False flag political constructs are devised intentionally and deliberately to cause a ‘fog of war’ effect and they leverage the tactic of disseminating intentionally inaccurate information as a part of misinformation and disinformation strategies. Evidence is emerging that appears to have caught the FBI in the middle of a political construct and on the wrong side of President Trump’s Department of Defense; at least according to the FBI’s own protocols and regulations.

Understand that there is a reason for the deliberate ‘fog of war’ scenario sown into false flag political constructs. In simple terms, it forces the common man to default to the government’s experts as the ONLY WAY to see himself and his family out of panic and fear and back to normalcy and safety. That’s the rub.

Right now the two experts – Dr. Deborah Birx and Dr. Anthony Fauci – are two Obama holdovers with long, deep, wide and dastardly entanglements across the entire federal apparatus and the elite class altogether. And THEY want you to believe it’s all by happenstance.

We can put our foot down right there otherwise, we’re being herded up for the ‘new normal’ like all of the others still drinking the Kool-Aid. In other words, if we don’t SEE THE CONSTRUCT, we become an unwitting PARTICIPANT IN THE CONSTRUCT. I’m here to help us it.

Below is a brief but incredibly revealing timeline and it will frame a critical discussion today, which focuses on how the FBI, while sitting on a mountain of evidence pertaining to US/Chinese/Harvard bio-weapons smuggling dating back to 2018, apparently did not advise Trump’s DOD about the early outbreak of COVID-19 in China in October 2019. How can that be?

As an ex officio member of the HPSCI, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would have been privy to the same intelligence at roughly the same time, but she was busy driving home a fraudulent, corrupt, criminal and unconstitutional impeachment to make sure it was done before Christmas. How can that be?

In fact, the FBI had knowledge of the outbreak two months before the WHO and yet the DOD was seemingly kept in the dark? Is that a function of bad communication or is that a function of intent? A reasonable person would ask whether that obvious disconnect between the FBI and the DOD is any way related to the existence of an ancillary intelligence report marked FISA; leading us to ask whether or not FISA could work both ways. In other words, given that the Obama administration was so confident in its ability to leverage FISA for its broader spying operation, could it have used FISA to conceal a crime? A crime like smuggling bio-weapons into China in an effort to preserve Globlalist objectives and steal the 2020 election. It’s heavy stuff. And the evidence suggests it happened.

As you examine this partial and incomplete timeline, which was extracted in-part from previous work, please note that as reported previously, it braids together like a rope; and tightly – very tightly. In particular, we have to give careful consideration to how four forces converge and depict a sequence of moves and countermoves: the FBI, the WHO, China/US/Harvard bio-weapons smuggling and political forces.

Like I said – it braids together like a rope. What remains for you as the reader is answering this one simple question – was that ALL BY ACCIDENT -or- ALL BY DESIGN? What follows ought to help you answer that question.

The crux of our position is simply this – the FBI came to know about the October 2019 outbreak of COVID-19 so why didn’t the DOD? For context, we have to consider what the DOD is claiming according to Fox News (SOURCE) and with EMPHASIS added,

defense official on Wednesday issued a rare denial of reports by ABC News and others that claimed a November intelligence assessment warned about a rapidly spreading coronavirus in China that posed a threat to American forces in the region.

The official said no such assessment existed.

ABC News cited unnamed officials with knowledge of the assessment by the military’s National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI) that raised concerns of the coronavirus and highlighted how it was disputing daily life and business in the area.

Col. R. Shane Day, the director of the NCMI, a component of the Defense Intelligence Agency, refuted the ABC News report in a statement.

“As a matter of practice the National Center for Medical Intelligence does not comment publicly on specific intelligence matters,” he said. “However, in the interest of transparency during this current public health crisis, we can confirm that media reporting about the existence/release of a National Center for Medical Intelligence Coronavirus-related product/assessment in November of 2019 is not correct. No such NCMI product exists.”


