Earlier today and under the cover of a Saturday on a weekend, WHO Director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus declared a ‘Public Health Emergency of International Concern’ [PHEIC] for monkeypox. This development should cause Americans to sit-up and take note because it represents a distinct incidence of pattern recognition relative to the enterprise fraud construct that people mistakenly call the COVID-19 “pandemic.”

Moreover and because this PHEIC declaration rests on its own timeline for monkeypox, that timeline can be overlaid with the COVID-19 timeline to inform us. I’ll share with you what my university history professor shared with me but in my words: timeline overlays are buried gold. This timeline condenses decades of COVID-19 evidence [hundreds of entries and illustrations] for easy uptake including links to supporting evidence, work and sources. We’re going to use a portion of it below to illustrate our points.

To double-down while reminding you that I do this work as a hobby and have no formal journalism skills outside of the one journalism course I took in college, these earlier articles occur as I was just beginning to take off and when I read them now, it seems I’ve forgotten some of my own work, which often reads like someone else wrote it. Much has changed.

So, to double-down, what follows is a perfect example of exactly how informative [and accurate] timeline overlays can be.

As far as I know, I’m still the only one to assume and evidence the position that Nancy Pelosi’s herky-jerky, hurry-up and slow down, incomplete, baseless and entirely fabricated from thin-air “Impeachment 1.0” was constructed to serve as a deflection point construct away from the unpacking and application of the COVID-19 enterprise fraud construct on to and against the American people and world. That is the only existing explanation that is plausible, sensible and evidenced. That position was formulated from the overlaying of three pertinent timelines in an article written when Moonshine [the website] was only a few months old.

“Look here!” [(fake) impeachment]. “Don’t look here.” [(fake) pandemic].

It’s the only thing that makes sense and that’s exactly why this emerging monkeypox timeline is so important. The front end is a rinse/repeat of the COVID-19 timeline. Common sense tells us that past and present events impact and dictate future ones ergo they set the course for the future. That makes the past [COVID] and the present [monkeypox] critical for our future right now.

Acknowledging that these bureaucrats passed the legislation that gives them the authority and power to rule extra-constitutionally as predicated by [fake] emergencies; and that all of this is rooted in procedure, protocols, regulations, laws, etc., sequence becomes critical. Best way to study sequence? Timelines and overlays.

Acknowledging this bureaucratic landscape, some things are prerequisites for other things meaning that when prerequisites occur, they stand to indicate what is to come next. A PHEIC declaration is one of those things respective to any potential forthcoming pandemic declaration, which would stand to precede the midterm elections.

Recall that it was the 13 Mar 20 U.S. pandemic declaration triggering the “presidential competence” clause of the Stafford Act which caused then President Trump to defer his Article II Executive authority to his teams of “experts” because virology, epidemiology, etc. exceeded the scope of his expertise. At that moment, the President’s Executive authority was functionally usurped.

That pandemic declaration was preceded by a public health emergency declaration.

The pandemic declaration also permitted governors to leverage Emergency Use Authorizations [EUA] to issue and enforce draconian and rights-violating mitigation policies.

Recall that the emergency determination process is unilateral and occurs by un-elected bureaucrats in the U.S. government. It produces EUAs, where cooked-up data was used as the basis for the emergency determination and outcomes. It’s where substantial portions of the enterprise fraud is actually committed.

Tedros’ declaration of a PHEIC for monkeypox represents a direct overlay and identical beginning to the COVID-19 timeline. That means it tells us where we are going. Unfortunately it’s nowhere good, but that’s old work we’ve already covered and evidenced.

This extract is from the COVID timeline mentioned above and we are examining the sequence of PHEIC declarations to pandemic declarations relative to the sequence of the WHO acting respective to the U.S. acting:

It’s clear how the PHEIC always precedes the pandemic declaration and the U.S. declarations for public health emergencies and pandemics always follow and align with the same and preceding declarations made by the WHO. It is highly likely that the U.S. will issue its own monkeypox public health emergency relatively soon; all but certain, really.

What it really means is that this is how they began the first pandemic and this is how they are beginning the second pandemic. I promised and evidenced that a while back in a bunch of articles. Proxy Joe Biden did the exact same thing more recently and I wrote about Biden’s statement in several pieces including this one.

