There are four ways to pick-up a rope: at one end, at the other end, somewhere in the middle or as coiled up causing one to hold multiple sections at once and with neither end in hand. With the two former, there is but one direction to go – opposite of the end being held. If holding it by a section somewhere in between, you may go in either direction or both. In the latter instance you’re holding multiple sections of the rope and with neither end is in hand and often times, not even in sight. Conducting investigations is like the last analog; especially given the nature of our subject.

As we get into this we’re going to once again blend new work into a foundation of older, existing work to provide even more clarity to the status quo and the body of work we’ve been compiling behind the scenes since the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 was first reported on 27 Dec 19, and publicly since January 2020. It may feel like you’re holding a coiled rope in your hand because it’s complex.
For proper backdrop, all of the Moonshine articles from 21 May up to this one briefly recapitulate a lot of work and positions from about 180 others. That subject matter should be understood for proper comprehension here.
This will amount to another substantial piece and our curiosity begins with a tighter focus on Ft. Dietrick (Maryland) as we began discussing it in the last article. Fort Dietrick is our focus for two primary reasons – it’s the U.S. Army’s home to biowarfare and it has a long, recent and relevant history of severe biosecurity lapses. We also acknowledge the reality that it’s a difficult to obtain much more than cursory information about a facility like this, so complete evidence becomes impossible to obtain.
Moreover and drawing back on several articles but most notably Dangerously Changing Inconvenient Rules, which fortunately caught the eye of Lin Wood for reposting, the entire network of U.S. bio-containment facilities, appears to have been operating under an intentional, deliberate and instituted “fog” of biosecurity ineptitude from January 2009 forward.
UNCOILING A MASSIVE ROPE
As discussed in the aforementioned article, the fog starts to roll in with James LeDuc of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX,
Let’s start with James LeDuc from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston; which is only about 55 or so miles from the now shuttered Chinese consulate in Houston that is known as a hotbed for Deep State/CCP activity and which was recently observed (last summer) burning documents on its rooftop. Notably, our reporting has previously covered how the UTMD was enmeshed in the COVID-19 pandemic in troubling ways.
It was LeDuc’s long-tenured relationships with the CDC, UTMB and Anthony Fauci; including being the recipient of substantial funding from Fauci, that when matched with his with his recommendation to examine the WIV using a pro-China narrative (that such a possibility is “less likely”) that is causing us to scrutinize him more closely.
LeDuc set us on this course and that work grew some legs; potentially long ones.
What really holds our attention with LeDuc is this – his advisement to upper echelon scientists in the area of biosecurity at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2008 and as an overlap to Obama’s first term beginning in 2009; and emphasizing our position that Obama has been and continues to run point on all things and whereas Biden is his (and China’s/CCP’s) proxy in an otherwise shadow government (video below).
In the article, I established a position that immediately upon entering office, Barack Obama began a rewrite of U.S. biosecurity rules writ large.
Moreover, the rewrite was permitted by an executive order issued 11 days before an outgoing George W. Bush would leave office. It functionally served as a hand-off to Obama to begin the rewrite.
Remember that one aspect to concealing evidence of crimes within the practice of statecraft is to allow a construct to transit across presidential administrations. This binds those presidents in the conspiracy, which lends towards keeping it secretive, while it also compartmentalizes the culpability in disassociated chunks making it much more difficult to demonstrate and prove the construct as a crime. That’s what’s happening with here.
Also, remember this – it was 9/11 and the associated October 2001 anthrax scare that was packaged up to rationalize and justify the expansion of the U.S. biowarfare program and ultimately leading to the biosecurity rules rewrite. As I continue to delineate, 9/11 and COVID-19 are sequential significant markers on a generational political continuum that was interrupted by an “un-rigged” 2016 Trump victory.
Moving forward in this position, a late 2014 Department of Homeland Security memo co-issued by Lisa Monaco instituted a biosecurity stand down at all U.S. biosecurity labs. It served as a preemptive maneuver to envelop all necessary and ongoing gain of function and bio-weaponization work from select labs while not drawing attention to them.
Then from 2015-2016, that U.S. work was halted and off-shored to the Wuhan Institute of Virology; and whereby the Fauci cohort then funded China’s work with U.S. taxpayer dollars and provided SARS-CoV-2 samples.
In all of that, the rules rewrite was underpinned by a philosophical approach centered on cleverly compartmentalizing U.S. biosecurity within a “culture of responsibility” and the individual scientists themselves instead of an approach to actual robust biosecurity system. LeDuc’s work underpinned the philosophy, which he then shared with scientists at the WIV in 2008.
Recall that LeDuc’s UTMB, like many U.S. universities, interfaced with China relative to COVID-19 and perhaps not coincidentally. Last summer, then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo spoke directly to China’s relationships with U.S. universities as if placing them on notice. A piece from the Gateway Pundit recently included links to Chinese military scientists that builds on our preexisting work and lends to more universities momentarily. From TGP,
A number of U.S.-based or funded scientists have been directly collaborating with the PLA Military Veterinary Research Institute, all supported by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases or other U.S. government departments.
They include Stanley Pearlman of the University of Iowa, Pei-Yong Shi (2021) and Vineet Menachery (October 2020) of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Linfa Wang of the Duke University-National University of Singapore, Martha Stokes of the Biological Threat Reduction Program, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (February 2021) and Scott McVey of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Iowa, Duke (Singapore) and UTMB are referenced and North Carolina and Minnesota will follow.
Latching onto a middle-of-the-rope section in the 2015-2016 time frame, we can drag-in Anthony Fauci and then backtrack that to his boss, the Director of the NIH Francis Collins, and then right to gain of function research. Oddly enough and appearing as cryptic predictive programming, a cohort of the usual suspects even took to coalescing on the last episode of the Colbert Report as if to provide us a foreboding and ominous message. It included Dr. Collins, who is regarded as one of the most powerful but least known individuals in D.C.
FalseFlagFauci is first, though.
A Zero Hedge item authored by Sharyl Attkisson of The Epoch Times outlines three broader positions that align with ours and provide more evidence and nexuses: 1) U.S. taxpayer money did go to gain of function research, 2) the U.S. funded China gain of function research both directly and indirectly (via the Ecohealth Alliance) and 3) the WIV received direct and indirect funding (via EcoHealth Alliance).
In that piece, we also take note of the ties to the University of North Carolina and where, “The research was conducted by numerous U.S. scientists including Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina with the lead virologist at the Wuhan Institute of Virology: Shi Zhengli. (See study authors below.)
We also note the flow of funding from the NIH and Fauci,