The subtlety, nuance and finesse here is almost unbearable. Examine closely two things from DOD: 1) what is being said and 2) what is not being said.

First – what IS being said: specifically it’s this line, “….we can confirm that media reporting about the existence/release of a National Center for Medical Intelligence Coronavirus-related product/assessment in November of 2019 is not correct. No such NCMI product exists.

Fair enough – nothing from the NCMI.

Now – what is NOT being said: the DOD made no reference to any reports or advisement from the FBI regarding the October 2019 early outbreak of COVID-19.

Let’s distill this down to straight moonshine:
1- The FBI did know of the October 2019 COVID-19 outbreak (and 2 mos. before WHO)
2- The NCMI did not know of the October 2019 COVID-19 outbreak
3- The DOD did not know of the October 2019 COVID-19 outbreak

How is it that the FBI sat on all of this intelligence – the kind of intelligence that could shut down the entire country and large swaths of the globe and subsequently eviscerate an historic economy and threaten an historic presidency; all in a year that the Democrats have no new ideas; no fresh thoughts outside of all of the stale and overplayed ‘isms; no viable candidate in old, tired, corrupt and arguably drunk Joe Biden; and absolutely no shot in 2020?

Are we to understand that the FBI intentionally did not notify other requisite agencies and departments since they stand counter to their own operational directives? Is it because there was an ancillary intelligence report marked FISA and the FBI was already in hot water and under investigation for abusing that process in Obama’s broader spying operation?

Let’s consider what the FBI says about its own counterterrorism responsibilities, EMPHASIS added (SOURCE):

The FBI’s overriding priority is to protect America from terrorist attack. Our mission is to identify and disrupt potential terrorist plots by individuals or terror cells—freezing terrorist finances, sharing information with law enforcement and intelligence partners worldwide, and providing strategic and operational threat analysis to the wider intelligence community. Over the past decade, we have dramatically strengthened our ability to combat terrorism.


If the FBI’s priorities are “to protect America from terrorist attack;” “sharing information with law enforcement and intelligence partners worldwide;” and “providing strategic and operational threat analysis to the wider intelligence community,” WHY WAS THE D.O.D. NOT ADVISED?

Did the FBI somehow forget that the Department of Defense plays a critical role in national security and terrorist attacks? Or was it perhaps that pesky FISA classification that stood as too much of an impediment to advise the department accordingly?

The FBI further delineates its responsibilities, EMPHASIS added

  • The number of intelligence analysts has doubled, and the number of linguists has tripled.
  • Threat-based fusion cells have been created to address the FBI’s top counterterrorism priorities and to ensure that the collection of intelligence is focused against priority threats, providing critical information to the Counterterrorism Division’s operational sections and FBI field offices so terrorist threats, subjects, and groups can be effectively targeted, disrupted,and dismantled.

Take a look at the second bullet point germane to what’s been outlined thus far. It sure seems the FBI simply decided to act against its own protocols in this instance, but why?

As the FBI outlines its Joint Centers participation, its hole gets deeper – much deeper. Consider, EMPHASIS added,

  • The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) integrates intelligence related to terrorism; conducts strategic operational planning; serves as a central repository for terrorism intelligence; provides government-wide intelligence support;and allows connectivity and access to IT systems/databases of participating agencies. In this milestone of information sharing, the FBI, the Central Intelligence Agency(CIA), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Capitol Police, and the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Energy, and Health and Human Services sit together and work as one team. NCTC also operates a secure website—NCTC Online—which serves as the primary dissemination system for terrorism information produced by NCTC and other counterterrorism mission partners, including international partners.
  • The Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force—comprised of personnel from the FBI, the CIA, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Department of Defenseprovides information that helps keep foreign terrorists and their supporters out of the U.S. or leads to their removal, location, detention, surveillance, or prosecution.
  • Created in 2003, the Terrorist Screening Center maintains the U.S. government’s consolidated terrorist watchlist—a single database of identifying information about those known or reasonably suspected of being involved in terrorist activity.

