25 Mar 20 (NINETEENTH article in a series)

Want to win a war? At a minimum, have your opponent fighting on at least two fronts. Ask the Germans about that relative to 06 Jun 44.

Before we get into it, if you are new, please see the HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS at the bottom otherwise you’re about ready to jump into the middle of the ocean with no shoreline in sight.

Understand that this cartel of presidential enemies is not a cohort of dummies. They may be foolish in some of the decisions they’ve made; with many of them being explained by a probable absence of any other practical options for them, but being foolish and being dumb are different things. I, for one, am a reasonably intelligent person – rarely the smartest one in the room but able to contribute to most conversations – and I could fill a warehouse with the foolish shit I’ve done in my lifetime; and with likely plenty more opportunities ahead.

So, remember, these people are smart and they know their history. Expect them to behave accordingly. By that I am saying that if we are to assume the President’s enemies were actively framing him; and they most certainly were, then you can guarantee that in addition to transitional events – one transitioning to the other – like we’ve seen with Russia> Mueller> Ukraine> impeachment> (COVID-19?) – that we’d also see converging timelines and concurring events.

What has our attention is the degree to which impeachment and the outbreak of COVID-19 converge and concur. The premise is simply that impeachment served as the context to distract and divert EVERYONE to establish cover for COVID-19 as a political construct. Yeah, impeachment was the distraction; the diversion; and it represents only one fronts on which the President is fighting; the real front – the real plan to salvage a lost Globalist cause – being COVID-19 (hypothetically.)

In order to understand this concept, we’ll aid ourselves with a timeline that overlays the convergences and concurrences.

I chose the President’s own timeline for his active response to combat COVID-19 and reproduced in full below (SOURCE.) With this timeline as our foundation, I’m going overlay the impeachment process and announcements from the WHO.

I decided to reproduce the President’s timeline in-full because it’s demonstrative of how the regurgitated and hyperbolic MSM talking points espouse a narrative – a narrative that also just so happens to align with elemental evidence that can be arranged to depict the COVID-19 pandemic as a politically constructed event – rather than honest, substantive reporting. Again, our hypothesis asserts that this political construct was inserted into President Trump’s administration during compulsory Obama/Trump transition meetings on 13 Jan 17. That’s the same day the MSM decided to release the cooked-up Flynn/Russia story preemptively and with Flynn taking part in those meetings. Unsurprisingly, the immediate talking points from Obama administration officials and others in the know were about the disrupted, off-kilter, reluctant and awkward nature of the meeting. How convenient for them to build their future MSM talking points into the meeting by designing and timing those dynamics.

We have to give attention to some aspects that affect our lens in all of this. Our first item is rooted in the profoundly and astonishingly inadequate and incompetent performance of Nancy Pelosi in her failed and fraudulent impeachment of President Trump. Those are not exaggerations or embellishments. Even the most rudimentary scholar of civics understands that the US House of Representatives bears the sole constitutional onus to fully investigate and subsequently compile a complete case before transmitting the requisite Articles of Impeachment to the US Senate. That same scholar would also know that only the US Senate bears the sole constitutional onus of functioning as the court for the impeachment trial; understanding that investigatory aspects to any case are in no way a function of any court; rather such duties belong to law enforcement, prosecution, defense and, in this case, a designated federal body in the US House and the authority of its committees and their oversight responsibilities.

Here’s where we get subjective. Recall that Pelosi/Schiff/Nadler, et al. (Lawfare Group) ran a rigged, cooked-up and convoluted impeachment process that, for inexplicable reasons, was rushed, hurried and, counter to standing constitutional tradition, incomplete. For one, you can’t submit a complete case in the absence of an actual crime, but this is Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler and Nancy Pelosi we’re dealing with here, so fundamental aspects of US law need not apply. My oringinal contention, and it’s a meritorious one, is that the weakness of the articles was intentional so as to open a portal to transfer the House’s onus over to the Senate and thus drag-out the impeachment up to and beyond the election.