A second Zero Hedge piece authored by Zack Stieber of The Epoch Times details the controversial dollar amounts more closer,
The United States gave over $800,000 to the top-level laboratory in China from which some believe the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus escaped, according to newly released documents.
Internal emails from officials with the National Institutes of Health and an office inside the agency, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), show they discussed in 2020 a question from Republican members of Congress regarding how much the agencies sent to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The total amount sent between Fiscal Years 2014 and 2019 was $826,777, according to the officials.
The funding went to EcoHealth Alliance, which channeled money to the lab for the purpose of “understanding the risk of bat coronavirus emergence.”
“We had a modest collaboration with respectable Chinese scientists who are world experts on coronavirus and we did that through a subgrant from a larger grant to EcoHealth. The subgrant was about $600,000 over a period of five years,” Fauci told members of the House Appropriations Committee during a hearing last month.
The newly released emails show one chain involving Fauci in April 2020. In it, a top NIAID official, Dr. Emily Erbelding, informed Fauci and others that a new grant to EcoHealth was for $3.6 million. Of that, about $750,000 would go to the Wuhan lab. About $75,000 had already been sent to the lab during year 1 of the grant, she said.
The EcoHealth Alliance has become redundant in all of this for good reason. Consider this email from our article discussing the recently release tranche of Fauci emails.

Dasazk’s name is obvious but look at the 11:05 entry and the name Nancy Messonnier. As John Here to Help reminds us, Messonnier is the wife of none other than Rod Rosenstein. Oh what a tangled web we weave.
We’ve long documented #FalseFlagFauci’s treason and crimes and the evidence continues to stack up in perfect alignment. With his carve-out near complete and shaping up as a fraudulently framed retirement or resignation, Dan Bongino recently reported on his show that there may be an open criminal investigation into the “lab leak” matter. This overlap is not coincidental. How long before you read a headline noting that Fauci has retained counsel (likely already lined-up and ready to go but not obviously public).
Fauci’s days are numbered and so are those of his boss. Who is Anthony Fauci’s boss?
Anthony Fauci and his NIAID fall under the auspices of National Institutes of Health and the directorship of Francis Collins, MD, PhD. Dr. Collins is a University of North Carolina alum (redundant location) and he was on The New Republic’s list of D.C.’s most powerful but least famous people.
This is Dr. Collins and note three things – 1) my established position about constructs transiting presidential administrations, 2) the fact that Collins is the only NIH director to ever transit presidential administrations and 3) that his placement comports precisely with Obama’s first term to which I’ve drawn everything back and supported with cited evidence.

