This analysis is the fourth follow-up report.

The aggregate analysis on the Trump assassination attempt works to: 1-limit the focus of examination to primary positions with 2-support by primary and secondary source evidence by 3-identifying and factoring-out misinformation, disinformation and malinformation in ways to 4-permit Occam’s to prevail in order to 5-determine a reliable fact set to 6-reflect the truth about the event.

INTRODUCTION
The Intelligence Community/DOJ/FBI/USSS narrative of a lone gunman is now accepted as fraudulent as the aggregate evidence and analysis on hand to include eyewitness testimony, statements from LEO, video analysis, forensic acoustic analysis, etc. clearly demonstrates the presence of a second, additional shooter and a third, additional shooter, as considered and evidenced in the existing analysis.
This is a good tool to begin understanding the fact set, but it does not account for multiple variables discussed below:
What still isn’t entirely clear in the acoustic analysis by others are the controls for identifying USSS counter-sniper fire meaning that attribution for the three distinctly different gun types is speculative [who fired them?].
What is is clear is that three distinctly different weapons were fired and captured on audio/video.
This is worthy in helping to explain noting that similar other videos examining acoustics are contained in the existing analysis:
Some analyzing the evidence place the second, additional shooter in the adjacent water tower as examined while others track the shot trajectories to the stand of trees between the buildings on the left and the water tower on the right as imaged [approximately where the top left corner of the photo insert is located].
There are also indications that each of the three shots came from different distances.
Another position put forth on the shot trajectories indicates that the second, additional shooter, which likely took the first 3 rounds attributable to Crooks, was a counter-sniper team in the same vicinity as Crooks and reported to be either below Crooks and concealed inside of a widow or above and behind Crooks concealed in an adjacent second-story window providing a clear sight line to crooks but where no actions were taken to intercede the shooter and neutralize the threat: ASSASSIN EYE-WITNESS: Police Are Lying about Rooftop Confrontation of Alleged Sniper – “The Guys on the Second Floor Were Watching – But They Didn’t Do Anything!” and TRUMP ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT: Federal Snipers Overlooked Rooftop Sniper from 40 FEET AWAY could have just WALKED OVER TO STOP HIM.
The most logical explanation I’ve heard and considered is contained in the linked video above where the initial 3-round burst initially attributed to Crook’s is attributed to the second, additional shooter that Occam’s dictates is an internal hostile from IC/DOJ/FBI/DHS/USS/LEO.
The initial 3-round burst presents as controlled fire from a trained marksman [sniper] and where Crooks was reported to have been the opposite.
The second 5-round+ burst is more erratic and indicative of an amateur or less capable marksman [not a sniper].
The subsequent 5-round+ burst is therefore attributed to Crooks and the third distinctly different sounding and single, final shot is attributed to the USSS counter-sniper fire that eliminated Crooks.
What is interesting is that every video featuring the counter-snipers on the roof like the one below all cut-off after the initial 3-round burst.
A long version can’t be located so where is that footage?
Occam’s prevails to dictate that the footage is not available because it’s highly incriminating noting that the obvious inaction to eliminate the shooter and neutralize the threat under surveillance before he could advance and fire on Trump, as is featured in the video, BREAKS EVERY NORM, STANDARD and EXPECTATION OF USSS COUNTER-SNIPER EXECUTIVE PROTECTION OPERATIONS and it’s direct video evidence of the USSS stand-down, which is the primary thesis in this analysis.
Mainstream media has in many instances falsely attributed the initial 3-round burst to that USSS counter-sniper team.
That’s impossible because the initial 3-round burst has been forensically analyzed and attributed to “shooter 1.”
Returning to the point, it’s highly suspicious that the video of the USSS counter-sniper team return fire isn’t available.
Moreover, there is conflicting analysis as to whether Crooks ever fired his weapon at all meaning that shooters 1, 2 and 3 would be some combination of a plausible accomplice[s] and internal hostiles from the “blob” constituting the IC/DOJ/FBI/DHS/USS/LEO or other relevant agency or department, as Mike Benz would say.
It’s most plausible and likely that Crooks did fire although there doesn’t appear to be footage of that; once again drawing suspicion.
This especially so given the video described below where it could have been obtained, but panned away before panning back to a dead Crooks.
The analysis positions that we’ve already entered the phase of covering-up the cover-up.
Therein, Biden ordered the FBI to investigate the assassination attempt on Trump and subsequent to the misinformation, disinformation and malinformation deliberately flooding the post-event landscape at the hands of the IC, the impetus for investigating the investigation is borne and covering-up the cover-up begins [explained in Section 11 in Follow-up/2].
Benz also recently expanded on the established positions on investigations/prosecutions serving as either cover/conceal operations or operations to expose/prosecute; and specifically the interface with the FBI in the first mode:
Most importantly, Benz brings it right back to the fraudulent lone gunman narrative, which brings us to this important consideration: The reason that so many now incriminating details about Crooks are being injected into the IC narrative in slow-drip operations is because it sows and grows the lone gunman narrative as the cover story.
Contrast the availability and depth of information on Crooks as a lone gunman to the same for accomplices, two or three total gunman, a white van, the water tower, etc., where the latter type of information is mostly circulated on off-reservation media channels that on-reservation social media companies love to algorithmically suppress and censor.
Occam’s prevails to tell us that the more we hear about Crooks as a lone gunman, the more plausible and likely it is that there were three shooters likely including Crooks but to a slim margin, maybe not.
Lastly, if the position on the cover-up of the cover-up is incorrect, then why would something like this occur outside of that explanation?
Occam’s dictates that it wouldn’t.