But a curious thing happened. After the mad rush to impeach by Christmas was over and the vote had been taken (TIMING!), Pelosi pulled an abrupt U-turn, reversed course and refused to transmit the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate for over a month. (TIMING!) That’s absurd; all the while another portal for hyper-partisan engagement was opened as the debate about Senate witnesses raged and in extra-constitutional fashion. In other words, it was a deliberate maneuver to create constitutional conflict; perhaps a very real constitutional crisis. Otherwise, why? Why did she do that? Why did she wait? There’s no ground to gain; only ground to be lost in waiting. There is no good, honest answer here. Unless….. Unles there was a motivational force unknown to us. Unless, perhaps, impeachment was not only being calibrated to an election schedule, but also to a global pandemic one.

Maybe I got it wrong when I suggested that the intentionally weak articles were devised to impede, delay, obfuscate and extend the impeachment process up-to and assuredly beyond the 2020 election; with the hope of actually removing Trump. Nope, I got that right. In-part it was absolutely devised to function that way; key words being in-part.

As we examine our timeline and overlays, we are asking ourselves if Pelosi’s curious timing and extra-constitutional approach to this bungled impeachment served in a way such that impeachment could function as a distraction, a diversion or as cover for the COVID-19 pandemic as an political construct. It’s also important to remember the role of the WHO, it’s Bill Gates/Chinese control and that it was thrust to authoritative status by the outgoing Obama administration during the 13 Jan 17 presidential transition meetings.

How much do you want to bet that the timeline strands of COVID-19, the WHO and impeachment braid together like a rope in a visibly demonstrable pattern of moves and countermoves that plausibly reflect one political construct being utilized to shield and clandestinely usher-in another more nefarious political construct?

TIMELINE / BEGIN

Note 1/11: the first report of COVID-19 in Wuhan, China is revised and backdated to appear prior to impeachment. It is imperative to understand this: 1) the impeachment process preceded COVID-19, 2) there was an inexplicable rush to push an incomplete impeachment case to the Senate before Christmas, 3) looking ahead, you’ll note that the WHO’s revision converges on the same date (28 Jan) that President Trump’s counsel rests its opening arguments (AND THE ENTIRE NATION NOW KNOWS THAT IMPEACHMENT IS A FRAUDULENT SHAM. IT WAS THIS DAY THAT THE W.H.O. DECIDED TO ANNOUNCE ITS DATA REVISION.)

*NOVEMBER 17: REVISED/BACKDATED FIRST REPORTED CASE IN WUHAN, CHINA

DECEMBER 5: HOUSE SPEAKER PELOSI AUTHORIZES DRAFTING OF ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT

DECEMBER 10: HOUSE JUDICIARY CHAIRMAN NADLER ANNOUNCES 2 ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP

DECEMBER 13: JUDICIARY COMMITTEE VOTES TO IMPEACH PRESIDENT TRUMP

DECEMBER 18: HOUSE VOTES TO IMPEACH PRESIDENT TRUMP

DECEMBER 25: CHRISTMAS – MAJOR HOLIDAYS ARE OFTEN UTILIZED FOR SCHEDULED EVENTS DUE TO THE GENERAL PREOCCUPATION OF MOST PEOPLE

Note 2/11: As is often the case, the announcement of the first case of COVID-19 in Wuhan, China is made in the cloud of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays; at a time when global travel is highest; and AFTER impeachment is formally in place (the vote was 18 Dec.) Timing and sequence are critical. Also notable and a little further down is that on 14 Jan, just as impeachment was being formalized, the WHO claims that human-to-human transmission is not a concern.

DECEMBER 27: COVID-19 INITIAL FIRST REPORT IN WUHAN, CHINA (SINCE REVISED BACKWARDS TO 17 NOV 19)

December 31: China reports the discovery of the coronavirus to the World Health Organization.

