fauci admits the “vaccines” do little in the same way.
16. Let’s also not forget that I was sitting in team leader Dr. Henry Ealy’s hotel room in the aftermath of our Ninth Circuit filing in February with Dr. Ealy, Attorney Thomas Renz and another. Ealy read aloud an incoming text from Dr. Peter McCullough saying that worst fears were confirmed and that the mRNA injections are “bioweapons.” It was something we already knew. The evidence demonstrates intracellular reverse transcription [generically, the altering of ones DNA] of the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA vaccine BNT162b2 in vitro in the human liver cell line. The paper and McCullough’s text occur on the same timeline. The call was the evening of the 26th and the NIH’s own publication posted the day before. So, this criminal enterprise knows and has known about the dangers and yet it continues to push injections up through the present. It’s more evidence of enterprise fraud at genocidal levels.
17. Regardless of massive amounts of evidence, federal diagnostic protocols [NVSS, NIH, CDC, et al] still function to steer diagnoses to “positive cases,” COVID and COVID-related deaths and away from evidence of adverse reactions to the mRNa injections. The enterprise fraud continues unmitigated as adverse reactions are fraudulently manipulated and buried in word salad dismissals. I’ve seen proprietary work from a team member demonstrating the same and as it relates to pediatric cases; representing another area of gross CDC bulk data deletion.
18. The pediatric vectors are highly concerning and Danish Health Leadership has acknowledged as much respective to mRNA injections and their statement that they were a mistake for children.
19. I wonder if “vaccine” recipients realize that a substantial portion of “vaccines” have been manufactured by China for the United States but whereas China will not use the same “vaccines” on her own people. I wonder if that would impact Americans’ and their decisions on injections; especially since the contagion is known to be released deliberately by China. Even the WHO has finally begun to acknowledge this during its apparent back-out and cover-up operations. With the CCP manufacturing the injections, I wonder how many of those specific batches were administered to U.S. military personnel and how that would impact troop readiness in the multiple-front war scenario with Russia and China into which we are being ushered? We’ve covered the extensive evidence of athletes in their athletic prime collapsing on the field due to post-injection cardiac issues. Military personnel are essentially the same cohort by age, athletic prime and cardiac job demands. 20. Perhaps the most fraudulent component recently is SADS or Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome or redundantly, Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. SADS is a bondo, duct-tape, primer overcoat to obfuscate and compartmentalize actual adverse reactions and mortality data directly tied to the mRNA injections for the purpose of shielding it from the public. Here’s a list of 20 things attributed to SADS and of course, none of them include mRNA injections: caffeine, eggs, skipping breakfast, cold weather, global warming, energy bills, climate change, solar storms, increased physical activity, weightlifting, watching TV, falling asleep with the TV on, gardening, sex, cold showers, lack of sleep, pandemic, energy drinks and losing your temper. Translated: That’s batshit crazy levels of insanity in the sense that about everything that people routinely do about every day – EXCEPT GETTING “VACCINATED” – is the cause of death after receiving said “vaccination.” Does that sound like science? Or medicine? Or enterprise fraud? Rhetorical question. Well done Daniel Horowitz; that was the exact article I set out to find!
21. The arguments against my positions and the catalog of data and evidence demonstrating that the COVID-19 pandemic is a construct of enterprise fraud are entirely eviscerated by a recent statement derived from a Pfizer case where Pfizer sought to silence a whistleblower blowing the lid on data manipulation [sound familiar?]. In the case, Pfizer argued for dismissal citing the U.S. government’s own knowledge of that specific fraud. You can’t make this up. They literally make my case for me. If you haven’t figured it out yet, there’s a 0% chance that Moonshine is off the mark on COVID. Remember, I kindly recommended folding this hand right away.
22. And yet here we are with the CDC considering expanded recommendations for a second booster and for the over-50 folks while it authorizes human genetic experimentation for babies 6-months to 5-years. I suppose they consider their bases covered with the FDA slapping a warning label on the mRNA injections for heart inflammation [myocarditis and pericarditis] long after they were already made aware by the data from studies, huh?
23. If America is afraid to be the first to jump off this high dive, permit New Zealand to go first and then follow to confront and intercede on this genocide writ large. And do it immediately. Go first. Go second. Go 17th. I don’t care. Just go. It’s holding up the line to freedom and independence.
24. Wait. Perhaps I spoke too soon. A group of doctors who assumed great personal risk in pushing back on COVID-19 have not only called for a cease fire in Ukraine, but have called for the end to mRNA vaccinations, which would be a precursory step to further investigation. Regardless, there’s still the hurdle with which we opened: identifying someone to leverage the doctors’ work who also possesses the ability to make a difference in the status quo and the gumption to do it.
