For a quick review, here’s the underlying hypothesis that we are working to scaffold with open-source information.
Again, our hypothesis asserts that this political construct was inserted into President Trump’s administration during compulsory Obama/Trump transition meetings on 13 Jan 17. That’s the same day the MSM decided to release the cooked-up Flynn/Russia story preemptively and with Flynn taking part in those meetings. Unsurprisingly, the immediate talking points from Obama administration officials and others in the know were about the disrupted, off-kilter, reluctant and awkward nature of the meeting. How convenient for them to build their future MSM talking points into the meeting by designing and timing those dynamics.

The timeline we’re considering is the span of late-November moving into the present. We’ll do so with one bookend being the the Obama/Trump 13 Jan 17 transition meeting, where our hypothesis asserts that the political construct was inserted into the Trump administration.
With this timeline, we’re starting about 10 months down the road from that transition meeting and well before any outbreak in China, which we’ve documented back to 17 Nov 19. Here’s our primary SOURCE for this article and it makes some astonishing revelations that I’ll take the time to outline in detail. This Yahoo News Story was published today and it is landscape altering.
Consider these astonishing revelations that comport with many of our previous findings in our cataloged work (EMPHASIS mine),
WASHINGTON — In late November 2018, just over a year before the first coronavirus case was identified in Wuhan, China, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at Detroit Metro Airport stopped a Chinese biologist with three vials labeled “Antibodies” in his luggage.
The biologist told the agents that a colleague in China had asked him to deliver the vials to a researcher at a U.S. institute. After examining the vials, however, customs agents came to an alarming conclusion.
“Inspection of the writing on the vials and the stated recipient led inspection personnel to believe the materials contained within the vials may be viable Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) materials,” says an unclassified FBI tactical intelligence report obtained by Yahoo News.

This last underscored bit is hugely important when you consider the work around virology, coronavirus strains research, vaccine/treatment R&D and patents. It has been previously and thoroughly documented in our work in this this series.
The Yahoo story continues,
The report, written by the Chemical and Biological Intelligence Unit of the FBI’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate (WMDD), does not give the name of the Chinese scientist carrying the suspected SARS and MERS samples, or the intended recipient in the U.S. But the FBI concluded that the incident, and two other cases cited in the report, were part of an alarming pattern.

Pay close attention to that first underscored sentence about the WMDD – it will be very important below. For now, there’s more,
“The Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate assesses foreign scientific researchers who transport undeclared and undocumented biological materials into the United States in their personal carry-on and/or checked luggage almost certainly present a US biosecurity risk,” reads the report. “The WMDD makes this assessment with high confidence based on liaison reporting with direct access.”

Weapons of Mass Destruction? Ask yourself if something like a bio-engineered coronavirus strain that has artificial HIV-insertions and ties directly to MERS and SARS virology research and which was responsible for causing this current global viral pandemic for which there is an entirely disproportionate response might be considered a WMDD? It’s as if it were planned.

Independent of the coronavirus, the FBI’s focus on China’s biosecurity appears to be part of long-standing suspicion in the U.S. government about China’s involvement in the biological sciences. Several recent high-profile Justice Department cases involving the export of sensitive technology have involved Chinese scientists, or persons with alleged ties to the Chinese government.
Most prominently, the Justice Department in January announced charges against Charles Lieber, the chair of Harvard’s department of chemistry and chemical biology, for concealing ties to the Chinese government. “It’s a clear-cut case of a conflict of interest, and unfortunately, it’s not an isolated incident,” said FBI special agent Joseph R. Bonavolonta, head of the Boston field office, in announcing the charges.

Now consider what I reported earlier today as sourced HERE and as an extract from a list of summarized findings, and we’re focusing on the tie back to Harvard,
The academics at Harvard are recommending triggering intermittent social isolation intervals through 2022 based upon a 37.5:10,000 ratio of infection cases:adults in population. With an adult population of 209.1 million adults (18+) in the US, that projects to 784,230 cases for the entire population of adults in the US (this is not a direct parallel as this ratio would apply only within a given population center and that is likely not to include the entirety of the US.) For reference here, the US sees upwards of 45,000,000 million cases of the flu every year AND IT KILLS MORE PEOPLE THAN COVID-19 BY FAR at 12,000-61,000 (SOURCE).
POLITICAL MOONSHINE
Now consider this astonishing development and this is where the WMDD report resurfaces with great impact,
The report, which came out more than two months before the World Health Organization learned of a cluster of pneumonia cases in Wuhan that turned out to be COVID-19, appears to be part of a larger FBI concern about China’s involvement with scientific research in the U.S. While the report refers broadly to foreign researchers, all three cases cited involve Chinese nationals.