JANUARY 2: SENATE MAJORITY LEADER CHUCK SCHUMER ANNOUNCES ‘DEVASTATING BLOW’ WITH NEWLY RELEASE EMAILS RELEVANT TO IMPEACHMENT

JANUARY 5: WHO PRESS RELEASE ON CORONAVIRUS:
Based on information provided by national authorities, WHO’s recommendations on public health measures and surveillance of influenza and severe acute respiratory infections still apply.

WHO does not recommend any specific measures for travellers. In case of symptoms suggestive of respiratory illness either during or after travel, travellers are encouraged to seek medical attention and share travel history with their healthcare provider.

WHO advises against the application of any travel or trade restrictions on China based on the current information available on this event.

January 6: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a travel notice for Wuhan, China due to the spreading coronavirus.

January 7: The CDC established a coronavirus incident management system to better share and respond to information about the virus.

JANUARY 9: PELOSI MAKES ANNOUNCEMENT STATING SHE’LL TRANSMIT ARTICLES TO SENATE SOON WHILE PINNING BLAME ON REPUBLICANS

JANUARY 10: WHO PRESS RELEASE ON CORONAVIRUS:
While the cause of the pneumonia seems to be a novel coronavirus, transmission potential and modes of transmission remain unclear. Therefore, it would be prudent to reduce the general risk of acute respiratory infections while travelling in or from affected areas (currently Wuhan City) by:

– avoiding close contact with people suffering from acute respiratory infections;
– frequent hand-washing, especially after direct contact with ill people or their environment;
– avoiding close contact with live or dead farm or wild animals;
– travellers with symptoms of acute respiratory infection should practice cough etiquette (maintain distance, cover coughs and sneezes with disposable tissues or clothing, and wash hands).

International traffic: no restrictions recommended

WHO does not recommend any specific health measures for travellers. It is generally considered that entry screening offers little benefit, while requiring considerable resources. In case of symptoms suggestive to respiratory illness before, during or after travel, the travellers are encouraged to seek medical attention and share travel history with their health care provider. WHO advises against the application of any travel or trade restrictions on China based on the information currently available on this event.

JANUARY 10: PELOSI MAKES STATEMENT ON TRANSMITTING ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT TO SENATE

January 11: The CDC issued a Level I travel health notice for Wuhan, China.

Note 3/11: Just as impeachment is formalized with the announcement of impeachment managers, the WHO issues a statement communicating that it has no concerns about human-to-human transmission, which is peculiar given its robust understanding of the very nature of coronavirus strains.

JANUARY 14: WHO DECLARES NO HUMAN-TO-HUMAN TRANSMISSION CONCERNS
Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan, #China

JANUARY 16: ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT FORMALLY RECEIVED IN SENATE

January 17: The CDC began implementing public health entry screening at the 3 U.S. airports that received the most travelers from Wuhan – San Francisco, New York JFK, and Los Angeles.

Note 4/11: This juncture is critical. Once again and on precisely merging vectors we have President Trump’s Articles of Impeachment being formally received in the Senate; with votes on trial rules occurring the next day, converging on the same day that COVID-19 emerges in the US for the fist time.

JANUARY 20: FIRST CONFIRMED US CASE OF CORONAVIRUS IN WA STATE

January 20: Dr. Fauci announces the National Institutes of Health is already working on the development of a vaccine for the coronavirus.

JANUARY 21: SENATE VOTES ON TRIAL RULES

JANUARY 22: SENATE TRIAL / PROSECUTION OPENING ARGUMENTS

January 23: The CDC sought a “special emergency authorization” from the FDA to allow states to use its newly developed coronavirus test.

Note 5/11: As the Senate trial is opening with the prosecution’s opening arguments, the WHO is still reluctant to revise its initial risk assessment, thus keeping recommendations less stringent.

JANUARY 23: WHO STATES IT’S ‘TOO EARLY’ TO DECLARE GLOBAL HEALTH EMERGENCY

JANUARY 23: SENATE TRIAL / PROSECUTION OPENING ARGUMENTS

JANUARY 24: WHO PRESS RELEASE ON CORONAVIRUS:

This is an update to the WHO advice in relation to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus nCoV, published by WHO on 10 January 2020. Since that date, travel-related cases linked to Wuhan City have been reported in several countries. For details about the current outbreak in China and the exported cases, please refer to the Diseases Outbreak News and the situation reports published by WHO.

