The work and geopolitical analysis at Moonshine has been in the backseat for several days. This past week has been heavily invested in preparation and work towards our team’s Ninth Circuit filing of an appeal in our litigation centered on COVID-19 as a construct of enterprise fraud. That effort is led by Dr. Henry Ealy and sponsored by Oregon State Senators Dennis Linthicum and Kim Thatcher. An entire team of which I’m a member exists in the backdrop in service to that effort.
NINTH CIRCUIT CASE ALLEGING COVID-19 IS ENTERPRISE FRAUD
Our case filed in the Ninth Circuit is centered on our First Amendment right to petition a federal grand jury so that we may present to it a cogent, arduously evidenced and complete case for the purpose of the grand jury conducting its own judicially independent investigation. The case alleges that the current and former directors of Centers of Disease Control, the current and former secretaries of Health and Human Services and the director of the National Vital Statistics System committed egregious levels of enterprise fraud to manufacture a fraudulent COVID-19 “pandemic” out of thin air. This occurred by propagating and leveraging fraudulently aggregated infection and mortality data that was falsely attributed to COVID-19.
Previously, the Honorable Marco A. Hernandez dismissed the case citing our lack of standing and characterizing our attempt to deliver evidence of the commission of felonious crimes to a federal grand jury as a “dead end.” After filing for and receiving an extension, our appeal was due yesterday before midnight. I’m pleased to confirm that our exemplary and highly skilled counsel, attorney Stephen Joncus, successfully filed our timely appeal. If the courts continue to deny us our First Amendment right to petition for the redress of grievances, this matter will eventually reach the U.S. Supreme Court.
Much has been unpacked on the nation and world during this time that focus was given to our Ninth Circuit appeal. Of course, it falls along the vectors of war and disease and unfortunately, none of it is any good for posterity’s sake.
THE BIG PICTURE
The corrupt leviathan that is the federal apparatus leverages the mainstream media as its weapons-grade propaganda platform. Recently, the world has been distracted by manufactured narrative surrounding Chinese spy balloons and UFOs. In addition to writing and posting about these events, I made memetic characterizations of them:
When federal apparatus leaks and pushes-out narrative and especially when it arrives as pretext, assume that the narrative serves as a deflection point construct [“look here, not here”]. This is especially so when there are unavoidable circumstances being unpacked as found in the Nord Stream attack. Therefore, Nord Stream becomes one plausible explanation for the Chinese spy balloon and UFO narrative.
Edward Snowden has taken the position that the UFO narrative was constructed to deflect away from the unavoidable truth about Nord Stream – that it was a U.S. attack which Russia is entitled to view as an act of war as I wrote about last September. More recently, we discussed this relative to Seymour Hersh’s confirmation of the U.S. operation.
Since March 2021, I’ve written a series in excess of 100 articles tediously evidencing a plainly fabricated escalation towards a thermonuclear World War III beginning on two fronts – Russia [Ukraine] and China [Taiwan]. The analysis rests on my investigation into Ukraine drawing back to 2017 and painstakingly threads the work back to the Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry/Nuland cartel in 2014. At that time, the Obama/Biden cartel collaborated with the intelligence community to engage in regime change in Ukraine for the purpose of installing a U.S. proxy, which eventually became Volodymyr Zelensky, to manage its massive Ukrainian hub of global corruption and money laundering. I further expand on these operations in the series dedicated to FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried. It’s all enmeshed and interconnected.
A critical component to all of this work is the positioning of NATO, which I have covered extensively, as the agitator and agent provocateur. NATO permits the Western Empire and its Globalist leadership to continually encroach on Russia’s national sovereignty. The objective of the Western Empire and NATO is a plain and simple one: capture Russia, which entails regime change, just as it captured the U.S. when China installed its proxy Joe Biden by leveraging a fraudulent pandemic to steal the 2020 election.
Now consider that this week, NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg stunningly remarked that, “the war didn’t start in February last year. The war started in 2014. And since 2014, NATO Allies have provided support to Ukraine, with training, with equipment, so the Ukrainian Armed Forces were much stronger in 2022, than they were in 2020, and 2014. And of course, that made a huge difference when President Putin decided to attack Ukraine.“ Once again, longstanding Moonshine analysis scores a bullseye and is entirely on the mark.
What this means is what I’ve established and evidenced all along: we are bearing witness to a completely constructed escalation towards World War III and its borne entirely out of Dynastic Bush drawing back to no later than 2014.
