There is a distinct difference between what is happening to us versus what is being done to us. That gets reiterated frequently in more recent articles and failing to discern the difference between the two accounts for what will be a catastrophic and fatal error by the American people. The latter entails a group planning events and any good planner knows the value of gaming-out the scenarios and extending them to dry-run exercises or otherwise practice. Practice makes perfect and practice is what these groups do.
The Critical Backdrop of 9/11 and COVID-19
At a time that the entire world was trying to understand COVID-19 as a “pandemic,” I was exclusively evidencing it as a false flag construct and specifically as a construct of enterprise fraud. In an article dated 14 Mar 20, which was several weeks after the first U.S. case on 19 Jan 20 [1] [2] and around the same time that the first infection and mortality data became available for examination, I began arranging the elemental evidence in building the case for enterprise fraud: IS COVID-19 A GLOBAL 9/11? EVIDENCE CAN BE ARRANGED TO SUGGEST A FALSE FLAG CONSTRUCT AND HERE’S HOW.
The article laid the foundation for the argument by recapitulating the particulars of 9/11, which was unpacked on the American people as a significant step on the Dynastic Bush political continuum and timeline.
Dynastic Bush was revisited in yesterday’s article: Biden’s Disinformation Governance Board and The Reich Minister of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda of Hitler and Goebbels – The Propaganda War From Two Tyrannical Regimes on the Edge of Collapse. Not surprisingly, a headline today reads: Joe Biden’s Approval Rating Collapsing Even In Blue Massachusetts. Collapse is inevitable and it’s why the Roe v. Wade attack has been unpacked, too, as discussed in the article respective to the direct overlay of the U.S. propaganda machine and Nazi Germany’s ‘The Reich Minister of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda.’

That event came on Sept. 11, 2001. By that time, Cheney was vice president, Rumsfeld was secretary of defense, and Wolfowitz his deputy at the Pentagon.
The next morning — before it was even clear who was behind the attacks — Rumsfeld insisted at a Cabinet meeting that Saddam’s Iraq should be “a principal target of the first round of terrorism,” according to Bob Woodward’s book Bush At War.
What started as a theory in 1997 was now on its way to becoming official U.S. foreign policy.

Planning and practice make perfect; right down to the cover-up noted above. The same can be said and is thoroughly evidenced respective to COVID-19 and folks familiar with this detail already know of Event 201. We have an established common thread in Johns Hopkins University as much as there is a common time marker relative to personnel and comporting on a rough January 2009 timeline; otherwise extending to President Barack Obama’s 1st term.
Cohen threads through Condoleeza Rice, the Department of State and Harvard University, which is another redundant overlap. He entered State in 2007 and exited with George W. Bush in 2009. A long-tenured D.C. swamp inhabitant with a diverse professional background in all of the right areas, Cohen in 2019 was named Dean of the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins. This comports on the COVID-19 construct timeline and rests firmly on another critical element in all of this – the public-private interface, which often take the from of NGOs, which we have discussed countless times.
More specifically and resting on the public-private interface, consider how Cohen’s appointment as noted above might be beneficial to the very same Johns Hopkins that was conducting a trial run; a litmus test; a kick of the tires; a shaking out of the bugs; for a viral pandemic scenario as occurring right before the “pandemic” and it was called Event 201. It took place in October 2019 some two months before the first MSM report of a viral outbreak in Wuhan China on 27 Dec 19.
Might Cohen serve well in a Johns Hopkins capacity; especially since he wrote the forward for the guide containing the doctrine upon which the entire Event 201 exercise rests and will ultimately function when set upon the U.S. and the rest of the world? Maybe? Asking for a friend.
The same entities – Johns Hopkins, here – and time markers keep coalescing and repeating over and over and over and over. Is it due to coincidence and circumstance or is it a reflection of the nebulous network of RICO statute violators committing the greatest fraud and treason we could have imagined? Rhetorical question; it’s the latter and all of the evidences supports it.

This below was Event 201 taking note of its organizers and planners who gave fidelity to practicing COVID-19 on the eve of its unpacking: John Hopkins, the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. There’s not the time nor the space to review the complicity of these three entities relative to COVID-19 and that evidence can be easily searched, found and consumed from the homepage.
Let us not forget the most important date in contemporary U.S. history and the evidence that is derived from it. Therein, the outgoing Obama Administration inserted the false flag construct known as the COVID-19 enterprise fraud construct into the incoming Trump Administration during statutorily compulsory presidential transition meetings on 13 Jan 17. While examining the evidence of planning and practice below that derives from that meeting, recall that the Department of Homeland Security, which was borne out of the aftermath of 9/11, which derives from Dynastic Bush, was and continues to be a critical department relative to the unilateral and secretary-level emergency determination processes underpinning the enterprise fraud in COVID-19. The Food Crisis Underway
Planning and practice makes perfect. 9/11 and COVID-19 are thoroughly evidenced in this regard and so is the global food crisis underway. The time was taken to revisit all of this very old Moonshine work because it’s imperative to understand that these people are still leveraging plays from and old and tattered but very well formulated and codified playbook. That play was directly applied to the global food crisis underway.
The food crisis has been addressed in a small catalog of existing Moonshine work and so what follows builds on it.
We begin with the brief video below and noting a very granular but important detail: Often, important events occur on the back end of a president’s administration and whereby those events transition over to the next administration in the form of a hand-off. I have detailed this repeating pattern in an abundance of existing work including twilight executive orders from Bush to Obama that permitted Obama to rewrite U.S. biosecurity rules in U.S. biolabs involved in work with dual-use pathogens [think bioweapons] of which SARS-CoV-2 is one. This is what CNA does and it ties to the Military Industrial Complex, the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, national security, defense; and public interest issues including emergency management, homeland security and air traffic management. Along with its interfacing of the public and private sectors and its data expertise, CNA becomes immediately problematic through the lens of the broader picture and the existing body of Moonshine work; especially as it specifically relates to matters of enterprise fraud.

