As we all sit quarantined in our homes many of us are looking for answers as to what may be ahead of us both in the short and long terms. The QAnon crowd defaults to this mode of operation as they are always researching and digging and usually with impressive results, which is why I participate.
At this point, I’ll also mention that what used to be a looser conversational group has grown and, over the course of this pandemic, has become a small team of folks working together most of the day every day. Much of what I’m writing recently is a product of that collective work and/or my own opinion as influenced by that group.

Okay, then. What do we know about the DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs as sourced HERE?
The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) provides innovative leadership to federal, state, local, and tribal justice systems, by disseminating state-of-the art knowledge and practices across America, and providing grants for the implementation of these crime fighting strategies. Because most of the responsibility for crime control and prevention falls to law enforcement officers in states, cities, and neighborhoods, the federal government can be effective in these areas only to the extent that it can enter into partnerships with these officers.

The OJP also diverges into six ‘Program Offices’
It’s the last Program Office – Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking – that has our attention because it represents a main thread in the QAnon fabric: child sex trafficking (similar.)
From the OJP’s website (EMPHASIS mine),
The Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART) was authorized by the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006. The SMART Office assists with implementation of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act and provides assistance to criminal justice professionals across the entire spectrum of sex offender management activities needed to ensure public safety.

As a reminder, remember that it was the QAnon crowd; many of us researching long before QAnon even manifested on 28 Oct 17, that was discussing Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal entanglements well before most in the mainstream even recognized the name Jeffrey Epstein; much less his ties to many of their political idols. As I have and will continue to say, QAnon has consistently remained in front of the news cycle; with great accuracy, over time and while the MSM and other “news” outlets have consistently gotten it wrong for that same time. That said, sometimes proper deciphering gives us a glimpse into the future. This may be one of those times.
In looking at the DOJ/OJPs purview, it is the SMART Program Office that may be the context for the first real public traction which, if you’ve been following our work (small group of us), is on a very short timeline. This ARTICLE and this ARTICLE both speak to that timeline.
All things considered, it would therefore be reasonable to believe that the ball may get rolling publicly within the context of child sex-trafficking or similar, which would also comport with Jeffrey Epstein being the first real high-profile and centrally implicated fatality in all of this. Moreover, in examining OJP directives, it’s clear that local and state authorities would play a critical role since the OJP exists largely in a support and coordination capacity. That tells us requisite law enforcement efforts will have local, perhaps significantly local, components.
There are certainly other plausible directions the initial traction may take but from a psychological warfare standpoint, if the DOJ is intent on pulling the plug and draining the whole thing, they will be compelled to take a non-partisan first step. The DOJ would care to select judicial context that can bridge perhaps the largest gap to-date in the American populace and in order to do that, it has to select context that EVERYONE can stand behind regardless of party or politics.
Now ask yourself if child sex trafficking or similar might accomplish this for the DOJ. Now ask yourself if that is that why Q posted this DOJ/OJP picture? It could be. It could very well be.
