Yesterday’s article further galvanized our position that the Western Empire’s propagated narrative about Russia and Ukraine is irrefutably a complete fabrication of fictitious story lines courtesy of the CIA and Western intelligence; hardly any of it being factual, worthy of consumption or a true account of what is actually occurring there. In short, the Empire is engaged in two things: 1-a cover-up operation in Ukraine and 2-an extension/resumption of Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry foreign policy and diplomacy overlapping U.S. biosecurity and dual-use pathogens in Ukraine that is directly tied to COVID-19. That article is required reading and critical contextual backdrop to this one, which will provide the impotent word salad response of the U.S. government to a submission to the chairman of the OSCE Permanent Council by the Russian Federation.

The Russian Federation submission was the primary source document for yesterday’s article and it eviscerates the Western Empire’s pathetic attempt at narrative control given that it occurred in conjunction with the outbreak of the enterprise fraud construct of COVID-19 and long, long, long before Putin ever made an incursion on Ukraine. It is dated 11 Jun 20 and it is entitled ‘STATEMENT BY MR. ALEXANDER LUKASHEVICH, PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, AT THE 1271st MEETING OF THE OSCE PERMANENT COUNCIL.’ You can read the document, article and analysis here.

Moreover and in this article, we’ll review the critical history underpinning our position and specifically the Obama era rewrite of U.S. biosecurity rules pertaining to dual-use pathogens that triggered a moratorium on gain of function research in the U.S. forcing the Obama Administration to off-shore U.S. gain of function work to places like the Wuhan Institute of Virology and its own biolabs in Ukraine. It all spawns a series of questions and answers relative to the status quo:

1. When did this occur? At the precise time of Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry foreign policy and diplomacy that served to engage in sowing social discord with Nazi and neonazi groups in Ukraine circa 2014 into 2015.
2. Where did this occur? In one of the two epicenters of the Biden Crime Family’s corruption and treason – Ukraine.
3. What was the other epicenter? China.
4. What were the multiple-fronts in the war scenario that I predicted and evidenced long ago; well before Putin made any incursion on Ukraine? Russia over Ukraine and China over Taiwan/South China Sea.
5. Do you think that all of this is by coincidence and is unrelated? Rhetorical question for anyone not living in a hole in the middle of nowhere…or drinking the Western Empire’s state-sponsored Kool-Aid.

Let’s begin with some timeline and history work that is imperative to comprehend and that you likely won’t find anywhere else. When I first posted the article Dangerously Changing Inconvenient Rules back on 27 May 21, it caught the attention of Lin Wood and others; Wood re-posting it in a string of about 20 other Moonshine articles.

I introduced the article by asking a series of questions reproduced below. It should be noted that any good lawyer will tell you to never ask a question to which you do not already know the answer.

1. Have you ever noticed that whenever the Deep State/Democrats change inconvenient rules, which is often accompanied by a move to better and enhanced technologies, it creates a portal permitting rampant fraud?
2. Have you ever noticed that such rules changes are normally executed by executive order, which equates to unilateral decision making, which equates to tyranny?
3. What are the chances that then President Barack Obama would inherit an outgoing George W. Bush executive order (#13486) devised to overhaul U.S. biosecurity in its biocontainment facilities and by means of a hand-picked “working group?” Rhetorical question; the chances are 100%.
4. Is it possible that Obama changed the rules pertaining to biosecurity beginning immediately upon entering office in 2009?
5. Did Obama use a 2014 “security stand down” issued unilaterally by Lisa Monaco (Department of Homeland Security) to alter rules and protocols for the purpose of loosening U.S. biosecurity measures writ large and in advance of underpinning the off-shoring of gain of function research to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China beginning on a 2014 (halted research) – 2015 (off-shored and funded) timeline?

In the same vein of rules changes and to recapitulate our premise, it appears that right from the very beginning of his first term in early 2009, Obama leveraged a biosecurity executive order inherited from an outgoing Bush (11 days before Obama’s inauguration) to make substantial rules changes in biosecurity writ large. Those changes eventually permitted the off-shoring of gain of function research relative to the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China. It appears Obama then leveraged an apparent manufactured biosecurity crisis created by a DHS memo issued by Lisa Monaco in 2014 that cited three unrelated incidents as justification for issuing a national “security stand down” at U.S. biocontainment facilities, which created the entities and processes to make the rules changes. The Monaco memo coincides with internal U.S. whistleblowers who, on the same 2014 timeline, shined the light on U.S. gain of function research causing Obama’s administration to halt it and then, in 2015, off-shore it to China and fund it with Fauci’s NIH, et al.