So far, the main clinical signs and symptoms reported in this outbreak include fever, difficulty in breathing, and chest radiographs showing bilateral lung infiltrates. As of 24 January 2020, human-to-human transmission has been confirmed largely in Wuhan city, but also some other places in China and internationally. Not enough is known about the epidemiology of 2019-nCoV to draw definitive conclusions about the full clinical features of disease, the intensity of the human-to-human transmission, and the original source of the outbreak.

The current outbreak originated in Wuhan city, which is a major domestic and international transport hub. Given the large population movements, expected to significantly increase during the Chinese New Year in the last week of January, and the observed human to human transmission, it is not unexpected that new confirmed cases will continue to appear in other areas and countries.

With the information currently available for the novel coronavirus, WHO advises that measures to limit the risk of exportation or importation of the disease should be implemented, without unnecessary restrictions of international traffic.

WHO advises against the application of any restrictions of international traffic based on the information currently available on this event.

JANUARY 24: SENATE TRIAL / PROSECUTION OPENING ARGUMENTS

JANUARY 25: SENATE TRIAL / DEFENSE OPENING ARGUMENTS

JANUARY 26: SENATE TRIAL / DEFENSE OPENING ARGUMENTS

January 27: The CDC issued a level III travel health notice urging Americans to avoid all nonessential travel to China due to the coronavirus.

JANUARY 27: SENATE TRIAL / DEFENSE OPENING ARGUMENTS

JANUARY 27: WHO REVISES TRAVEL RECOMMENDATIONS

Note 6/11: As mentioned above, as the President’s counsel closes its opening arguments in authoritatively convincing fashion that the case against the President is an abvious fraudulent fabrication, the WHO curiously decides to claim an error in their data causing them to revise its COVID-19 risk assessment in more stringent fashion. It’s reasonable to assume this stance relative to our hypothesis: everyone sees the handwriting on the wall and there is no chance the impeachment will bear fruit. THIS TRIGGERS A TRANSITION (aforementioned “transitional events”) to the next step in the construct. In the case here, that next step is ensuring that COVID-19 becomes what it need to be – a global pandemic. Notice how the WHO has still yet to curb travel?

JANUARY 28: SENATE TRIAL / DEFENSE OPENING ARGUMENTS CONCLUDE

JANUARY 28: WHO CITES ERROR REVISES RISK ASSESSMENT OF COVID-19 IN PREVIOUS SITUATION REPORTS

1An error in the wording of the situation reports dated 23, 24 and 25 January was corrected on 26 January. Those reports did not correctly reflect the WHO risk assessment. The risk assessment used to inform our actions, our advice to countries, and to brief Emergency Committee members, evaluates the risk as follows: very high in China, high in the region and high globally. (The situation reports on the above dates incorrectly reported it as moderate at the global level. They have been corrected.)Data as reported by 28 January 2020*The situation report includes information reported to WHO Geneva by 10 AM

January 29: The White House announced the formation of the Coronavirus Task Force to help monitor and contain the spread of the virus and provide updates to the President.

Note 7/11: In close proximity to the aforementioned revision in data – the revision that parallels the notion that now everyone in the free world knows the President is innocent due to the timing of his counsel’s arguments coinciding with the weekend – the WHO then further revises its position on COVID-19 and in wholesale fashion to declares it a PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY. Again, it’s the timing of the Bill Gates/China controlled WHO that strikes here.

JANUARY 30: WHO ALTERS STANCE AND RECLASSIFIES COVID-19

– Announced Chinese travel restrictions.

– Suspended entry into the United States for foreign nationals who pose a risk of transmitting the coronavirus.

January 31: The Department of Homeland Security took critical steps to funnel all flights from China into just 7 domestic U.S. airports.

