For over five years now, the exclusive work here has arduously analyzed and evidenced the COVID-19 “pandemic” as a political false flag construct of the Hegelian dialectic model that in the aggregate, represents RICO crimes otherwise stated as the commission of enterprise fraud prosecutable under RICO statute. No one else was saying that in early 2020 with more coming to that realization now.
Relative to that work, several new developments impact the COVID landscape as the nation prepares to see Donald J. Trump inaugurated as the 47th President tomorrow.
It is not without a rich sense of irony that these developments are occurring now given that the RICO crimes of COVID permitted the RICO crimes of the stolen 2020 election, which permitted in the installation of a Chinese proxy in Joe Biden, who also served as an asset to the Intelligence Community/Pentagon/NATO/State Department conglomerate controlling these operations from the backdrop; and where the President it overthrew is now returning to the Executive as the nation’s chief law enforcement officer – his primary function.
Will President Trump adhere to the rule of law and seek the matriculation of justice to the fullest extent so as to hold accountable everyone responsible for those RICO crimes and worse, which actually rise to the levels of treason and crimes against humanity?

As an answer to our question, only time will tell and it’s short time at that.
Recent developments bear more questions.
Ask yourself why it is that only two days ago and inside one week of the Administration’s exit, the outgoing National Security Adviser, Jake Sullivan, advised that national security officials are creating a panel of outside experts to examine the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic?
Ask yourself why that only now, “Bad actor EcoHealth Alliance and its corrupt former President, Dr. Peter Daszak, were formally debarred by HHS for using taxpayer funds to facilitate dangerous gain-of-function research in China” and that Daszak was terminated on 06 Jan 25?
If you’re familiar with the work here – you know where this is going: operational cover-up and concealment, which almost always begins with opening an “investigation.”
This longstanding modus operandi accomplishes two important things: 1-it kicks the can down the road for as long as the investigation takes, which is normally years [we’re still waiting for the truth on JFK, 9/11 and a bunch else] and 2-the customary report issued at the conclusion permits the IC/DoD/NATO/State conglomerate to tailor and shape the report to reflect the established narrative.
That is generally a description for how operational lawfare works.

To better understand Sullivan’s actions and the actions against Daszak and EcoHealth Alliance as laid-out below, some of the major tenets of the analysis must be reviewed:
- COVID-19 is a construct of enterprise fraud where the criminality in the aggregate constitutes RICO crimes
- Bush began the BSAT progam [dual use pathogens: medical or bioweapon] in 2003
- In 2010, Obama issued an executive order to create the lane to alter the BSAT program
- In 2011, the Federal Experts Security Advisory Panel responded to Obama’s EO and removed SARS from the BSAT list
- Outside the scope of oversight by the BSAT program, SARS-CoV-2 was bioweaponized by China and the US, in the Wuhan lab and was funded by Anthony Fauci/NIAID
- Peter Daszak/EcoHealth Alliance was a funding conduit and intermediary between NIAID and Wuhan to develop SARS-CoV-2
- There are a minimum of two familiar cover stories for the origins of SARS-CoV-2: 1-animal [bat] to human spillover supposedly at a Chinese wet market -OR- 2-a leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology
- The analysis here dismisses both cover stories in favor of the virus being deliberately released in August of 2019 and most likely at the World Police and Fire Games, which would cause the virus to spread internationally once the contestants, spectators, officials, et al. returned to their countries of origin

Beyond that limited fact set and as I positioned on 06 May 20, in summary, COVID-19 represented the flashpoint to an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war by China against the US that began decades ago with pervasive Chinese infiltration of our nation’s institutions, offices, agencies and departments.
The work here closely examined Chinese hegemonic and military doctrine to inform the analysis and this includes China’s military doctrine that positions biowarfare as its primary attack vector.
As laid-out in Follow the Money, energy is the currency of corruption and the conduit for payment is private equity.
This is why severe scrutiny is deserved in the examination of Joe Biden’s two epicenters of criminality and treason:
- Burisma, located in Ukraine where the Department of Defense has no fewer 42 covert biolabs linked to COVID-19/SARS/bioweaponization that also link to Metabiota, which ties Biden directly to the COVID-19 “pandemic” before “COVID” even existed in human language [See item #4 above]
- CEFC China Energy Company, located in China, where SARS-CoV-2 was bioweaponized and the virus was deliberately released in an act of war
The first report of a viral outbreak in China was revised backwards to 17 Nov 19.
On 25 Oct 19 and out of the blue, Joe Biden issued a pretext warning about pandemic preparedness that you can view as setting the trap that was laid on 13 Jan 17, when the outgoing Obama Administration plugged the RICO pandemic construct into the incoming Trump Administration during legally compulsory presidential transition meetings [see the timeline].
The DOJ/FBI Tactical Intelligence Report dated 13 Nov 19 demonstrates knowledge of the smuggling of SARS strains that would have been bioweaponized in a laboratory, in advance of the “pandemic” in conjunction with the pretext Biden issued and the private equity gains in his income/worth.
This bears down on Harvard University professor Charles Lieber, who was a participant in China’s Thousand Talents, program, which is a CCP-based recruiting operation to develop foreign assets.
Along with Chinese nationals who were Harvard students and PLA officers, Lieber smuggled vials of SARS-CoV-2 on behalf of the US and China in advance of the “pandemic” on three separate occasions with flights through Boston and Detroit.
As ex-officio members of the House and Senate Select Committees on Intelligence, people like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell would have ALL BEEN PRIVY TO THIS while they were driving the first of two fraudulent impeachments of Trump as a deflection mechanism away from the COVID operation.