This is MARS noting two things – 1-MARS is privately held by one family causing information on it to be limited and 2-MARS ascribes to the official narrative pertaining to Ukraine – one of Joe Biden’s two epicenters of corruption – and whereby it is funneling money to the nation in the context of humanitarian aid, which is often nothing more than a conduit to move money for ulterior purposes:

As the sixth largest privately held company, MARS had over $40 billion in global revenue in 2021 and its headquarters makes it problematic for five reasons: 1-MARS’ headquarters is located in McLean, VA, 2-McLean, VA is the headquarters of the CIA, 3-MARS has a subdivision headquartered in Chicago, the adopted hometown of Barack Obama, who is in his third term, 4-The CIA leverages public corporations, private corporations and shell corporations to conduct its work in ways antithetical to its charter, and 5-MARS private status makes it difficult to retrieve information about it.
Perhaps the symbolism depicted above carries weight. Here’s why. John Franklyn Mars is the chairman of Mars, Inc. and the Bloomberg Billionaires Index positioned his net worth at $59.1 billion, making him the 22nd-richest person in the world. Moreover and according to work at the Millineum Report, John Franklyn Mars was knighted by the House of Windsor’s Order of the British Empire and serves the British Crown. Further speculation from the same source posits that, “the Mars family appear to be the Candia family of Venice, which ruled the Kingdom of Candia located on the island of Crete during the height of the Venetian Republic.”
That work also ties Mars to the Nazis and undeniably and as already evidenced at Moonshine, the Nazi overlays in the broader status quo are direct and irrefutable. Three examples include: 1-Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry/Nuland foreign policy and diplomacy in Ukraine circa 2014 to sow social discord and civil unrest by leveraging Nazi and neonazi factions resulting in a coup d’etat in the nation that ultimately led to Volodymyr Zelensky, 2-the Azov Battalion being a known and evidenced Nazi regiment in Ukraine and 3-the U.S. propaganda machine’s direct parallels to “The Reich Minister of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda” as discussed in detail in yesterday’s article.

Recalling our longstanding position that nongovernmental organizations [NGOs] are the primary entity for the public-private interface and serve as the platform for global corruption allowing governments to circumvent their own policies, regulations and laws, the WWF is an NGO and this is its focus:
For example, the WWF has engaged in “greenwashing” which entails giving corporations like Monsanto sustainability certifications in exchange for donations. The WWF has a long and sordid history of corruption worthy of independent research and consumption.
Relative to the above and recalling another longstanding position that “Climate Change” is a Ponzi scheme serving as a conduit to conduct enterprise fraud and move money globally, consider this from the WWF’s website:

More importantly, CAP’s leadership beyond Podesta is problematic for all of the obvious reasons. CAP’s president and chief executive officer is Patrick Gaspard, who is a former diplomat and labor leader most recently serving as the president for George Soros’ Open Society Foundations, which is perhaps the most notorious NGO in existence. Moreover, Gaspard succeeded Neera Tanden, who left CAP to serve as special advisor in the Biden Administration. Prior to that, Tanden worked for the Obama and Clinton administrations and for Hillary Clinton’s campaigns. Despite its claim as an independent NGO specializing in policy and advocacy, it’s an organization of the worst sort with “progressive” threaded throughout its literature.

As it was projected, the decade brought two major food crises, with prices approaching 400 percent of the long term average; a raft of climate-related extreme weather events; governments toppling in Pakistan and Ukraine; and famine and refugee crises in Bangladesh, Myanmar, Chad and Sudan.

In the face of a steep price spike with looming global food shortages in 2022, the EU at one point suspended its environmental rules for agriculture and introduced a tax on meat. Both measures were quickly reversed in 2025, as harvests went back to normal and tensions eased in the hypothetical universe.
Consider the portal for continued global corruption in all of the requisite areas,
The most eye-catching result, however, was a deal between the U.S., the EU, India and China, standing in for the top 20 greenhouse gas emitters, to institute a global carbon tax and cap CO2 emissions in 2030.
Consider that all of this demonstrates the sort of planning and practice I’ve tediously, arduously and copiously posited, delineated and evidenced. Cargill, CNA, MARS, CAP and WWF planned for the U.S. and the world to be in a global food crises and it’s now on our doorstep along with all of the other designed and engineered catastrophes plugging right into Cloward-Piven strategy in Obama’s third term.