Remembering that an unwritten rule to evil is that its purveyors must at least symbolically message their intentions; if not directly message them. That makes Collins’ previously noted appearance on the final episode of the Colbert Report both eerie and prognosticating.

Now watch what happens with Collins and our ability to tie him back to some of the earliest work in running down a brand new outbreak with little available information to be had.
The linkage is from an article by The Defender that specifically references Wellcome Trust. The entire article is highly worthy and ties the recent tranche of Fauci emails to Wellcome Trust, Collins, Fauci, NIH, Peter Daszak, Eco-Health Alliance, NIAID, WIV, WHO, Gates, Farrar and others.

What does all this mean?
-There was a conspiracy between the five authors of the Nature paper and the heads of the NIH, NIAID and Wellcome Trust to cover up the lab origin of COVID.
-There was a conspiracy involving Daszac, Fauci and others to push the natural origin theory. (See other emails in the recent drop.)
-There was a conspiracy involving Daszac to write the Lancet letter and hide its provenance, to push the natural origin theory and paint any other ideas as conspiracy theory. Collin’s blog post is another piece of this story.
-Farrar was intimately involved in both large hydroxychloroquine overdose trials, in which about 500 subjects total died.
-Farrar, Fauci and Collins withheld research funds that could have supported quality trials of the use of chloroquine drugs and ivermectin and other repurposed drugs that might have turned around the pandemic.
-Are the four individuals named here — Fauci, Daszak, Collins and Farrar — intimately involved in the creation of the pandemic, as well as the prolongation and improper treatments used during the pandemic?

Would the billionaires – Soros and Gates as previously and firmly established – stand to gain if, say, they owned and/or controlled the patents to the only known effective treatment for COVID-19 (Remdesivir via Gilead Sciences via Unitaid via Soros) and the most promising coronavirus strain for a vaccine (Gates)? One would certainly think so; especially given the nature of the presumed executed patent-sharing strategies as previously outlined.
Here’s what has been previously established about Gates in my previous work linked above: he owns the patent to the most promising coronavirus strain for a vaccine; he controls the World Health Organization through funding via his foundation; the World Bank relies solely on the WHO’s pandemic declaration to trigger pandemic bonds that would result in the loss of huge sums of money; and he created, controls and funds the CEPI circa 2016. The same CEPI that is now rolling out its Armageddon prognostication about COVID-19. Consider this from the CEPI’s own page sourced HERE (emphasis mine.)

Pulling on that string goes back to the very foundation of all the work here. It envelops the WHO, Soros, Gates, China, the World Economic Forum/Klaus Schwab, the CEPI, Gilead Sciences, pandemic bonds, the World Bank, patent-sharing deals for vaccines and treatments, and more.
The 11 Mar 20 declaration of a national emergency for the pandemic bears down with full force because it functioned to allow the Fauci cohort to usurp the President’s emergency powers and it triggered all of the pandemic bonds and existing and emerging patent-sharing deals.
What’s happened between now and that earlier work is the ability to factually bridge it together.
There is more to Colllins though, and it’s a monumental aspect to the entire construct. It us draws back on the 2015-2016 timeline when the Fauci cohort was off-shoring U.S. gain of function research to the WIV in China.
Remembering that the only reason the Fauci cohort was required to off-shore its GOF work to China was that internal U.S. whistleblowers were coming forward to report it. Otherwise I’m sure it would have continued unnoticed. With that said, look at what Collins did.
On 19 Dec 17, Collins and the NIH lifted the U.S. moratorium on GOF work citing that it was “important in helping us identify, understand, and develop strategies and effective countermeasures against rapidly evolving pathogens that pose a threat to public health.”
Translated, that’s the same philosophical type of bullshit that underpinned Obama’s rewrite of U.S. biosecurity that has resulted in a less robust U.S. biosecurity system that is rife with compromises and has produced a fog that enshrouds a wide swath of questionable occurrences and practices. That fog is functional and not coincidental.
Examine the Collins GOF decision factors into what I’ve branded the most important contemporary timeline in U.S. history. It’s from an exclusive but incomplete timeline I’ve been assembling for several years.
On that same general timeline, now consider these developments as noted in a Homeland Security News Wire bulletin circa 02 Apr 18. Note how Ft. Dietrick surfaces relative to congressional funding to narrow our focus on it below.