More validation of the reliable position and work is found in remarks from a French historian, who accurately predicted the fall of the Soviet Union over a decade in advance. Emmanuel Todd, one of France’s leading intellectuals, says that World War III has already begun as a result of the conflict in Ukraine.
Recently in a publication at the Ron Paul Institute, Ron Paul remarked on the analog of the American people being fraudulently propagated into supporting war in Iraq; noting the similarities and parallels of the Ukraine flashpoint. Therein, Paul delineates the roots of it deriving from Obama ergo Dynastic Bush and where the Biden Administration represents and extension of it. We remain on the same political continuum since Trump was excised from it.
One of the critical areas I’ve addressed relates to China’s explicit preparation for war including the stockpiling of armaments and munitions at the same time the U.S. is expending the same relative to Ukraine. This represents an inverse reciprocal relationship in the ability of the U.S. to effectively fight in a global conflict and it could have devastating consequences.
Given this, consider how the US is now informing the Ukrainians that it doesn’t have enough of long range missiles to provide them. Citing four US officials, Politico reports that “Transferring ATACMS to the battlefield in eastern Europe would dwindle America’s stockpiles and harm the U.S. military’s readiness for a future fight.” This is problematic for the obvious reasons cited.
Fabricated war and manufactured disease relentlessly prevail at the same time the Davos elite openly embrace constructed events of fear and terror as the most expedient means to transition society and the world. This recent article reported on the confirming evidence of the projected emergence of bird flu in service to the disease and food crisis constructs. Another vector I’ve covered in the disease construct is the Marburg virus.
As far back as July 2022 and in eight different articles I’ve reported on Marburg virus as a plausible candidate for the next “pandemic.” Now consider that the WHO recently convened an “urgent meeting” over a Marburg outbreak in several African countries.
It therefore stands to reason that H5N1 bird flu will be leveraged to slaughter chickens in the constructed “food crisis” while the deadly and frightening Marburg virus emerges as the best candidate to serve the next “pandemic” construct relative to a One World Government vis-a-vis medicaly tyranny.
As this occurs, right on time and specifically relative to what is referred to as post-COVID-19 and the escalating war in Ukraine, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva has come-out to state that the world needs to be prepared to better handle “the unthinkable.” The analysis here indicates that this is pretext for the next global disaster, which appears to be right around the corner.
WAR
In evidence of the trajectory for escalation to a thermonuclear World War III, consider that long time “boogeyman” North Korea has recently showcased a new intercontinental ballistic missile paralleling its “nuke for nuke” warning to the West.
Around the same time, the U.S. seemed to flex its nuclear muscle with the launch of an unarmed ICB Minuteman III missile as a “routine” measure to showcase U.S. nuclear readiness. The U.S. Air Force touted the ICMB as a safe and effective deterrent. The launch was not necessarily positioned as sabre rattling relative to war escalations; however, it’s difficult to see it another way.
Recall that longstanding analysis addresses the importance of Crimea respective to Russia and Ukraine. This is especially so relative to Russian access to its Black Sea Fleet located in Sevastopol. Therefore, any incursion into Crimea by the Western Empire becomes an immediate national defense threat for Russia. With Ukraine serving as the U.S. proxy in its war against Russia, Ukraine’s preparations to strike Crimea with British long-range missiles is entirely problematic and would mark a major escalation in the war.
Relative to the broader picture in Crimea, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken recently backtracked on previous advisement for Ukraine to move on and capture the strategically important peninsula. In so doing, Blinken noted it would amount to the crossing of a “red line” for Russia and Vladimir Putin being emblematic of the importance of the Black Sea Fleet.
Other escalations are found in Moldova closing its airspace citing breaches by Russian drones and incursion by a Russian missile. Tensions are high in the nation respective to assertions that Russia is seeking to overthrow the pro-European Union administration.
Near Poland, two U.S. manufactured F-35 Dutch fighters intercepted three Russian military aircraft and escorted the planes away from the NATO protected territory around the same time that the U.S. military scrambled a pair of US F-16 fighter jets, assisted by two more F-35A fighters, an E-3 Sentry, and two KC-135 Stratotankers to intercept four Russian aircraft off the coast of Alaska near U.S. airspace. Notably, NORAD characterized the incident as “routine.”
Within 48 hours and for the second time this week, on Valentines day NORAD scrambled a pair of fighter jets to intercept Russian Tu-95 Bear bombers off the coast of Alaska. NORAD also characterized this incident as “routine.”
With clear sides already established, Belarus placed another line in the sand indicating that if attacked, the nation was ready to align with Russia. Of course, as more nations position for entrance into the conflict the escalation towards World War III continues.