Moreover, the FBI’s operational response and support measures include (with EMPHASIS added), “CT Watch—the FBI’s 24/7 “threat central” for counterterrorism threat information…located within the Strategic Information and Operations Centerat FBI Headquarters and is the primary point of notification for all potential terrorist threats. Fly teams were created to respond to terrorism incidents or threats around the world.

The FBI’s own protocols and regulations explicitly state that the FBI serves in a preeminent capacity to coordinate and facilitate the sharing of counterterrorism intelligence and specifically TO THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE. So then, I’m going to keep asking this question until it gets answered and/or folks go to prison – HOW DID THE FBI KNOW BUT THE DOD DID NOT?

Again, you have to reconcile whether that was that ALL BY ACCIDENT -or- ALL BY DESIGN? Was the FBI remiss in its duties in deciding not to apprise other relevant parties of the October 2019 COVID-19 outbreak? Was it due to the FISA overlap? Was the FBI insuring that the political construct, as outlined exhaustively and redundantly, had an opportunity to manifest and come to fruition here in the US? It sure seems it.

With no spark there is no fire. With no outbreak there is no pandemic. With no pandemic, there is no political construct. You do the math. You tell me.

Why wasn’t the DOD made aware of the October 2019 outbreak of COVID-19 and is it related to the FISA overlap?

At times like these – times of uncertainty and genuine concern for posterity’s sake – there are two things the importance of which cannot be overstated: common sense and statistical data. Right now, as you’re attempting to sort-out the FBI’s questionable handling of intelligence germane to the DOD’s dearth of the same, the ‘common sense’ hammer ought to be hitting you squarely on top of the head. It is me.

So, let’s turn our attention to the data and it’s important to recall how this political construct was devised, as I previously discussed in great detail since it closely paralleled the impeachment effort. Recall,

This hypothetical COVID-19 political construct we are exploring is no different as it too has a transfer mechanism embedded in it. Just like the House>Senate transfer opened a vector for engagement in hyper-partisan politics as it delayed and prevented due process, the Trump>Fauci/Birx transfer opened a legal portal whereby aspect of the President’s legal oversight and response authority can be justifiably transferred to others; namely Fauci and Birx. It’s Fauci and Birx who are leading-out on the oversight of pandemic response and they are doing so as partnered-up with Bill Gates and China; both funding and steering the World Health Organization. This was all as established in the Obama/Trump transition meeting on 13 Jan 17 during administrative transition meetings.

So, it’s the transfer mechanism aspect is most important. This is politics. The playing field is regulated by the broad, vast and deep body of law surrounding it and within it; and the minutia of details therein. It’s how those details are leveraged and exploited for gain that represent the finer points of playing hardball in DC. Constructing ways to trigger such a transfer of authority like we are seeing right now is a perfect example.

As we focus on the data, let’s do so by considering whom it is that’s presenting it and it’s essentially a small cohort of central players: CDC working in conjunction with the WHO, Birx and Fauci (whom I’ve branded as #FalseFlagFauci.) Having already outlined all of the parties to a large extent in previous articles, I want to spend a little more time on Fauci.

Let me be direct – Dr. Anthony Fauci entered the DSSG/MIC in 1984 under the Reagan administration and never left. He is integral to everything that is currently ongoing and I believe him to be patently dishonest and in service to higher powers. But don’t take my word for it, you can hear, see and judge him and his “data” for yourself.

For one, where was Fauci on restricting air travel from China? When I first learned of the outbreak in real time, my fist thought was that travel restrictions ought to apply given the general nature of virology and epidemiology as it relates to the reports coming out. Reaching that conclusion takes no more than a little logic and pragmatism; and it’s far from anything resembling expertise. The advice from Birx and Fauci; however, was different since air travel wasn’t restricted until 31 Jan 20 and even then, the President took xenophobic hits for it from the same critics who now question his response timing and efforts. I’d suggest that seems more amateur than expert; and certainly more politically expedient.