The Frederick News-Post reports that “The bill fully restores funding for federal laboratories the Trump administration proposed to close, including continued operational costs of $44.3 million for the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC). The Fort Detrick facility includes two high-level laboratories that handle federal select agents and toxins, including the Ebola virus, ricin and avian influenza.”
Note that Congress is working opposite of President Trump by funding to keep open bio-containment facilities he had planned to close. Means, motive and opportunity – all can be demonstrated here relative to those in Congress who have exposure to severe liability. Their opposition is not by accident (HPSCI and SSCI bear down hard.)
Let’s sidebar on Ft. Dietrick and tie it right back to the Fauci/Collins cohort to go forward.
THE ENTANGLEMENT OF CDC AND FT. DIETRICK
The backdrop to Ft. Dietrick is mysterious, complex and involves some notable lapses in biosecurity as occurring at convenient times relative to our positions.

The Laboratory Response Network is made up of three laboratories — one operated by the Navy, USAMRIID and the CDC. The three are responsible for determining unknown material.
While operations were shut down at USAMRIID, the Army laboratory still did some work. But if it identified something that fell under the Federal Select Agent Program, it either stored the material in the freezer, as it was with the rest of the biological select agents or toxins it has, or sent it to one of the other laboratories, Cox said.
While under the partial suspension, the CDC will approve the studies USAMRIID scientists wish to do, Cox said. USAMRIID leadership will have to send an outline of proposed research, including what agent it will involve, among other details. CDC personnel will then review the plan and interview the scientists to make sure they are trained and can do the research, he said.
There is no concern about intellectual property under the CDC approval model, he said. And he did not think it would affect grants. During the shut down, USAMRIID scientists were able to continue writing grants, among other duties, like consulting or education, he said.
“USAMRIID did not have a complete, accurate inventory of its select agents” equates to not being able to determine whether BSATs were missing; stolen or otherwise.
“There is no concern about intellectual property under the CDC approval model…he did not think it would affect grants…During the shut down, USAMRIID scientists continue(d) writing grants…consulting or education” equates to an interface where the CDC cohort (Collins, Fauci, et al.) can access Department of Defense proprietary knowledge. And what do the Fauci, Collins, LeDuc et al. do? They share proprietary knowledge, consult, advise and fund China on these exact matters.
It appears that in the fog, they created a portal to access (steal?) DoD secrets and give them to China.
Also note some important timeline markers. The sourced article detailing the Ft. Dietrick reopening is dated 24 Nov 19 placing it 1) after the actual breakout in China in October 2019, 2) after the revised original outbreak date of 17 Nov 19 and 3) before the original outbreak date of 27 Dec 19. Clear as mud but nonetheless important.
Within Ft. Dietrick there is an entity called Battelle, which was ushered-in via the inception of the Department of Homeland Security, which came about with 9/11. This is Battelle,
Battelle, is a functionary of the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC) vis-a-vis the same Department of Homeland Security that issued the Monaco memo for a national security stand down at U.S. bio-containment facilities in late 2014. That served as the pretext to off-shore U.S. gain of function research to the WIV in China.
Realize that Batelle is FEDERALLY FUNDED and regulated; but it’s not a federal entity and that’s critical. It means Battelle like a private entity akin to the Federal Reserve.
What this looks like to a fraud investigator is the compartmentalization of culpability outside of the federal apparatus ergo outside of peering eyes within it, like the OIG.
Here’s what Battelle does. A federal entity – the NBACC – outsourced the management of its proprietary research that developed the science critical to defend the United States against bioterrorism.
It outsourced it to Batelle National Biodefense Institute (BNBI) as a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). FFRDCs are public-private partnerships which conduct research for the United States Government. They are administered in accordance with U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 48, Part 35, Section 35.017 by universities and corporations.
How many times has this continuum featured the merger of public and private entities? Again, these people do things in specific ways.
The NBACC was the first laboratory built for DHS to understand the scientific basis of the risk posed by biological threats and to attribute their use in “bioterror” and “biocrime” events. And it’s managed by a public-private entity.
Now watch what happens with Battelle.
Thinking back to the outbreak of COVID-19 and going back to some of our earliest research, do you remember something called “Event 201?”
It was a joint effort on 18 Oct 19, just a couple of months before the 27 Dec 19 first report of COVID-19, and it merged Johns Hopkins with Bill Gates, the Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum/Klaus Schwab to game a pandemic crisis as a practice event.
In other words, it was pre-game warm-up. Practice. A trial run. Working the kinks out of planned systems. Whatever you want to call it.
Now look at this 11 Dec 18 article entitled “Battelle Selects New Director For National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center,” and think back to the congressional funding occurring at around the same time counter to Trumps intentions.
“The Battelle National Biodefense Institute (BNBI) has selected Dr. George W. Korch, Jr. as the new lab director for the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC).
We did an extensive national search and I’m confident we found the best leader for the NBACC mission. Not only does he bring the experience of managing a nationally recognized biodefense lab and directing biosecurity programs, he has unparalleled scientific credentials as evidenced by his faculty affiliation with Johns Hopkins University.”
Returning to Fort Detrick will be a homecoming for Korch who served as the Commander of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID). He was also instrumental in the creation of NBACC in the wake of the establishment of the Department of Homeland Security in 2003.
“I’m thrilled to be returning to Fort Detrick and taking on the leadership of NBACC,” Korch said. “The NBACC’s twin missions of threat characterization and bioforensics are essential and critical for our nation’s long-term biosecurity and for the continuous, real-time needs of federal law enforcement.”
Battelle draws right back to Johns Hopkins.
As aligned to our position(s), wouldn’t it make sense for the Gates/Johns Hopkins/World Economic Forum/Schwab/Fauci/Collins cohort to have its own pre-placed asset inside Battelle to facilitate the public and private linkage that this cartel exploits to conduct illegal business? These people operate in specific ways.
We can make these types of connections all day long and forever (actually, I have.) They’re everywhere and it appears Fauci and Collins may have a prized Johns Hopkins asset in place to manage the nation’s biosecurity developments for DHS and the Congress that fully funded all of it; and in spite of President Trump’s plans to shutter some of those facilities.
At what point do all of the overlaps, coincidences and redundancy form something greater than speculation?
From here, it only gets worse for the treasonous Fauci and Collins cohort because we now have a dead Chinese scientist who links back to very old work.