Was it a natural spillover from animal to humans or was a it a lab leak?
Neither.
Rather, it was a deliberate release that constitutes RICO crimes, treason, an act of war and crimes against humanity.
Otherwise the fact sets it took over five years to assemble to do not stack up chronologically as they do.
Apply that to new developments.
NEW DEVELOPMENTS
The Washington Post, which is the mouthpiece for the Intelligence Community [the New York Times serves FBI/DOJ] reports that Jake Sullivan, the outgoing national security adviser, is asking a panel of outside experts to examine the government’s conclusions on how the pandemic began.
National security officials are creating an independent panel to examine the origins of the coronavirus pandemic, as scientists and intelligence experts continue to wrestle over the highly charged issue of how the pandemic began.
Jake Sullivan, the Biden administration’s national security adviser, on Sunday asked the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to assemble an outside panel of experts who would take a fresh look at the existing findings on the coronavirus and examine the government’s conclusions, according to two administration officials.
Biden officials say the panel’s creation — coming days before the incoming Trump administration takes office — was driven by Sullivan’s desire to understand a virus that killed more than 1 million Americans and upended society. Sullivan also requested on Dec. 17 that intelligence agencies update their own assessments of the pandemic’s origins, according to one official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe national security matters.

The panel — which could be shaped or dismissed by the incoming Trump administration — would represent the latest effort to settle a question that polarized political leaders, the intelligence community and the public as the virus ravaged the world in 2020.
Democrats largely sided with scientists who said the virus was likely to have “spilled over” from animals to humans, probably in a market near where the first cases of an unusual pneumonia were reported in Wuhan, China. Some prominent evolutionary biologists and other experts have said they continue to support that theory, citing new reviews they say bolster evidence of a natural origin for the pandemic.
Republican leaders and other scientists, meanwhile, have argued that the pandemic probably began with an accidental lab leak in central China. That view has been increasingly favored by the U.S. public, and Democratic leaders have expressed growing openness to the possibility of a lab leak. There is no evidence SARS-CoV-2, the virus behind the pandemic, was in any laboratory before the outbreak.

Note the denial of SARS-CoV-2 being in “any” laboratory before the outbreak, which defaults to the spillover cover story.
That article is straight-up Kool-Aid for low-information, non-thinkers.
This maneuver in the very last hours of an illegitimate administration is a flailing one to impede the full truth about COVID-19 from ever seeing the light of day.
Thankfully, Mr. Trump can summarily dismiss this panel and he should do so immediately in favor of an impartial process that will deliver the truth and the consequences for it, whatever they may be [we know what they are, which is why they are flailing so hard.]

It’s important to note that the report largely examines the same components and factors as the analysis here and mostly for the same reasons but with one distinction that is most important: origins.
The report examines all of the right positions on COVID-19 in ways to satisfy those hungry for justice except for the origins component thus making it, too, a “limited hangout” exit component to ongoing cover-up and concealment operations.
The most hungry for the truth must always be thrown a piece of fat to chew on and this piece of fat is over 500 pages long.
The report states:
COVID-19 ORIGIN: COVID-19 most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan, China. The FIVE strongest arguments in favor of the “lab leak” theory include:
- The virus possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature.
- Data shows that all COVID-19 cases stem from a single introduction into humans. This runs contrary to previous pandemics where there were multiple spillover events.
- Wuhan is home to China’s foremost SARS research lab, which has a history of conducting gain-of-function research at inadequate biosafety levels.
- Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) researchers were sick with a COVID-like virus in the fall of 2019, months before COVID-19 was discovered at the wet market.
- By nearly all measures of science, if there was evidence of a natural origin it would have already surfaced.
It wasn’t a lab leak.
It was a deliberate release.

No?

Deliberate release?
Yes and Occam’s prevails to say the same.
Until we see outcomes featuring the entire truth; not just most of it, those outcomes are the ones being determined for us not naturally arising out of consequences delivered by the rule of law and exhaustion of it.
To close we address one more question asked above: Is the Trump Administration going to adhere to the rule of law and seek the matriculation of justice to the fullest extent so as to hold accountable everyone responsible?