Why was air travel not restricted until almost February? Why didn’t the so-called experts restrict it then given their self-proclaimed levels of expertise, which they tout to a worldwide audience daily on live TV? Was it for a particular reason? Was it to ensure that the outbreak would spread stateside given established international air traffic patterns? How could a couple of “experts” in Fauci and Birx fail to immediately restrict air travel in the midst of such a virulent outbreak? Not very expert if you ask me. I digress.

Consider what the NYT wrote on April 4th and with EMPHASIS added (SOURCE),

Since Chinese officials disclosed the outbreak of a mysterious pneumonialike illness to international health officials on New Year’s Eve, at least 430,000 people have arrived in the United States on direct flights from China, including nearly 40,000 in the two months after President Trump imposed restrictions on such travel, according to an analysis of data collected in both countries.

The bulk of the passengers, who were of multiple nationalities, arrived in January, at airports in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Newark and Detroit. Thousands of them flew directly from Wuhan, the center of the coronavirus outbreak, as American public health officials were only beginning to assess the risks to the United States.


Whom is responsible for that? As I wrote previously and with regard to the law, President Trump is compelled to defer to his experts – Fauci and Birx – for such decisions like these. Did the experts – Fauci and Birx – hold-up the travel ban for an explicit reason? Sure seems it.

Now, recall Fauci’s Hillary Clinton email during her tenure as Secretary of State:

Does Fauci seem impartial or does he seem beholden to the President’s political enemies, which we have asserted are the same enemies responsible for this construct? It was Fauci and Birx who sent America to its proverbial bedroom with no TV and video games and with instructions not to come-out; not President Trump. It was Fauci who confronted the nation with horrific projections that resulted in the country being forced into de facto quarantine; not President Trump.

Consider these extracted quotes from a relevant Zero Hedge article (SOURCE) with EMPHASIS added,

“A few weeks ago, Dr. Anthony Fauci sat down in front of Congress and warned that millions of Americans could die if the federal government didn’t take the outbreak seriously.”

Now on Thursday, Dr. Fauci is taking to cable news to spread the message of optimism that has lifted US stocks over the past few days: Instead of the 240k figure used by President Trump as recently as two weeks ago, Dr. Fauci told NBC News that if the public continued to stick to the “mitigation efforts”, that the death toll might be as low as 60k.”

“He also warned that this outbreak is a “wake up call”, warning that more serious outbreaks might occur in the future.”

“When you’re talking about getting back to normal, we know now that we can get hit by a catastrophic outbreak like this,” he said. “It can happen again, so we really need to be prepared to respond in a much more vigorous way.”


Let’s be clear on the subtext here, which is clearly pretext for something ahead of us. This may speak to the primary purpose of the COVID-19 construct altogether – indoctrinating the masses to the ‘new normal’ for future events: social distancing, societal moratoriums, quarantine, digital currency, mail-in ballots, etc. It’s a long, imposing and frightening list; at least for anyone with an appreciation for the US Constitution and individual rights and liberties.

Not only is it evident that Fauci’s data-based projections are completely off the mark, it appears to be by design. Simply, you can’t herd ‘sheeple’ without fear and panic and rolling-out such inflated numbers, which were clearly in-line for post-publication revision, did just that. Look at peoples’ behavior right now – never seen anything like it. Most importantly, Fauci told us that IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN.

Here is the text of the notice setting forth the parameters for how data will be collected and managed pertaining to COVID-19. Understand that with the resources and the general nature of the federal apparatus, shaping, manipulating and managing data to reflect a desired scenario is a very real consideration and according to the evidence at hand, this is likely what is actually occurring because as we know, the data and the landscape just don’t comport.

