The work at Moonshine has now been integrated into several teams operating in the backdrop to remedy the the construct of enterprise fraud that most Americans identify as the engineered COVID-19 “pandemic.” The teams are comprised of lawmakers, attorneys, doctors, nurses, rights advocates, investigators, researchers, legal specialists, etc. and include people probably familiar to you like Thomas Renz and others. I mention this for very important reasons.

The reasons are straightforward and for one, the full body of work at Moonshine, which transitioned to a fraud-centered approach respective to COVID-19, is exclusive in these ways and becomes directly applicable in a RICO case, which is a primary objective of these teams. It’s why I joined them. That work exists as modified and compiled into a comprehensive report. Each of the team members has a copy of the 331-page RICO report that I authored and submitted. Examples of a selection of the exhibits can be found on the timeline page. The report will soon be re-issued subsequent to this article and the one that will follow it, which is another Martin piece.

The timeline page also contains graphics respective to continuity of government, the emergency determination process and the resulting and constructed perpetual state of emergency, which are all central positions for us that are evidenced and delineated in a wide slate of Moonshine work and where the latter permits extra-constitutional governance outside of firm constitutional boundaries.

Continuity of government directly factors into what is outlined in this article as we narrow our focus on further defining and identifying the Criminal Enterprise under RICO. Know that the COG report contents are more expansive and robust than what is on the website.

Another important reason is that the bank of human and material resources and assets used to bring you all of this work and information has now grown exponentially. Review the list of people above and plug them into what I’ve already evidenced for you in almost 2 years of excruciatingly detailed and proprietary work. That work is now informed by this slate of individuals who provide a wide range of specific expertise that otherwise eclipses my own or is precluded from being developed on my own due to time and resource constraints – Moonshine is a one-man band.

I can tell you that there are brilliant people working for all of you; all across the nation; in multiple states; and now in ways that are appropriate and permissible, I can not only give you a more refined, expertly informed and more broadly encompassing product, but I can shine a light on some of this work where able.

Understand that the teamwork is guarded and that confidentiality is needed; especially relative to planning and tactics. Also know that some of the team members and especially those in leadership serve on yet other teams of which I am no part and in those cases, they sometimes operate under legally binding non-nondisclosure agreements.

That said, I’m privy to events that are forthcoming in roughly the next 90 days. At a planned and already determined point in time, it will directly involve me and my work. I hope to be able to share those specific details with you on the backed of those developments. When I do, that article will be very heavy and substantial detailing real world and high-value risk, exposure and consequences. Significant ones not taken to-date.

I’m also aware of other forthcoming events in the same time frame for which I have no information or further details. This is where NDAs, planning and tactics bear down; and as I constantly explain in a criminal sense, this is the compartmentalization of information to protect it.

Recalling our federal grand jury petition efforts already underway, the forthcoming developments stand to change the landscape as I understand them.

Another important reason that brings us to the meat and potatoes of today’s work is that our findings can be enriched by the expertise of other team members and in this case, discussions with one of our legal specialists who wears a second hat as registered nurse, benefits and informs our existing COG work along with contributions from Dr. David E. Martin/MCAM.

Specifically, it positions us to further narrow the scope and more clearly identify the Criminal Enterprise under RICO while threading it to the evidence and documents. The Criminal Enterprise remains open-ended as the work to exactly identify it continues.

The Criminal Enterprise

The primary components and entities also contain the individuals comprising the Criminal Enterprise under RICO. This enterprise has engaged in evidenced RICO patterns and has severe legal exposure under RICO. They are identified as but not necessarily limited to the WHO, UN, CDC, HHS, FDA, NIH, NIAID, NVSS, CDM, DHS, FEMA, DOD, DOJ, ASPR, Johns Hopkins and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. As Martin puts it, “You can’t find a person promoting this scenario [pandemic] that’s not part of the interlocking directorates of the WHO, the CDC, the NIAID or the organizations that are the philanthropic cover organizations that fund them.”

Critical here is ASPR – the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response under Presidential Policy Directive 8 – which augments Martin’s positions.

This is PPD8 and it is the authority for ASPR,

PRESIDENTIAL POLICY DIRECTIVE/PPD-8
SUBJECT: National Preparedness

This directive is aimed at strengthening the security and resilience of the United States through systematic preparation for the threats that pose the greatest risk to the security of the Nation, including acts of terrorism, cyber attacks, pandemics, and catastrophic natural disasters. Our national preparedness is the shared responsibility of all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and individual citizens. Everyone can contribute to safeguarding the Nation from harm. As such, while this directive is intended to galvanize action by the Federal Government, it is also aimed at facilitating an integrated, all-of-Nation, capabilities-based approach to preparedness.

Therefore, I hereby direct the development of a national preparedness goal that identifies the core capabilities necessary for preparedness and a national preparedness system to guide activities that will enable the Nation to achieve the goal. The system will allow the Nation to track the progress of our ability to build and improve the capabilities necessary to prevent, protect against, mitigate the effects of, respond to, and recover from those threats that pose the greatest risk to the security of the Nation.

The Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism shall coordinate the interagency development of an implementation plan for completing the national preparedness goal and national preparedness system. The implementation plan shall be submitted to me within 60 days from the date of this directive, and shall assign departmental responsibilities and delivery timelines for the development of the national planning frameworks and associated interagency operational plans described below.

Relative to our position that federalism and the institutions are being bent back against the people, ASPR is critical in the sense that its a functionary of HHS with DHS roots that serves as the umbrella agency coordinating the interagency response. It is therefore positioned at the tip of the interagency response spear with a shaft comprised of federal, state, county and local agencies.

That brings us to this, which is chilling if you view it through the appropriate lens. It’s really as simple as this – they used 9/11 to scare people into the legislative and national security infrastructure necessary to build the foundation upon which COVID-19 could be unfolded. They used SARS-CoV-2 and constructed data generated by a enterprise fraud scheme to scare people into giving up the last remaining rights they have subsequent to those stolen up to it.

Authorized by PPD8, ASPR is the umbrella agency that threads the FEMA/DHS COG interagency response for the COVID-19 enterprise construct from your front doorstep to the Oval Office.