Zhou Yusen (is) a Chinese military scientist specializing in coronaviruses who collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s “Bat Woman,” Zhengli Shi – with at least one project to geneticially manipulate coronaviruses having been funded by three grants from the National Institutes of Heath (NIH) – home to Dr. Anthony Fauci – via US universities, according to documents obtained by The Weekend Australian (ostensibly leaked by Aussie intelligence). The previously undisclosed NIH funding of a PLA military scientist is separate from millions in grants awarded EcoHealth alliance, which also collaborated with the WIV.
The revelation shows American money was funding risky research on coronaviruses with People’s Liberation Army scientists – including decorated military scientist Zhou Yusen and the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s “Bat Woman”, Shi Zhengli.
Now we learn that Zhou, 54, is dead – three months after filing a patent for a COVID-19 vaccine in Feb. 2020.
The revelation that the US government was funding his research with the WIV may provide a clue as to why US officials – Dr. Fauci (backed by the ‘scientific community’ after his lapdog, EcoHealth Alliance’s Peter Daszak, penned a ‘natural origin or you’re a lunatic’ letter in the Lancet) – peddled the CCP’s ‘natural origin’ theory, while any suggestion that it could have been created in and/or leaked from the very lab which received NIH dollars was strictly verboten.

National security sources said the ties between Zhou and Dr Shi supported claims by US intelligence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was engaged in “secret military activity.” -The Australian
Zhou died three months after filing a Feb. 24, 2020 patent application for a COVID-19 vaccine. While this could mean that he was working on a COVID-19 vaccine before the virus became public knowledge in December 2019, keep in mind that Moderna was able to design the sequence for their COVID-19 vaccine just two days after Chinese officials released its genetic sequence on Jan. 11, 2020 – filing for their first related patent in March, two months later.
Also note that Zhou had been working on coronavirus vaccines since at least 2006 in response the original SARS-CoV outbreak – authoring a study which found that “the vaccines containing the (receptor-binding domain) of SARS-CoV S protein may induce sufficient neutralising antibodies and long-term protective immunity against SARS-CoV challenge in the established mouse model.”
An expert would need approximately two months to go from genomic sequence to patent application, it implies that China withheld the genetic sequence for a month before its Jan. 11 public release. Or, Zhou may have had more of a ‘head start’ than that.
“This is something we have never seen achieved before, raising the question of whether this work may have started much earlier,” said Nikolai Petrovsky from Flinders University.
Right before the pandemic, Zhou and three other scientists from the PLA-run Beijing Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology – Yuehong Chen, Lei He and Shishui Sun – partnered with two Wuhan Institute of Virology scientists – Dr Shi and Jing Chen – and eight Chinese scientists now based in the US at the University of Minnesota and the Lindsley Kimball Research Institute, New York Blood Centre. Their paper, titled Molecular Mechanism for Antibody-Dependent Enhancement of Coronavirus Entry, was submitted to the Journal of Virology on November 27, 2019, and was published on February 14, 2020.
That means either the virus was “out” for many months to a couple of years before February of 2020 (not a month or two) or the Chinese intended to release it in the fall of 2019. In either case the evidence is now overwhelming that this was not a virus that “magically appeared” one fine day in late December having come naturally from bats and perhaps pangolins. That is not just improbable anymore — it is now, on the manifest weight of the evidence, impossible.