Even Democrats have recognized how disastrous things are as they look for a new nominee in 2024 while acknowledging that they’re in trouble for the 2022 midterms.

The last time the Democrats were in trouble and completely underwater for an election was 2020. The pattern recognition here could be made by a 5th grader. It’s why this WHO/Tedros PHEIC declaration is so critical and for the events that stand to follow it.

Granted the remarks below frame the outbreak in a minority population as Tedros describes it, but understand that all it takes is a change in the narrative for monkeypox to jump that population and become a threat to the general public. That would be the pretext and predication for a pandemic declaration. What would follow that you have already and recently lived through once.

Tedros remarked on Saturday as reported by Gateway Pundit and sourced at Reuters,

So I’m pleased that alongside the process of negotiating a new international accord on pandemic preparedness and response, WHO’s Member States are also considering targeted amendments to the International Health Regulations, including ways to improve the process for declaring a public health emergency of international concern.

Although I am declaring a public health emergency of international concern, for the moment this is an outbreak that is concentrated among men who have sex with men, especially those with multiple sexual partners.

That means that this is an outbreak that can be stopped with the right strategies in the right groups.

It’s therefore essential that all countries work closely with communities of men who have sex with men, to design and deliver effective information and services, and to adopt measures that protect the health, human rights and dignity of affected communities.

Stigma and discrimination can be as dangerous as any virus.

In addition to our recommendations to countries, I am also calling on civil society organizations, including those with experience in working with people living with HIV, to work with us on fighting stigma and discrimination.

It all seems eerily reminiscent of HIV and COVID with a narrative targeting homosexuals [HIV], leveraging stigma as a defense [COVID/China, monkeypox/homosexuals] and overtones of eugenics [HIV and COVID]; not to mention it plugs directly into the LGBQT, trans, inclusivity agendas, which plugs right back into the pandemic treaty that is now back open for negotiations. This pandemic treaty is the one that threatens to give away U.S. national sovereignty in lieu of global governance at the hands of the WHO, China and a Globalist cartel.

Leaving you with some questions, I’ll ask, what do you know about Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus? Did you know this as I put it in an article on 27 Oct 20; just before the stolen 2020 election?

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is the first non-physician to direct the WHO. Does that surprise anyone? Rather, Tedros presents as a treasonous bureaucrat like the rest of them.

Tedros’ background includes holding two high-level positions in Ethiopia’s government: 1) Minister of health from 2005 to 2012 and 2) Minister of Foreign Affairs (like our Secretary of State) from 2012 to 2016. Specifically, that aligns him with John Kerry, U.S. Secretary of State 2013-2017.

On the other side of it, it was China that propped-up Tedros to become the new WHO director and it was done under suspicious circumstances as the WHO changed its succession procedure for the first time since its inception in 1947.

The net effect had Tedros the puppet being propped-up by China and the CCP in a vote that was to be determined by a new procedural voting process and with a fundamental change to vote tabulations.

The controls that adjusted for population differences, which gave all countries equitable pull but not equal pull, were removed with the new procedure giving all countries the same pull no matter their population. The vote then took place electronically and secretly; such that no countries could see how the others voted.

Did you know that Ethiopia has deep roots with communism drawing back decades? Pattern recognition is important.

A little more pattern recognition before we go. Besides Tedros, guess who else is a non-physician leader of a major health entity? It’s Xavier Becerra, the Director of the U.S. Department of Human and Health Services. Becerra is an attorney by trade who is the former Attorney General of California.

Reviewing old work, which U.S. department is authorized to declare public health emergencies?

It’s HHS. Becerra’s department. It’s Becerra.

When you’re sick, who do you call? The doctor or your attorney?

When you’re committing enterprise fraud that unfolds to function as treason, all chips are on the table and all stakes are on the line, who do you call? The doctor or your attorney?

Exactly. It’s all enterprise fraud. Every. Granular. Bit. Of. It.

The midterms are coming, they must be stolen and that means public health emergencies and pandemic declarations are headed our way just as the old evidence showed and the new evidence furthers. Monkeypox still has a role and it just got more important. It all equates to more maneuvering for the purpose of preserving power.