Those are not allegations or assertions but rather verifiable and evidenced fact sets. Our extended position in this article is a simple one and it appears that Russian intelligence was privy to it all along; recalling that Russia was a participating nation relative to the U.S., Ukraine, DTRA and associated activities in the region. It’s as simple as saying that if you get caught at home doing what you’re not supposed to be doing and you don’t care to give it up, then you find a different location/s to continue doing it. Occam’s prevails as it always does.

Therefore and in light of the above, scenarios were then constructed around “getting caught” so as to veil the efforts to off-shore the dual-use pathogen gain of function work to new locations. Dangerously Changing Inconvenient Rules details all of those constructed scenarios and the off-shoring effort making it a foundational piece to the substantial and exclusive Moonshine catalog of work on COVID-19 as a construct of enterprise fraud – something no one else told you when I began evidencing it; continuing to do so right down to our team’s 9th Circuit federal grand jury petition filing a little over three weeks ago. The locations are already determined for us by established fact sets. One was China. It leaves the other as Ukraine. China and Ukraine are the two epicenters of illegitimate President Joe Biden’s corruption, crime and treason. The Russians knew it and so do we.

Puzzle pieces do not fit together so tightly and precisely to encompass a wide swath of seemingly unrelated criminality, corruption and treason so as to present a picture emblematic of a comprehensive, fulsome, cogent, logical and evidenced explanation rooted in Occam’s that is sensible and easily understood on its face when the analysis is off the mark. One doesn’t leverage the established fact sets to predict the exact multiple-front war scenario that overlays directly with the exact epicenters of Biden corruption that overlays directly with the impetus behind several years of work, research and analysis – COVID-19 as a construct of enterprise fraud – when the analysis is off the mark. Never does that happen. Never in all of my years as a fraud investigator did fact sets align so perfectly and present off the mark. Never does that happen.

Now to the sidebar and corresponding headline.

First, understand this critical point – the CIA and Western Empire specializes in regime change and that is the precise engagement derived from the aforementioned Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry foreign policy and diplomacy in Ukraine that leveraged Nazis and neonazis to sow social discord circa 2014.

2014 is a direct timeline overlay to the U.S. biosecurity rules rewrite and subsequent off-shoring efforts of gain of function work with dual-use pathogens. This means that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is the direct product of the regime change tactics and presents as “their guy.” So, when “their guy” states the following, write it down and take it to the bank because he’s not making assertions or engaging in conspiracy theory but rather making promises. Failing to understand that distinction is a fatal error.

Now consider the promise appearing as a headline relative to everything I’ve been outlining in this article and all of the work that preceded it: Zelensky Says WWIII Assured If Negotiations With Russia Break Down. From it,

“I’m ready for negotiations with him. I was ready for the last two years. And I think that without negotiations we cannot end this war.”

“I think that we have to use any format, any chance in order to have a possibility of negotiating, possibility of talking to Putin. But if these attempts fail, that would mean that this is a third World War.“

“You cannot reverse this situation anymore. You cannot demand from Ukraine to recognize some territories as intended for conflicts, and these compromises are simply wrong.”

See that for what it is. What it is amounts to PROMISES. Promises made; promises to be kept. Heed that warning as few consume or even know of Moonshine and that’s a direct plea to please forward the work to all American truth-seekers who care to fight in getting their country back.

For another nail in this coffin, it’s almost laughable that Zelensky’s appearance was on CNN – the most substantial outlet for the Western Empire’s state-sponsored propaganda as there is to be found.

With a summary of the history and contextual backdrop underpinning our analysis under our belt; along with our delineated positions linked to primary source evidence, let’s examine the United States’/Western Empire’s 11 Jun 20 pathetic word salad response to the ‘STATEMENT BY MR. As I said, that’s pathetic Western Empire word salad narrative manifesting as state-sponsored propaganda; the same state-sponsored propaganda that is all over the lapdog MSM and in no way is representative of the factual account of what is occurring in Ukraine.

The elephant in the room are cards already played by Moonshine and resting face-up on the poker table. It’s why we can be so absolute in our positions. Those cards are evidenced by U.S. documents and the U.S. funding of Department of Defense dual-use pathogen biolabs in Ukraine; in addition to those provided by the Russian Federation. Where are the Western Empire’s receipts and documentation to the contrary? Rhetorical question – all we get is word salad.

Word salad or receipts? Occam’s prevailing or contrived state-sponsored narrative explaining away what can’t be explained away? All of the puzzle pieces fitting together for a comprehensive and fulsome explanation or mere coincidence? Evidenced predictions made long ago coming to fruition and manifesting with deadly precision and accuracy for the reasons delineated or odd occurrences randomly happening and explained away by circumstance and happenstance?

Answer wisely, sagely and carefully because the fate of the entire world rests on it. Zelensky promised us so and he is “their guy”.

For my nickel, they are all rhetorical questions with evidenced answers.