1-CROOKS’ RECONNAISSANCE
Demonstrating more concrete and reliable evidence of a USSS stand-down to Crooks is new information indicating his reconnaissance of the Butler, PA event site.
The USSS deploys a wide array of highly sensitive equipment within a three-layered and highly controlled perimeter [all contained in the previous existing analysis] during Executive protection operations such as the Butler event.
To suggest that Crooks was able to conduct active surveillance with a drone, at the event site and in the hours leading up to that event is as absurd as the IC narrative of a lone gunman itself and the surrounding story about USSS gross incompetence and negligence.

Conversely, the Secret Service usually requests FAA permission to deploy drones in restricted airspace such as the Trump rally, but did not on this occasion, according to the Times.

This is like finding the passports of 9/11 “hijackers” conveniently lying on the ground at Ground Zero.
Other reporting indicated that according to phone data, Crooks put feet on the ground including entering the AGR building in his effort to do reconnaissance on the event site in the days and week[s] leading up to the event.
Occam’s prevails to indicate that Crooks drone was intended to be found in his Sonata for the purpose of building the lone gunman narrative ergo Crooks was permitted to breach the 3-layered perimeter and the vast array of highly sensitive equipment and countermeasures to conduct the active drone surveillance that would otherwise be impossible to do.

2-CROOKS V. MASS SHOOTER PROFILE
The immediate, initial and subsequent analysis asked two very specific questions: 1-Was Crooks on psychotropic medication[s]? and 2-Was he previously known to the FBI?

These very deliberate questions were asked for very deliberate reasons: they are important components to the “mass shooter” profile that by an abundance of information, evidence and analysis on this site and by a wide slate of others indicates the FBI leveraging individuals fitting the profile as programmable and manipulable individuals [think MK Ultra type programs] often using the therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist as a proxy and handler beyond the assigned federal handler in order to stage false flag mass shootings [not “fake” shootings but actual ones for constructed reasons [false flag event]].
Notable is that Crooks father is a mental health professional.
New evidence confirms the speculation bringing it closer to factual.

Details are beginning to emerge about the state of mind of Donald Trump‘s would-be assassin after the FBI gained access to his cellphone this week.
Though no concrete motive has been established, Thomas Crooks’ internet history revealed he searched for information about ‘major depressive disorder’ in the days leading up the attack on July 13.
Psychologists say the condition, a clinical term to describe depression that lasts a long time and affects everyday life, is typically marked by hatred of oneself.
But it can also be turned outward. Depressed people are around three times more likely to carry out a violent crime, some research shows. At least a quarter of mass shooters in the US deal are clinically depressed or have other non-psychotic mental illnesses.
The prospect that Crooks may have been depressed and taking anti-depressants has reignited a debate in the medical world: do those drugs, in fact, play a role in creating homicidal tendencies?

The search was the last one Crooks, 20, made on his phone before wounding Trump as he spoke at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, last Saturday.
FBI investigators discovered the search history after finally cracking his encrypted Samsung Android phone days after the assassination attempt.
[…] The senior law enforcement source who told the Daily Beast about the porn search said it was ‘not unusual’ among high-profile killers.
Without trying to sound crass or rude and simply based upon human nature, rest assured that Crooks masturbated to that porn one last time before moving on with his own self-ascribed death sentence.
Occam’s prevails in two ways: 1-The IC is building its lone gunman narrative with slow-drip operations and 2-The speculation about Crooks being a known IC asset is further supported by Crook’s attributes paralleling those found in the “mass shooter” aka “lone gunman” profile.
3-THE IRAN PLOT
The Iran plot was analyzed in the third follow-up report and should be consumed for contextual backdrop for this, which lands squarely in the middle of the Iran analysis relative to the Trump assassination attempt and to the substantial amount of existing analysis.
Blinken is throwing-out an inaccurate piece of fat for the people to chew-on and to distract them from the Trump assassination attempt, the cover-up and the cover-up of the cover-up.
Iran has been nuclear-capable for some time now despite reporting to the contrary; and the funding for it strings back to both Obama and Biden – billions upon billions and often in a basket of currencies delivered on pallets using USAF aircraft deployed on multiple routes.

4-THE ONE-IN-A-MILLION HEAD SHOT
This has the look and feel of narrative building noting that the referenced video does not include any actual footage of Crooks being shot because the video pans away at that exact moment before returning to a then dead Crooks [mentioned above in the introduction].

Thomas Matthew Crooks was concealed behind the lip of the roof on a building more than 140 yards away from where the protection unit was stationed at the rally in Pennsylvania on July 13.
The agent had only the 20-year-old’s gun scope and a few square inches of forehead to aim at as his colleagues rushed to pull the injured ex-president off-stage.
‘They were looking at him while he was looking at them,’ a senior federal law enforcement official told CNN on Wednesday.
A video of the moment, shot by onlookers, showed Crooks peering intently through the sights of his father’s AR-style weapon and firing towards the rally as onlookers screamed from the base of the building.
Instantly a return shot was heard and Crooks was pictured lying dead on the roof as those on the ground gasped in horror.
This needs much further development.

In that light and in the shadow cast by the assassination attempt on Trump, this occurred, which is self-explanatory:

Seruga’s credibility and the veracity of his information cannot be confirmed but nonetheless, he provides interesting points to consider about Crooks reconnaissance and planning; and a federal handler tied to the Las Vegas shooting; and where the claims tie to the white van with Arizona plates and a trip made to the state by Crooks.
One would believe that if true, many of these details are subject to confirmation via Crooks’ phone and other devices.
The question is this: Is Seruga engaged in misinformation, disinformation and malinformation or is he engaged in accurate analysis?
No assumptions are made from Seruga’s claims and his points require full development.