Remember that Covid-19 has a rather-unique site on the spike called the “furin-cleavage” area which it uses to “fold” and get into the cell; the S1 unit attaches, the cleavage area “folds” and then the second part penetrates the cell wall like a spear. SARS and MERS both lack this structure so there was no “prior art” to use and in the first couple of months the characterizing of all of this was pretty darn new.
That long extract is devastating, it adds the University of Minnesota to our list and it provides a unique reference that I’m sure no one else will catch and it’s the “no prior art” quote.
I believe “art” to have two significant tiebacks.
First, “art” or ART refers to this, “The FDA approved more than two dozen antiretroviral drugs to treat HIV infection. They’re often broken into six groups because they work in different ways. Doctors recommend taking a combination or “cocktail” of at least two of them. This is called antiretroviral therapy, or ART.”
It’s also notable that the patent that Zhou was filing for was Gilead’s Remdesivir, which constitutes the origins of all of my written work. I simply started out wanting to know who stood to benefit from Remdesivir (on top of everything else I had already informally accumulated.)
Secondly and with ART being specific to HIV, remember that our work references evidence of genetic markers inside of the SARS-CoV-2 strain indicative of 6 artificial HIV insertions that go unexplained in nature. Importantly, it’s the capabilities of the HIV inserts, as rendered by GOF research, that allow SARS-CoV-2 to function as designed – to transmit and spread.

Now think very long and very hard about how I have outlined ad nauseam the precise triggers and mechanisms that have been pulled and set-off as it relates to primarily Dr. Anthony Fauci’s usurpation of the President’s emergency powers immediately upon the declaration of a national emergency on 11 Mar 20. At that precise moment, the CCP was in de facto control of the United States vis-a-vis Fauci vis-a-vis Fauci’s string pullers and handlers.
Together, Fauci and the CCP closed schools; shuttered the economy; destroyed jobs and businesses; instigated, funded and organized riots started and began a new fake race war; and they did all of it by leveraging those friendly governors in places like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Washington and my state of Oregon. Fauci and the CCP wrecked the U.S. and they leveraged those we trusted the most to do it.
“ALL SHALL BE UNDER CCP’S CONTROL.” I need not elaborate on that, right?
The details of it all are absurd. It was a $4.5 billion dollar deal that involved exactly what I outlined months ago – exploiting the natural gas markets in Ukraine and Kazakhstan to move money.
On the presumption that “Art Project” refers to the COVID-19 construct; and it should given the descriptive language that we could find, “Architecture” is likely to be a reference to half of China’s One Belt One Road doctrine that I’ve previously covered and more specifically, the infrastructure interface. That is how I recently tied it back to the Biden administration and the looming U.S. infrastructure bill that stands to see communist Chinese doctrine applied to the U.S.
What is the other half of One Belt One Road? Energy. Where does China’s interface with energy occur? With CEFC (CCP). With what entity did Hunter Biden broker a $1.5 billion private equity deal in energy? The CEFC.
Here is the fundamental translation to take away from this – ART PROJECT equates to the broader COVID-19 construct and it establishes ENERGY as the conduit to move all of the associated money.
This is something no one else has told you and I wrote a substantial piece on it that Lin Wood also re-posted entitled Follow the Money. It focuses narrowly on the Hunter Biden/China/CCP/PLA/CEFC [The CEFC China Energy Company] private equity deal in energy that underpins this and correlates with an exponential increase the Joe/Jill Biden’s income from 2017-2019 over 2016.
There is added value in conducting illegitimate business under the guise of legitimate private equity deals in energy and I’ve chased the Biden’s all over the globe looking at them. Most importantly, it’s the added value provided by Nancy Pelosi’s House of Representatives and its Committee on Energy and Commerce.
Consider this and ask yourself it it lends toward corruption in the energy sector as I’ve asserted?