Note 8/11: As impeachment continues to unravel and with the onus to call witnesses transferred to the Senate, the Democrats continue their obfuscation efforts by dragging the John Bolton testimony into the mix. Again, this is nothing more than another failed maneuver from start to finish.

JANUARY 31: SCHEDULED TRIAL DEBATE AND JOHN BOLTON WITNESS TESTIMONY CONSIDERATION

February 3: The CDC had a team ready to travel to China to obtain critical information on the novel coronavirus, but were in the U.S. awaiting permission to enter by the Chinese government.

February 4: President Trump vowed in his State of the Union Address to “take all necessary steps” to protect Americans from the coronavirus.

Note 9/11: This is an obvious marker as it brings impeachment to a close but more importantly, it officially galvanizes COVID-19 as the next transitional event in this ongoing treasonous and seditious coup d’etat to remove President Trump.

FEBRUARY 5: SENATE VOTES TO ACQUIT PRESIDENT TRUMP

February 6: The CDC began shipping CDC-Developed test kits for the 2019 Novel Coronavirus to U.S. and international labs.

TIMELINE / END

Let’s revisit our hypothesis in general form as we consider the entangled timelines above. Why did Nancy Pelosi rush impeachment only to slam on the brakes and delay the entire process by over a month? Why did she ignore her investigatory onus and, wittingly at best and intentionally at worst, transmit to the Senate Articles of Impeachment representing an incomplete case? Why did the WHO slow play precautionary measures for COVID-19? Why does the WHO’s position continue to proportionately change as the impeachment effort unravels over time? Why did the WHO revise it’s data unfavorably on the same day that the President rested his opening arguments in convincing fashion? Why did the WHO revise its initial report to situate it BEFORE the impeachment process began; not AFTER?

As it relates to all of those questions, there is only answer I can think of that satisfactorily answers all of those questions and it’s based on the notion that the impeachment of Donald J. Trump existed primarily as the diversion and cover for COVID-19 as a political construct.

Our next exercise? Let’s see if Q left anything for us. Tipping my hand – the answer is most certainly yes. Stay tuned. (That article is now right HERE.)

*28 Mar 20 Revision: It should be noted and hat tip to Shazlandia for sending the original information leading to the SOURCE, that on 11 Jan 17 Dr. Fauci made a public statement at a Georgetown University conference that may or may not be revealing due to its proximity to the 13 Jan 17 Obama/Trump transition meeting. From the article,

During a forum on pandemic preparedness at Georgetown University, Fauci said the Trump administration will not only be challenged by ongoing global health threats such as influenza and HIV, but also a surprise disease outbreak.

HEALIO

In it the article, Fauci was quoted,

The history of the last 32 years that I have been the director of the NIAID will tell the next administration that there is no doubt they will be faced with the challenges their predecessors were faced with.

DR. ANTHONY FAUCI

Again, it’s the TIMING here as this pubic statement conveniently precedes the pandemic scenario insertion date by exactly two days.

Requisite disclaimer – this is now the 19th article in a series on the COVID-19 coronavirus. All of this began with some curiosity about whom may stand to gain or benefit with the discovery of a promising treatment identified as Remesdivir – no more and no less; it’s that simple.

There was never an intent to write a single article; much less a series of them. The rabbit hole into which I placed myself diverged many times over transitioning into a mess of global entanglements that converted this work from an exploratory exercise to one hunting for evidence to scaffold an hypothesis. The content, therefore, is affected and takes a different tone and direction. For deeper understanding, here is the CATALOG of all articles in this series.

At this point, I’ve covered so much ground that attempting to recapitulate it to introduce each new article has become too cumbersome. Please refer back to the catalog for a deeper contextual backdrop to what appears above. To save time, I would encourage you to start with the NINTH ARTICLE (it serves as a recapitulation of the first eight and launches the effort in another direction, which is where we are right now and which is seemingly in the midst of a global 9/11; assuming the fulcrum point of the truth continues to shift in favor of my suspicions relative to the evidence uncovered thus far.)
