An iron fist to enforce tyrannical rule caused Dionysius to have many political enemies leading to constant fears of assassination.
In the parable, Dionysius is dismayed by a court flatterer named Damocles, who showered the tyrant in remarks about his posh and lavish lifestyle as a king.
In his annoyance, Dionysius asks Damocles,“Since this life delights you, do you wish to taste it yourself and make a trial of my good fortune?”
In his experience, as Damocles slipped into the daydream of ruling a kingdom, he observed a razor-sharp sword dangling from the ceiling directly above Dionysius’ bed where he laid his head and where it dangled by a single strand of horse hair.
The fear for his own life made it impossible for Dionysius “to savor the opulence of the feast or enjoy the servants.”
Cicero’s tale of Dionysius and Damocles was for him emblematic of the constant pressure of anxiety and death experienced by those in power and where “there can be no happiness for one who is under constant apprehensions.”
At a United Nations speech in 1961, President John F. Kennedy said with respect to what would become the Cuban Missile Crisis, “Every man, woman and child lives under a nuclear sword of Damocles, hanging by the slenderest of threads, capable of being cut at any moment by accident or miscalculation or by madness.”

A 31 Jan 24 piece featured at Zero Hedge and penned by Off-Guardian posed a question in its title: Is ‘World War 3’ Really On The Horizon?
The article poses another question getting to the crux of the matter:
“Is it possible they are dangling a nuclear Sword of Damocles over the world in order to scare people into embracing “world peace” through a global new world order?“

The author’s question is the obvious basis for the title of this piece so credit goes where credit is due [noting that the parable has been discussed before.]
The article goes on to state that, “There’s a lot of “World War Three” in the news right now…” further going on to provide several recent quotations from people who matter indicating that’s exactly what’s happening.
This is also the exact moment that the author’s analysis goes off the rails, but only slightly and only as it applies to the timeline, which is the spine to the whole thing.
For one, what the author has identified is pretext; however, it’s pretext that is several years late and draws down to the exact date of 19 Dec 20.
19 Dec 20 marked a point in time that an abundance of evidence examined in the analysis here was indicating that a newly and fraudulently installed Biden Administration, its Intelligence Community principal and their mainstream media propaganda arm were engaged in establishing the pretext for a Biden foreign policy shift.
Specifically, the Biden foreign policy shift identified was away from the Trump Administration’s appropriate hyper-focus on China and the CCP and back to the Western Empire’s [and its NATO enforcement arm] favorite boogeyman, Russia.
Importantly, that analysis encapsulates the entire matter of COVID-19 as a mechanism of enterprise fraud and platform for biowarfare by the CCP and domestic hostiles.

The importance of Syria is understood by its proxy status to Iran relative to the development of rogue nuclear arms including former Barack Obama’s funding of the Iranians with pallets of cash in a basket of currencies.
It was the same Obama that purged the military of hundreds of upper brass officers deemed to be off-reservation for the Intelligence Community and too bound to their Constitutional oaths.
The net effect is a rogue nuclear arsenal that functions like a global bargaining chip to whip nation states into desired geopolitical positions and the same template overlays North Korea [this is all review back to 2020 analysis.]
Overlay that analysis with this development from last night:

Here’s that distinction based on the assumption that a thermonuclear World War III currently dangles over our heads from a single strand.

At this very point and as the author has noted, the propaganda arm has intensified the narrative around World War III on the exactly projected timeline featuring the loose bookend of the 2024 election.
The analysis holds that WWIII practically falls into a window of time defined by two ends: 1-interceding on the 2024 elections to prevent them from being held and ushering former President Donald Trump back into the Executive [assuming he’s still on the ballot and it wasn’t stolen for Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom] and 2-a post-election flashpoint in the first several months after the January 2025 inauguration.
If history repeats itself as it tends to do and on the assumption that President Trump is in the Executive, according to the 1981 Reagan timeline, the worst-case scenario would be the assassination or attempt thereof of President Trump followed by the outbreak of World War III as the deflection point away from it.
It would be at that moment sometime around March 2025 that Marxist communism would be forever galvanized in the former United States of America.
It would also be at that moment that the actual purpose of the unmitigated illegal immigration of 12+ million people into the U.S. as a fifth column would be fully understood.
A Trojan Horse of widespread terror executed by millions of infidels already inside CONUS and the backdrop of thermonuclear detonations will certainly derail any national dialogue about a magic bullet, a grassy knoll or a dead president like it did for the IC when it factored-out JFK.

Most concerning is the decision of the U.S. Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense to target the long projected kinetic flashpoint of Syria as informed by the Biden/Russia pivot in late 2020 and the fact set around Syria’s longstanding diplomatic and military relations with Russia.