THIS IS SIGNIFICANT – Again, we’ve thoroughly documented the Gates/WHO/China relationship and this intelligence report now puts the FBI in front of the WHO on receipt of first notice and by more than 2 months. LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN – THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION KNEW OF THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK BEFORE THE W.H.O. DID AND BY OVER TWO MONTHS.
If the FBI knew, who else knew? What about Nancy Pelosi? Did she know? Did President Trump know? Those are all good questions to ask ourselves; especially since we know that an intelligence report specific to the coronavirus put the FBI in front of the WHO.
REMEMBER ALL OF THIS BECAUSE IT’S ABOUT TO GET SURREAL.
As we have documented, the first report of COVID-19 case in Wuhan, China was 27 Dec 19 but it was later revised back to 17 Nov 19. This would put the FBI’s knowledge of the outbreak back to roughly October 2019 based upon the first report because the decision to revise the outbreak data backwards was subsequent to it all.
Look at the timeline during this (2019-2020) span and as sourced from a previous ARTICLE:
Note 1/11: the first report of COVID-19 in Wuhan, China is revised and backdated to appear prior to impeachment. It is imperative to understand this: 1) the impeachment process preceded COVID-19, 2) there was an inexplicable rush to push an incomplete impeachment case to the Senate before Christmas, 3) looking ahead, you’ll note that the WHO’s revision converges on the same date (28 Jan) that President Trump’s counsel rests its opening arguments (AND THE ENTIRE NATION NOW KNOWS THAT IMPEACHMENT IS A FRAUDULENT SHAM. IT WAS THIS DAY THAT THE W.H.O. DECIDED TO ANNOUNCE ITS DATA REVISION.)

Note 2/11: As is often the case, the announcement of the first case of COVID-19 in Wuhan, China is made in the cloud of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays; at a time when global travel is highest; and AFTER impeachment is formally in place (the vote was 18 Dec.) Timing and sequence are critical. Also notable and a little further down is that on 14 Jan, just as impeachment was being formalized, the WHO claims that human-to-human transmission is not a concern.
DECEMBER 27: COVID-19 INITIAL FIRST REPORT IN WUHAN, CHINA (SINCE REVISED BACKWARDS TO 17 NOV 19)
December 31: China reports the discovery of the coronavirus to the World Health Organization.
JANUARY 5: WHO PRESS RELEASE ON CORONAVIRUS:
Based on information provided by national authorities, WHO’s recommendations on public health measures and surveillance of influenza and severe acute respiratory infections still apply.
WHO does not recommend any specific measures for travellers. In case of symptoms suggestive of respiratory illness either during or after travel, travellers are encouraged to seek medical attention and share travel history with their healthcare provider.
WHO advises against the application of any travel or trade restrictions on China based on the current information available on this event.

Important questions to ask yourself: How does that happen? How does the above timeline unfold and converge in the backdrop of the viral outbreak while the entire time the FBI presumably knew about COVID-19, as the intelligence report suggests, and yet it did nothing?
This is where it gets surreal and perhaps this STUNNING DEVELOPMENT explains it,
In the case of the suspected SARS and MERS vials, the intelligence report cites another classified document that is marked “FISA,” meaning it contains information collected under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

That’s right. With everything else I’ve outlined for you, now I’ve just demonstrated that not only did the FBI know about the coronavirus outbreak before the W.H.O., which was thrust into authority by President Obama’s administration in the 13 Jan 17 transition meetings, but the FBI apparently did NOTHING WITH THAT INFORMATION that we can find. Perhaps that is because it would have been disruptive to an ONGOING INVESTIGATION; an investigation that relates to a FISA CLASSIFICATION as indicated on the intelligence report and at a time that FISA abuse was a central issue.
Is it possible that the FISA classification here overlaps the FISA abuses targeting President Trump? Is that possible? Is this why FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General William Barr have been reluctant to declassify particular aspects of FISA abuse?

Again, someone please explain to me – HOW IS THIS COVID-19 MATTER NOT A POLITICAL CONSTRUCT?

QAnon disclaimer: I give much time to QAnon and for this simple reason – no matter if you believe QAnon to be absolutely real or absolutely fake, QAnon has consistently remained in front of the news cycle; with great accuracy, over time and while the MSM and other “news” outlets have consistently gotten it wrong for that same time.