The COVID-19 data being compiled and managed; especially the statistics concerning cause of death, represents a growing controversy worthy of its own article and to encompassing for the space here. The Gateway Pundit has published a number of items detailing the presumed fraudulent data manipulation and management and I encourage you to seek-out that information independently. To keep this piece manageable and it’s already long, we’re making an assumption based upon TGP’s work.

We know the data can be manipulated. That’s what we’re asserting and we’re relying on TGP to make the case, which they have, but what about Fauci? Are there indications that Fauci is acting in manipulative ways indicative of his complicity in this construct? Uh, yeah, and in abundance but, I’ll let you decide.

Oh my, that’s a WHOLESALE shift for a so-called “expert” and at this moment let’s pause for absolute clarity. Allow me to be completely direct. I’m not saying Fauci is not an expert in his field, rather I’m saying he’s a co-opted expert lying to the American public to facilitate the execution of a false flag political construct. Period. But again, it’s you deciding; not me.

The shift in Fauci’s stance is remarkable but not as remarkable as what follows. Fauci, on multiple occasions, deliberately positions himself and then overtly but subtly signals to MSM correspondents who, in each respective press conference, were adversarial to President Trump.

Am I wrong in saying that it’s awfully difficult to believe that Fauci is giving full fidelity to fighting COVID-19 as opposed to giving full fidelity to a false flag political construct devised to help the Left steal 2020 because for them, there is no other viable route BACK INTO POWER (notice I did not word that as “back into office”)?

That’s where it’s going – the handwriting is on the wall. I previously outlined 24 areas of concern and voter fraud – more appropriately termed election theft – is certainly a monumental concern with the evidence in front of us. They’re already calling for the mechanisms (mail-in, electronic, etc.). More importantly, you can see the constructive elements legislatively in that Nancy Pelosi, as they always do, began to put the legislation in place early (27 Jun 19.)

Evidence, data and common sense serve as our best filters to understand the landscape that currently surrounds us as this political construct continues to emerge with progressively more clarity. It’s clear that the data and statistics don’t fit the official narrative and that’s despite their best attempt to shape it accordingly. Moreover, common sense supported by objective evidence ought to rule the day since every grain of Dr. Anthony Fauci – from the long tenured DSSG/MIC status to the fudged data to the failed travel restrictions to the wholesale shifts in stance to overtly signaling adversarial MSM reporters – tells us that he’s complicit in something counter to the narrative he’s proffering. It all tells us he’s functioning within a false flag political construct.

We’re only left with questions. Why didn’t the FBI share imperative national security intelligence with the DOD? Why didn’t the DOD know? Why is there an overlapping FISA classification pertaining to China/US/bio-weapons smuggling? Is the FISA overlap in any way related to the broader FISA corruption under investigation? Is it in any way related to Joe Biden or any other Democrat with corrupt Chinese entanglements?

To close on a lighter note, I’ll comment on this tweet:

As for the fact – I know with absolute certainty that some of the work on our site, by means of our “source,” was back-channeled “upward.” I cannot speak as to how far the work got, but it went. Take that as you may.

As for the opportunity – let’s be honest – the post was made a bit tongue-in-cheek. Yes, perhaps there was an actual reference there, but also, perhaps not. That said, I certainly wasn’t going to pass-up some free advertising; not after finding Q’s original 28 Oct 17 post in real time and having been reading, researching and writing about it ever since! Even if I had to get stretchy to bridge that gap! Cheap? Yes. Effective? Maybe!

Our hypothesis asserts that this political construct was inserted into President Trump’s administration during compulsory Obama/Trump transition meetings on 13 Jan 17. That’s the same day the MSM decided to release the cooked-up Flynn/Russia story preemptively and with Flynn taking part in those meetings. 28 Mar 20 Update: What used to be a looser conversational group has grown and, over the course of this pandemic, has become a small team of folks working together most of the day every day.
