Every December 1st, the CDC begins what it calls ‘peak flu’ running the observational period of influenza/pneumonia infection and mortality for two months. Then and as it always does, ‘peak flu’ will begin its seasonal die-off as we move out of winter and into spring and summer when there mostly is no flu/pneumonia. It’s an ancient cycle and it is a primary component to the COVID-19 “pandemic” of enterprise fraud. It should also cause everyone to pause and consider ‘peak flu’ relative to the timing of the CDC’s recent “low vaccination rates” health advisory. Here why.

We identify the criminals committing COVID-19 RICO crimes [enterprise fraud] as the criminal enterprise and it includes the primary operators inside the Intelligence Community [IC] and Central Intelligence Agency [CIA].

To begin, the criminal enterprise/IC/CIA has already planted and begun watering its “pandemic seed” for the 2024 election to ensure that it has a direct and effective interface with the election with the operational objective of determining its outcome as we saw in 2020.

The backstory of ‘peak flu’ is important within the context of an aggregate HHS/CDC/NVSS that committed rampant enterprise fraud when it cooked-up the COVID-19 “pandemic” out of thin air by stealing infection and mortality data from other illnesses, trauma, comorbidities, etc. to propagandize and disseminate the data as COVID-19 infection and mortality.

That’s two things: 1-co-morbidity harvesting as a component of 2-enterprise fraud.

The importance of ‘variants’ bears down on ‘peak flu’ with great significance where HHS/CDC/NVSS/et al must overcome the impediment of dragging a construct of enterprise fraud through the time that the flu/pneumonia data reservoir is seasonally unavailable.

This dynamic requires that the “pandemic” construct have “variants” to bridge the construct from one ‘peak flu’ year to the next.

This seasonal/variant dynamic ties directly to 1-a new scientific study out of Japan that is discussed below and 2-existing analysis covering the work of Dr. David Martin.

Here is how ‘variants’ plug-into the COVID-19 enterprise fraud construct:

A blend of existing analysis and new developments deepens our understanding of COVID-19 enterprise fraud causing us to question with great scrutiny the CDC’s recent health advisory warning about ‘low vaccination rates’ at the precise moment that ‘peak flu’ begins as it does every year at this time.

There was a significant impediment that granted the criminal enterprise behind COVID-19 more time to water its “pandemic” seed so it could sprout and take root.

That impediment was the lag time between the beginning of the COVID-19 operation and the first available data sets that were required to prove and evidence the early analysis indicating that COVID-19 was enterprise fraud.

That data did not become available until mid-February into March of 2020 and by that time, I had already written the first of several articles in a series nearing 450 items of analysis indicating that COVID-19 was unmitigated enterprise fraud.

The fraudulent “pandemic” was not even declared a “pandemic” until 13 Mar 20 and by that time, I was already putting out the analysis of how COVID-19 was only a “pandemic” of enterprise fraud stacking-up as a false flag political construct.

That Moonshine has aged like fine wine because it was entirely on the mark and NO ONE save a handful would consider or share the work instead dismissing me as a ‘conspiracy theorist.’

Fools.

Slaves.

Once the first COVID-19 infection and mortality data came out, I could prove my analysis and evidence of enterprise fraud.

This is the first COVID-19 data graphic I ever put out and in crystal clear fashion, it directly evidences comorbidity harvesting.

Here is the same image reproduced alongside further evidence of enterprise fraud committed during the theft of the 2020 election; noting that data lines are fantastic because if you strip away all of the contextual labels and just examine lines on paper, the inverse and often reciprocal data lines become objective hallmark indicators of enterprise lying far outside the bounds of statistical anomalies.

It is critical to understand the seasonal dynamics of the COVID-19 construct of enterprise fraud as it interfaces with the political component of elections; and how variants are applied and leveraged inside that construct.

We launch from there to begin our scrutiny of the CDC health advisory on “low vaccination rates” found here from August 2023:

In August 2023 and just over one year-out from the 2024 election, the CDC announced that it was tracking variant BA.2.86, which I branded the “election variant.”

On 08 Dec 23, the CDC updated its guidance on BA.2.86 splitting-off from it variant JN.1:

Makes perfect sense now, doesn’t it?

To recap, we have our seasonal construct that is dependent upon ‘peak flu’ in combination with the introduction of an “election” variant to plug-in to the construct.

In other words, they’re throwing another log on the fire to keep it going.

Existing analysis that bears repeating here indicates near identical timelines for the introduction of the 2023 “election” variant and the introduction of SAARS-CoV-2 in 2019.

Although the first MSM announcement of a viral outbreak in China occurred on 27 Dec 19, the suspected outbreak event was the World Police and Fire Games in China in August 2019 [discussed in this: COVID-19: Public Crisis or Opportunistic Marketing Campaign Part III, Additional Confirmations and Relevant Data Points from Dr. David E. Martin [and I discuss the similarities with the 2020 election in this: COVID-19, RICO and Enterprise Fraud: Fool Me Once, Shame on You, Fool Me Twice, Shame on Me.]

Compare the 2019 and 2023 timelines as they are stacking-up:

2019: August/introduce contagion, December/announce outbreak, March 2020/declare pandemic and implement mitigations, November 2020/steal election.

2023: August/introduce contagion, December/announce outbreak [JN.1 split], March 2024/declare pandemic and implement mitigations [could be earlier or later]?, November 2024/steal election?

It’s plain as day to see, is it not?

It’s why the second article linked above is entitled with fool me once, twice, etc.

The first linked article pertains to Dr. David E. Martin and his exclusive proprietary examination of U.S. patents relative to SARS-CoV-2 and the COVID-19 RICO crimes and crimes against humanity we discuss regularly.

Going back to the architecture of the enterprise fraud construct and the function of the ‘variant’ within it, Martin identifies 4,000 U.S. patents tied to 40,000 strains [variants] of SARS-CoV-2.

Understand that U.S. patent law does not permit the patenting of things naturally occurring.

This means that the 40,000 SARS-CoV-2 strains tied to 4,000 U.S. patents account for enough ‘variant’ gasoline to run this construct jalopy for about 110 years; and that’s if they introduce one variant per day.

To kick a long dead horse, it also means the development of 40,000 strains of SARS-CoV-2 is biowarfare.

If we stay on the criminal enterprise’s schedule of leveraging a just few variants per year, in human terms the timeline in actuality becomes an infinite one.

The 2021 and other analysis indicated a clear return to the 2020 election/pandemic play for 2024; and the architecture of the construct permits them to do it forever – literally.

Assuming reliability in the Japanese study, it becomes evidence of our position above with respect to two things: the 4,000 U.S. patents Martin examined to identify 40,000 strains of SARS-CoV-2 and 2-our understanding that U.S. patent law does not permit the patenting of things naturally occurring, meaning that the 40,000 strains were man-made as Martin asserted and qualify as biowarfare.

In an editorial at The Highwire, Tracy Beanz and Michelle Edwards lay-out how the August 2023 study conducted by renowned Japanese virologists Professors Atsushi Tanaka and Takayuki Miyazawa of Osaka Medical University and Kyoto University, “all COVID-19 variants were engineered in biolabs.”

To put it all together, here’s what everything contained in this article and the full corpus of work at Moonshine is telling you: In a repeat of 2020 and on that exact same operational roll-out timeline, the IC/CIA/criminal enterprise is deploying the same “pandemic” construct of enterprise fraud for 2024 that was used to steal the 2020 election; and just like in 2020, they intend intend to blame it all on those not vaccinated ergo the same people from which they stolen it.