A glimmer of hope in relief from the insanity of the entirely manufactured Russia/Ukraine war can be found in Congressman Matt Gaetz. Co-sponsored by 10 House members, Gaetz recently filed a ‘Ukraine Fatigue Resolution’ to end funding for the conflict. Let us hope it prevails.
Shifting to the second front in the multiple-front war scenario – China/Taiwan/South China Sea – the U.S. Navy and Marines recently conducted aircraft carrier drills in the South China Sea amid the spy balloon tensions with China. Drawing back on Obama era policy, U.S. involvement in the South China Sea has been contentious for some time. These drills are certainly another escalation on the second front.
Tensions are sure to further worsen with a forthcoming GOP House committee trip to Taiwan. The newly formed House committee on China is in talks about sending a delegation to the nation.
One notable and problematic aspect of China’s recent incursion on U.S. airspace with spy balloons is found in the apparent lack of U.S. military readiness; especially in detecting incursions into U.S. airspace. In that light, the spy balloon incidents could be considered as China probing our detection capabilities to examine unconventional possibilities for weapons platforms.
For the time being, the war drums continue to beat louder as the trajectory is clear. Onward we march towards oblivion.
DISEASE
With pretext promises of another “pandemic” hanging in the air for some time, the fall-out from COVID-19 continues as the official narrative maintains its trajectory of complete and utter implosion.
A new study has emerged in support of the decades of preexisting, widely accepted, conventional and scientific knowledge that masking has little to no effect in reducing the transmission of viruses including COVID-19. This has been one of my evidenced positions since early 2020. Masking never had anything to do with anything except serving as a control, fear and coercion mechanism.
Standing firm on dogma, COVID religion and abject tyranny that is antithetical to actual science, it should surprise no one that CDC Director Rochelle Walensky defended CDC’s masking policy. Walensky, who is one of the named respondents in our federal grand jury petition, defended CDC’s masking of children in the setting of education. In complete rejection of reliable evidence, Walensky said CDC’s masking policy “doesn’t really change with time.”
Given Walensky’s problematic statements, it’s rather clear that only their contrived and misplaced understanding of a “viral outbreak” has been permitted to change over time and only in ways to align with a criminal, ulterior and political agenda.
As the medical and scientific evidence that the COVID-19 “vaccines” [mRNA gene therapy] cause serious injury up to and including death, the federal apparatus maintains its foot on the “vaccine” accelerator. Recently, the U.S. government agreed to purchase another 15 million doses of the Novavax COVID-19 vaccine.
The aftermath of the Damar Hamlin event [my article eviscerating the claims of commotio cordis] continues to be highly contentious. Take a moment to view Hamlin’s brief interview segment where he refuses to answer the question to which we all already know the answer – his collapse was caused by his vaccination for COVID-19:

Sometimes, what people don’t say monumentally outweighs anything they do say… And we all know what Damar Hamlin didn’t say here… And it has nothing to do with commotio cordis… And you know exactly what I’m not saying right now. We all know it.
Political Moonshine
Now consider that The Health Freedom Defense Fund recently issued a letter to the NFL Players’ Association urging all players to get screened for heart issues over the COVID-19 side effects. Citing league pressure to acquiesce to vaccination, the letter to advised the implementation of screening because the vaccines can cause myocarditis and young males are the most at risk.
More problematic in all of this is that a dangerous and criminal CDC has now officially added COVID-19 “vaccines” to its immunization schedule for children and adolescents. This will have devastating effects moving forward.
In the further commission of enterprise fraud, CDC et al has the weaponized mainstream media propaganda machine putting it in overdrive. A growing number of media outlets are continuing the drive to manufacture a fictitious narrative asserting that COVID-19 [SARS-CoV-2 and its variants] is responsible for the anomalous increase in cardiac events like heart attacks and heart failure around the world; not the COVID-19 “vaccines.” This is fodder for the feeble minded.
CONCLUDING REMARKS
On 06 May 20, I assumed and began further evidencing that the United States has been embroiled in an asymmetrical, irregular and undeclared war since no later than October 2019. War, famine and disease are vectors to accomplish the objectives entailed in this position. Recent developments involving spy balloons, train derailments and attacks on hazardous materials further validate the evidenced assertions. Consider:
The evidence is clear, reliable and at this point, virtually irrefutable. We are onward in our march to thermonuclear oblivion. Perhaps the sanity of Matt Gaetz, ten others and a united population of Americans can derail this manufactured Armageddon. Folks had better wise-up, though, because the sun is getting low on the horizon.
